I was a bit bummed about Boomer too. He has a lot more character than some of the others. He is like that penguin in Penguins of Madacasgar called Kowalski who doesn't say much but "KABOOM?! KABOOM!?"

I assume the armor is there at lv1 but the tiger attack and blades are an upgrade

i think so too cuz we have upgrades like the Dragonfang dagger and the elven sunblade
