Dark Pit only heard the first couple words before the chopper drowned out the rest of the sound. His attention was directed to the strange new arrival that hopped out. A duck? The chopper took off, and he turned back to Yoshi and Mewtwo, who had rejoined them.
"So, Mewtwo, huh?" he asked the Pokemon in confirmation. "You a good fighter? I heard you're strong. And I make it my goal to challenge the strongest in the land."

Mawile then saw the duck come in and just stared at them in confusion. 'I've never seen a ducklett walking like that or that big and not even white to. Well whatever. Mawile thought. She then walked up to the group "Umm... Hi I got this letter saying to come here but do any of you know what I have to do now?" She asked holding a envelope having the smash bros symbol on it.

"You can call me sort of strong" Mewtwo said. "But who's that duck?"
Yoshi had already walked over to the chopper.

Dark Pit shrugged off Mewtwo's answer. "No idea. He'd better be a Smasher, though." He thought for a moment, and then added "Although I wouldn't know how he'd fight! Unless he's gonna go around and smack people." The angel smirked. "In that case, he's very outclassed. I bet even Pit could bet him."

"OH yes... I mean how can a duck fight? By making Duck noices? Sorry but my Psyshock is better." Mewtwo said while waving with her arms.

Yoshi was still waiting for an answer from the duck.

OOC: Mewtwo's a girl? O.o I didn't know that.
"Yeah," Dark Pit returned. "In any case, I hope something happens soon." The thought of fighting someone filled him with an impatient fire. An idea came to him, and he slowly turned to Mewtwo again, his red eyes gleaming. "You know, not much has happened around here. A practice fight would surely give us something to do, right?"

"Yes, that would be fun. I am really board.." Mewtwo said. She made a turn in the air and made a salto.


Ooc: Mewtwo Y always looked like a girl to me, that's why.

Dark Pit pulled out his Silver Bow. Without warning, he took off into the air and fired an arrow at the Pokemon. "It's on, then!" he challenged.

Scrooge Mcduck, who was eyeing Pit's wings and not paying attention to anything else, snapped out of it as Pit flew away. he gripped his cane and yelled "Now don't foret me 'cause I'm older, ya rascals!" and he jumped into teh air and smacked Mewtwo in teh face with his gold cane.

Still in the air, Dark Pit shot a couple more arrows, only for them to hit Scrooge as he leapt up to whack Mewtwo. He narrowed his eyes crossly. "Watch it, duck. Unless you actually want to fight."

`Theres two of ye!?!?!?!`Scrooge yelled. `Ow am i spose to whack two of ye!?!??!? Ad yes, I do wnna fight, ya punkish rascal. Ow else am I gonna make me moneh!`And with that, He bounced into teh air and smaclked Dark Pit in teh face.

Luckily, Dark Pit jolted back. "Heh, you call this a fight? Your moves are extremely predictable." He swooped down to the ground, separating his bow so the blades would hit Scrooge as he landed. "Tell you what. I'll fight on your level and make it easier for you." Sneering, he lunged forward.

Ricken watched as the fight continued. "H-Hey! Cant we not fight untill the tournament?!" he shouted, as he was afraid that someone could get hurt badly.
"Pitto`s here too?!" Pit said, a bit shocked that the darker version of him had been here.

Marth also watched, and boldly stepped up to the combatants in an attempt to separate them. "What do you think you're doing, hmm?"
On reflex, Dark Pit almost lunged at the swordsman, but stopped himself just in time. He quickly reformed his bow, and gazed upon the spectators. "C'mon," he scoffed. "What do you expect us to do, stand around all day? Mewtwo and I were bored, and we thought a practice fight would be a good warmup. Besides, I was going easy on them."
Marth shook his head. "Who are you, exactly?"
Dark Pit glared at his lighter counterpart. "Dark Pit's the name. Not Kuro, not Pitto. Dark Pit."

