Yes. It was Enobaria. The reason her teeth are like that is because
In her games, she killed tributes with her teeth, biting their throats out. So when she won, she got them surgically like that.

The Hunger Games was a rather poor film that is ridiculously overhyped because of the material it comes from.

Ya, it is. It is almost nothing like the book, If you had never read the book and just watched the movie, it doesn't really tell you whats it's about. Katniss showed almost no emotion in the film and the things that weren't in the book just confused me greater.

I didn't watch the first movie, but I read all the books. I liked Mockingjay the best because it was really unpredictable to me, and it was the only one that wasn't completely spoiled for me.
