my Thumpback seems to be defective,

what seems to be the issue?

well, it lost a battle and isn't respawning correctly.

did you place it completly on the portal?

never place items in the reach of animals you don't want them to touch.

its kinda like having a child... you put up all items you don't want a baby or toddler to touch, especially chemicals!

same with animals.

so if you don't want the dog to get to something, make sure to put it away in a safe spot.

it really isn't the dogs fault. I'm a cat lover here... but the dog didn't anything wrong. WHATS WRONG WITH AMERICA!!! lol

Wow! looks like he did a number on Thumpy.

My dog is a little Pomeranian/Toy Fox mix, and in the early years of his life, he chew on quite a few of my possessions- a Scooby Doo watch, a bunch of my old 90s TOMY Pokemon figures and most unfortunately, the wing of my Spyro pullback toy from Hardees.

Now I make sure every thing is out of reach haha

Does...does his one arm still light up though? You should def keep that one though, it looks pretty funny.

^ This is true, dogs are a lot like kids that way... and most breeds of dogs need daily walks and exercise (some individuals or breeds even multiple times daily), or else you will see behavior such as this where they negatively expel the energy... like chewing up stuff they shouldn't! He's not a bad dog, he just has a lot more energy he needs to get out (which is where the owners come in- with a little diligence and motivation, you can actually fix this behavior in him!)... I only have a cat right now because I live in an apartment (another bad behavioral situation for dogs, asking for trouble! lol) but I love both cats and dogs...!! Since you said this isn't the first time the dog's done this, I would suggest putting your Skylanders away in a box when you're done playing instead of leaving them sit out, and even giving "fido" an extra walk in his day would help a lot too!! Hope some of this might have helped a little!! Good luck!!

The only thing you can do now, is give him a proper burial. RIP Thumpback. You are too good a skylander, for this to happen to!

Made the phone call and I will be getting a new one in 7 to 10 business days. Woo Hoo! The support rep did say that the model # for thumpy that i had was correct and he does not know why its not working on the web site. odd......