Mawile then ran outside so confused about what was happening. She saw a bunch of attention going towards the duck. As she started to get confused her mega stone that she held (not even gonna say where its held) started to glow as she was trying to mega evolve since she was mad she was getting ignored. She then failed at mega evolving "You know what I'm not gonna take this anymore!" She said to herself as she ran up to Scrooge, Dark Pit, and Marth as she then swung her big jaws on the back of her at them.

A figure stands quietly in the background, watching every move all players made.

"I wonder who they all are..." he thought outloud. "It might be interesting to find out! " he added, quietly moving closer to the players.

It looked like Mewtwo was hit all the time, but it was just a decoy, the real Mewtwo had kept evoiding all the attacks while the battle lasted. Now she was standing next to Yoshi and shock her head. "You are too quick to decide, Dark Pit. Sometimes a plan and sneakyness can create a win for you. Attacking people front face might give you a hard battle, and I know you like that...but...."
Yoshi nodded.

Ooc: O.o Where in Skyworld did my comment go? I probably forgot to post it, lol.
Before Dark Pit could respond, he saw something coming at him from the corner of his eye. He whipped around and performed an Angel Ring to block it. Marth sidestepped to avoid the Pokemon and charged up a Smash attack. As soon as Dark Pit let go of it, Marth was ready and released the attack, sending the Pokemon flying a few feet.
Dark Pit looked as if he wanted to continue the fight, but Marth gave him a steely glare. He then walked over to the attacking Pokemon to help it up.
"Are you one of the new Smashers? Attacking us like that won't give you a good reputation, you know." He held out his hand, waiting for it to take it and get up. "My name's Marth, a Smash veteran. Been here since the Melee tournament. And you are..?"

"It's not a legendary" Mewtwo said.

"Mawile... Sorry..." Mawile said taking marth's hand "I have a problem controlling my anger when theres problems." She explained as she took out her mega stone "Why won't this stupid thing work?" She asked herself quietly

He stepped closer into the area and was now in sight. His expression looked bright, but nobody would know that there is no good in this smile unless they are psychic.

"Hello, everyone." He stated, a fake calm voice slipping from his mouth

Marth nodded. "Well, that's alright. I hope you find out what's wrong with your stone." He turned around to address all the Smashers gathered. "Everyone, try to avoid conflict until the tournament begins." All of a sudden, he noticed someone step out of the shadows and say hello.
"Greetings," he replied to the person. "Are you one of the new Smashers?"
Dark Pit watched the new Smasher out of the corner of his eye. Something bothered him about the effortless way the stranger had made himself known, as if he'd been spying on them. He flicked his bow, watching how it caught the sun's light and reflected it, gleaming silver. He remained silent and observed the new conversation.

"Yes, I am...Now do you mind telling me about Brawl? " he asked warmly as he stretched a little, knowing he would do some fighting.

Dark Pit glared at Yami, even more convinced something was up, but Marth politely answered the question instead. "The realm of Smash Bros. is a place for characters from many places to meet and compete in tournaments. I assumed all new Smashers would've known that, but oh well." He averted his gaze to his outfit, which he dusted off. Looking up again, he continued. "I don't recall seeing you around until now- what's your name?"

Mewtwo and Yoshi just stood there.

He nodded in understanding

"I..I see" he said as his polite look became very dark "so what does the brawling start?" He asked, his voice becoming spine chilling to compliment his dark appearance.

Ooc: Uhhh...no idea when the Smashing starts. Waiting for Prex to come back and help keep the plot rolling.
Dark Pit noticed that the stranger had avoided the question asking his name a second time. He's hiding something, the angel thought. And the change in his tone...it's all of a sudden like he's someone else. Once again, Dark Pit kept his worries to himself.
Marth shrugged, brushing the change in the Smasher's voice and appearance away. "Hopefully soon. I know, it'll be a bit of waiting, but now's the time to meet everyone. Measure their strengths and weaknesses for when you fight." He smiled, gazing across the horizon. "I wonder what else awaits us in the future..."

Bakura chuckled and took a look at every single smasher in sight, trying to calculate all their power. He then looked at Dark Pit and smiled darkly, taking a step towards him.

