Ok, seems a Box problem. Legendary Bouncer doesn't light up, when he is still in his Box. To weak the light.
Toy's R' Us says, all Legendary Bouncer don't light up and show my father another one, which don't light up too. So finally I open the Box, and he light up :-). But the light is very weak.

I'm dissapointed with L-Bouncer's lights. The eyes are weak and the chest can't be seen. Buy the regular.
