"Hi..." Dawn replied uncertainly, eyeing the fire wolf behind Angel. She slowly stepped inside.

"Now all we need is Leon. Let us hope he comes soon." Gadolt said, with a smile.

Leon stretched, and lumbered lazily down to the small building, eyes barely open. "This better be good. It's interrupting my sleep schedule."

Gadolt saw Leon in the distance. "Come quickly!" He said loudly.

The fire wolf, seeing no danger, trotted back to Shiina's side and sat down.
"Hey." said Shiina to Dawn.

"Hey." Dawn said, looking at the place curiously. "Soo, what's going on? Why are we here?"


Leon picked up his pace and made it to the building, almost tripping over his tail a few times.

Shiina shrugged as Angel sat down beside her.

Angel unfolded her wings to flap them a few times, before folding them back into her back.

Zenneth looked up and noticed the new person. "Ahh, we have another one." Zenneth said. He threw a dagger which hit the the floor a couple of inches away from Dawn. "There, now everyone was almost hit. That makes it about fair."

Gadolt, seeing the whole group was here, began to speak. "You all know of Raytonia? Am I correct? A wonderful city, truly marvelous. And I need a package delivered there. It is extremely important that it makes it there. That's why I assigned all of you to this task. You all are extremely talented, and can make the long, hard journey to Raytonia. When you get there, immediatly ask for the keeper, saying Gadolt sent you. I wish you luck." He handed the group a map, and some rations and immediatly ushered them out of the building. Cypress spoke up. "Wow, he was in a real hurry."

"Wow. Raytonia. This'll be cool." Dawn said as she stepped out of the building. Leon came up behind her and dimmed his scales to almost completely black. "I call not dying." He muttered. He yawned, and sat down, and began to look at the rations. Leon was barely awake, for he was mostly nocturnal.

"Ehh, what is so great about that place." Zenneth muttered. "What is in the package anyways?" He was checking his weapons if he had enough daggers for the journey.

"No idea." Dawn replied as she started to look at the map Gadolt gave them. Leon quickly got bored looking at the rations, and sat behind Dawn, easily looking over her shoulder at the map.

Shiina sighed and her wolf sat beside her.

"So which way do we go?" asked Angel.

Cypress, looking at the map, pointed northeast. "It seems, we go directly northeast for about 5 miles. Well the day is still young, so I think we may be able to reach a campsite 5 miles from here." Cypress started towards the woods, Rowan following behind.

"Ummmm... I'll catch up. I have to get something." Dawn said as she turned, and ran back to the place in her parents yard she was in earlier.

Zenneth picked up his sack of weapons and followed Cypress.

Shiina followed after Zenneth with her wolf, now named Taito, behind her.

Angel walked beside Shiina.

Dawn stopped running as she made it to her home. She sneaked around to the back, and felt around for something in the tall grass, highly alert for anybody around her to see her.


Leon followed the group, still half-asleep. "Are we there yet?"

Zenneth heard Leon and tossed a dagger to him.
"Play with this if you're bored." Zenneth said.

Leon caught the dagger with one claw, and lifted into the air, two or three feet, so he had more room and could rest his legs that were already sore from the position he was sleeping earlier. He looked at the blade, and started to clean and sharpen it with one claw, entertaining himself.


Dawn felt around and her hand brushed up against something. She grabbed it, and pulled it out of the tall grass and held it in her hands. It was her prized bow she used for everything. It was going to help her on the journey. She felt around a little more, and found the hand made arrows as well, in a sleek animal skin wrap. She swung the sack of arrows over her shoulder, grabbed the bow, and ran to catch up with the others.

Shiina looked around with a sigh. Bored, she began playing with fire.

Angel was creating bubbles with water, just for the fun of it.

OOC: wanna do a time skip for this first day? I have nothing special planned for day one.

OOC: A time skip is fine with me.

Shiina leaned up against a tree while Angel stretched her wings.

OOC: all right, we're at the campsite tonight.


Cypress sat upon a stump. "If all days go like today, we will get there with ease." He said. Rowan was sharpening his weapons.

"I wouldn't jinx it if I were you." growled Taito.

Shiina glared at her wolf.
"Hush Taito. Learn SOME manners at the least." she growled.

Taito's fiery pelt seemed to grow more fiery with anger, but then the flames settled.

"I hope we get there soon." Zenneth said. He was passing by the time throwing daggers at the x marks he carved onto several trees.

Cypress raised an eyebrow at Taito. He glanced at the map again, his eyes growing wide in fear. "Oh, no... Oh, no...." He grabbed his little staff, and held it close to his chest.

"What is it?" Zenneth asked in a bored tone. He stopped throwing daggers and looked at Cypress.

Shiina sat up and Angel flapped her wings.
"What's wrong?" asked Angel in her quiet voice.

Cypress put his hat on tightly. "This is not good... not good at all..." He opened his satchel and pulled out some parchments. "Oh, no..."

"What is it?" Zenneth asked again, beginning to clutch his dagger harder.

Cypress looked at Zenneth nervously. "Well, according to this map, we will have to pass straight through Leaf swamp. It may sound nice, but it is awful. Many creatures die in there, because of the awful ghosts. The ghosts are rumored to be dead sailors. It is known that they will posess you, and drown you. Right there in the swamp."

Zenneth stopped clutching his dagger and relaxed a bit. "Ghosts you say?" Zenneth said.

Cypress nodded. "Oh yes. Many of them." He sighed.

"Ghosts are nothing, they are merely spirits wandering the earth trying to scare people." Zenneth said. He took out some paper and drew a picture of a ghost and attached it to a nearby tree. He threw three daggers at it, all hitting it in rapid succession.

Cypress shook his head. "You fool. These ghosts are cold hearted killers. You won't be able to stop them with knives." Rowan started to sleep.

"What can stop them than?" Zenneth asked. He opened his sack of weapons and layed them all on the floor. "If magic is the only way to stop them, I'm afraid I can not do anything."

Cypress shrugged. "I'm afraid you can't kill ghosts. Some say they only kill you if you look at them. The slightest glance and you're dead."

OOC: Wow, I missed a LOT.

"Geeze. Don't tell me you two actually believe that junk." Leon growled. Dawn sat at the base of a large oak tree, and started to get bored. "Let's not be paranoid about it. It's not like we can do anything about the situation." She muttered.

Rowan, waking up, glared at Leon. "Cypress is right. They exist." He said, gruffly.

"I'll believe it when I see it." Leon growled. He stretched, and sat down.

Zenneth put his items back into the sack and sat down on a stump. "I don't care of they're real or not, I just want to get past that place so we can continue on." said Zenneth.

Shiina laughed.
"Ghosts? Those are myths. Besides, I can protect myself and I got two partners to help me as well." she sneered.

Angel's eyes widened.
"Ghosts? Oh, those don't exist." she said softly.

Cypress was frustrated. "Of course they exist! They are real! When you look at one and get yourself killed, don't say I didn't warn you!" Cypress decided to go to sleep. It was late, and tomorrow's journey was not going to be easy.

Zenneth stayed up watching the fires because he doesn't sleep very often.

Shiina was fast asleep, Taito laying on top of her lap.

Angel sat beside Zenneth, flapping her wings.
"You not tired?" she asked softly.

Dawn fell asleep leaning against the tree, and Leon got bored. He started to wander around the campsite.

"I don't sleep often." Zenneth replied, still staring into the fire. "I have nobody left, the shadows have engulfed me and now I am like them...cruel, dark, and full of hatred."

Leon lit his scales to see better, and started to wander a little ways out of the campsite.
