Everything at Gamestop has a cutoff date for reserves. This is so they don't over fill. I've had every memo released to GS employees read to me personally, and this guy you spoke with is THE ONLY GS employee who is saying that.

Also, if this were the case, they wouldn't be filling preorders from Gamestop.com and would have released those preorders, so it could be first come first served. Yet, I know one person who's being charged for his, with another on here saying theirs was as well.

ALSO... if they cancelled preorders, they wouldn't tell customers to come pick up their preorders tomorrow...

when I went in to my GS today, the same guy told me they fixed the pre order BUT not until the 10th, so believe me or not from the 7th, 8th and 9th your pre order was just money in the system a system that at the time would not reconize your pre order and /or let you even pay it off as it did not exist... he was right about activision not having even to even feel preorders, just on a hunch I called the 4 other surrounding GS and only one had enough to fill pre orders and have 2 left over that will no dout be gone in hours.

I was lucky enough to call around to three GS and ended up with a really nice younger lady willing to hold a pack not set aside for pre-orders while we drove the 1.5 hour trip to KC. The other two stores both had just enough for pre-orders.

To continue from my last post. My husband told me that upon trying to pick up the set, he came to find out the manager had sold them and to come back Monday. Well since my husband is now out of town, I had to walk to our gamestop to get the set. No big deal really. If the weather wasn't all droopy it may would've been more pleasant. Anyways, I get there and they had no gotten their next shipment nor did they know when it would arrive that day or that day at all. So the walk was next to pointless but I needed the exercise but I guess I could've called first. On a brighter note, he did say that my preorder will be filled and will be called when it does arrive and not to worry and that the mistake was totally his fault. So at least he took the blame and not say it was someone elses.

I went into my GameStop today and they said that they hadn't received any yet, but they were still on the way as something happened with the shipping.
