Trackmania has partly gone dead; some parts of it are very inactive and only some "old***s" keep them up. But when talking about really dead games, old not-too-legendary CoDs, CS 1.6 etc are kinda inactive, and so are old C&Cs and so on.

Dude...what? For the moment, that's completely illogical. If you mean Sonic 06, then yeah. But things like Sonic Generations and Sonic Unleashed? You wouldn't believe how many people play those games! Especially Sonic Unleashed! And that was...what? A 2009 game? Oh, and a future Sonic is to come to the Wii U, PS4/PS3 etc.

So, Sonic as whole, is in no way, dead.