"I think you are going to fight me first " he commanded quietly so nobody could hear, his eyes an unpleasant blood red and his grin showing his sharp canines.

"Gladly." The angel's own red eyes matched the stranger's stare. The grip on his bow tightened as his gaze conveyed all his dislike for the strange fighter.
"Hmm?" Marth turned around.
"Nothing, Marth. Go stare at the sunset again," replied Dark Pit, his eyes never leaving the other Smasher as he also tried to analyze the strengths and weaknesses.
Marth shrugged and walked over to Pit and Ricken to speak with them, leaving the two hostile fighters to themselves.

Bakura looked at Dark Pit and smirked.

"So I never got your name, Pit " he said, somehow knowing he dark angel's name.

Dark Pit's red eyes glowed like fire at the name. "My name for yours," he growled. As a precaution, he removed his bow and separated it.

"Bakura, " he said, bowing sarcastically as he closed his eyes, just taunting Dark Pit and trying to cause trouble before the brawl.

"So what should we do?" Mewtwo asked

OOC : well, all that happened was the introduction to my character. Marth greeted him and Dark Pit grew a hate for him because of how sketchy he was. Now, Bakura challenged Dark Pit to a brawl and they are both waiting for the tournament to start.

OoC: Thanks for joining us again, Prextail! ^.^ Also, Chained skull's Mawile was angry because it was unnoticed, so it attacked. Marth stopped it, though. Btw, when's the tournament gonna begin? Back to the story!
Dark Pit ignored the taunt. "I'm Dark Pit. And you're not safe. You'll never be safe in the tournament."

"Who says you are save either? Hmm?" Mewtwo taunted.

The fight was quickly interrupted by an announcemet....

"Good day smash brothers! Participants for today`s tournament please come to the tournament arena for preperations, the tournament will begin shortly after."

The announcement then ended, notifying all participants to go to the arena."Looks like the tournament`s soon gonna start!" Pit said happily.
Ricken smiled, "Alright! Guess this will be pretty fun!" he replied, and the two went inside the tournament building.

Mewtwo and Yoshi follow.

Mawile then franticly ran after them. "H-Hey! Wait up!" She called as she ran into the building.

"Your soul is so light so delicious I must have IT!" The chaos Kin said. Silver then responded by shooting psychic energy at the Chaos Kin. "I'm letting you eat my soul or any one esles!" Silver yelled this was happening not very far away from the stadium

Marth quickly caught up with Pit and Ricken. "You guys ready?" he asked cheerfully. "Good luck; I can't wait to see you out there. May the best Smasher win!"
Meanwhile, Dark Pit sent one final glare at Bakura and whirled around, heading to the tournament arena. He felt a thrum of energy in his heart- the tournament was starting soon, and he felt ready to crush everything in his way. Something flashed in the corner of his vision, something all too familiar. The angel shrugged it off impatiently. It was impossible for the Chaos Kin to be here...right?
OoC: Hey Prex, my brother has expressed interest in joining the RP. However, he's currently grounded from electronics and can't come in as of now. Will you save spots for his three characters? :3

"Yep! Cant wait to see who im up against!" Pit replied happily.
Ricken nodded. "It`ll be quite the interesting battle, wonder who else is here, and wonder who I'll be against as well." the young mage said. Pit showed Ricken where the waiting room was for the competitors of the tournaments. The two eagerly awaited the match to begin.

A dark spaceship touched down to the surface of the planet, from which a tripedal, cycloptic cephalopod-like alien emerged, clad in a mechanical suit. Had it not been for his loyal genetic experiments, he would never had survived the battle that thwarted his dreams of galactic conquest.

"Curse this blasted heat... couldn't they have chosen a colder climate to hold this barbaric competition?"

After a grunt of disapproval, the alien introduced himself to the contestants with grand egotism. "Greetings, primitive creatures, I am the great and benevolent Gar' skuther, most intelligent life form in the galaxy! I have arrived to weed out the weak from the strong for the good of the universe." He wouldn't have normally partaken in such savage activities, but the opportunity to spread his Infection was far too much for him to resist.
