Actually there were two dragons flying over the Volcano. It could be the Guardians.

The destoryer is WAY bigger than an adult dragon, and it doesn't have no wings. So, it could be the Guardians flying around.

And what do you guys think what game system the gameplay was on?

i think that gamplay was the ps2 gameplay cause the xbox360 grafics in the pics in the gallrey are beter and the gameplay is kool

Yeah, they do look a little different. The Xbox 360 version has the health, magic, and fury bar while the one in the gameplay doesn't. Plus, Spyro and Cynder are shown a little bigger in combat than what they were in the gameplay shown on E3.
