Oh I don't blame the people...I'm a bit disgusted they don't have a customer service line for that stuff...I also get that part of their marketing strategy is to not communicate release dates of figures etc....my main problem is why they are flooding (for both series) certain characters and not others---and to confirm their intent to produce them. I'd like for them to answer WHY I've paid them for a game that I can't buy characters for--and why I have to resort to spending 6x or more for these on eBay...reasonable don't you think?
For the actual technical problem I called about, the answer was "if it hurts when you do that...DON'T do that!" Well no kidding. No availability of patches for the product given its revenue is disgusting too. RE 6 has had at least 4 patches that I know about---I've lost count. Their response to me was "the game was meant to play offline"---so I guess that means even if our game systems CAN connect online---we don't need bug fixes to this stuff, huh? I'm still a bit irritated at the screen tearing on the PS3 version, and some of the bugs reported here.
Maybe I need to take a break from this, cause the more I look at Activision, the less I'm liking.

What's your take on their support? I wasn't terribly impressed but it sounds like they aren't getting much information from neither marketing nor development. I'm kinda asking the question why they're there.
They need tutoring on where/when/how/if figures will be released.
They should be given a sheet with images of all the packs on it, all varants, all release dates, all "end" production dates.
Yeah, that would make too much sense. I'm guessing they dont give this out because it's against their marketing plan---however communicating END DATES makes a bunch of sense but I'm guessing would anger their customers if they outright admit they don't produce something anymore---just admit nothing---claim ignorance...and maybe they'll go away. GREAT strategy.
