Whisper reached the top and pulled him up. She was much stronger then she looked and got him out of the hole with ease.

"I aint carrying this guy! Come get him yourself." Whisper said climbing up the ladder.

"Ok." TAD dropped out of the opening above the ladder. Using his boosters, slowing his decent. Using his large blade and the rope, to make a stretcher. Making a quick weld under Storms feet, he picked up the blade where Storm's legs were holding him up on the welded on metal. "What would you humans do without us?" it placed the sword on it back after removing the Tesla coil. (Basically Storm is on TAD's back now)

OOC: TAD wasn't able to get back to the ship, it would have hurt Storm even more. Plus I didn't even put that he did.

"It is my job. What I was programmed, protect and serve." he commented just before the queen burst through the ground. Taking on evasive maneuvers, he pumped from platform to platform as they fell. Using the boosters for softer landings and to move faster, TAD kept almost even pace with the gunship.

"And you think I don't know this? Your insolence is noted, but not taken strongly." Zexu's voice replied, "Thanks though." TAD landed on a more solid slab of land and boosted forward, outrunning the gunship. Sliding to a halt at the doors, he looked back to see the entity of the queen not too far behind.

OOC: wait... What happened? Storm was attached to TAD's sward, where did the medics come from, and when did they have time to do all that? I know I've stated that "This is an Rp so it's not real," but please try to stick to some facts, like it really takes 20 minutes to do all that you just described. Sorry if it seems I'm mad,I'm just not.... Nevermind, I'd rather not sound offending.

TAD had made it inside just as the queen hit, "Looks like I've got some new dents to fix later." it commented. Turning to the open area, he pulled the sward off his back and layer it out flat on the floor. Reached over and snapped the welded on metal and untied the safety rope that held Storm to the flat side of the blade.

"He fell into a pit made from the tremors that generated from the queens movements." TAD replied, "There are multiple fractures and broken bones. He will need to be sustained in the ER for two weeks before any major activity. Distribute morphine for reduced pain, the bed and equipment will need to be moved sooner than two weeks to reduce chance of being separated if we are overrun." it turned to the gunship, "Stay alert. If after two hours pass and no activity, take your breaks."

TAD turned to the large door, Scan perimeter. Show me the security cameras, and activate a roller drone. the system went to work on each command, Conect me to the drone when online and by an exit.

Scans indicate building is clear along the western wall. The larger being is inactive or has left the premises. The AI replied, Now showing outdoors footage. Zexu flipped through the many camera positions. It stopped on the main gate camera which was dangling on its cords with scratchy signal. Roller drone ready for use. Weapon systems operational. Ammo count reads 150 .55mm rounds, 45 7.62 rounds, 3 grenades, 1 self destruct bomb, and four 75 mm Frag. shells. Deamond searchers are installed and ready for combat.

Good, link me. Zexu was transmitted, via radio waves, to the drone to take control. Using the drone camera it looked over itself and preformed systems check up. The two turrets, for arms, rotated its barrels; the shoulder canon panned to the right and back; the small door to the grenade launcher opened in the center of the right arm, then closed. Alright, open the door. the turrets kept their rotation to stay ready, and the deamond scanner flashed over its visibility.

Whisper stood in the corner watching everything.

"Sir Storm?" TAD saluted as he entered the room, "The deamonds have left us and I sent a drone to repair what damage was done from the impact. We still stand with over fifty men strong and four ground drones ready for action. How much longer do you think you will be here? Cause if given your permission i would like to escort a few ground drones to the base in the artic. There may be survivors." the arm was still raised.

"Research lab?" TAD lowered the arm. "The base in the far south?"

"Speaking of which, I will be taking a sum of the material for a shield. This sward is quite useful, but it requires a shield for maximum efficiency." soluting again, "I'll be checking in on your status on the hour. Get well before I get back." it turned to leave.

"Trust me." it raised the Tesla coil, "I'll be ready. She's the one that needs to watch herself." TAD stepped out of the room. Heading to the uper floor exit where the two drones waited for TAD. It picked up a sheat of Element X metal with an attached handle. Opening the door, the cold wind made his metal plates formed ice drops and a layer of frost. The ground drones followed TAD out into the snow covered world. All three of these robots activated their night vision, and contact activated deamond vision.

TAD ignored the distant noises, and turned due North, Keep the drones close, don't need to loose them so early keep 7.62s ready, conserve ammo. Wait until the moist breathe of these monsters fogs the metal. Zexu commanded.

Range set for two yards. 7.62 rounds set for standby. The facility we are searching for is 45 miles inland of the frozen Atlantic. Total distance from current location is approximately: 2.7 thousand miles. the female AI added. TAD followed the icy path on his map screen(inside(mentally(except not true mentally(you get it?)))).

TAD looked back at the base for a second, Where did the female go? She needs to come get this weapon. it kneeled down to pick up the remains of the laser riffle, "Needs a little ordinance, not completely gone." then stored the pieces in a hollow container that was attached to the waist. TAD continued onward toward the Artic cap(I accidentally said south in a previous post, I'll change it).

She knows I'm here. TAD slowed to listen and feel for the quakes. Picking up the pace a bit, he began a light jog. The ground drones sped up to keep close. Covering a good 1/3 a mile away from the base, they slowed to listen again.

Move into the fallen buildings. Zexu commanded the drones, Stay alert, turn on deamond locators and vision. then the drones moved into a building that had previously fallen.

Connection with Sky One has decreased, suggest finding a radio transmition booster. the other AI recommended.

I'll get to it latter, for now, we keep moving. Keep northward expedition. Watch for any movement and report any findings. TAD walk in through another fallen building. The structure looked stable enough, no cracks or bends. The building was not lit by any source of light, but the night vision made it possible to view all the destroyed preSun items and furneriture.

Proximity alert. the data expanded, Stealth is not required, but proceed with caution. the AI commented.

TAD stopped to view the radar, then pointed his sward tward the direction it detected the signature. The drones stopped when TAD did, but they stayed in their building.

TAD lowered the large blade, "Human... What is your purpose here? Are you hurt?" the sword(I think I have misspelled this word a few times already) was pushed through the ground and standing on its own. Bring both drones to my location.

OOC: why don't you find something for your char. To do instead of doing nothing but wait and type my char.'s long journey to the friggen base.

"Do I look like those monsters out there? Look, I come from a military base called Sky One," TAD nealled down to her, "Are you hurt?... Do you know if there is anyone else?" The drones were out in the street and on their way, radars clear at the moment.

"Are you cold?" a few pieces of metal on his chest and stomach area extended forward and rotated. They rotated 30 degrees, and a small formation of smooth creases made an opening in his body.

"Climb in." the opening lit up to show a hollow core, "This suit was regularly made for manual and auto control, but I'm an AI, so I'm empty." the door turned into a small step stool.

The drones entered the area and separated to different spots in the room. "Ready for further instruction." the female AI voice said from inside TAD's opening.

Zexu's voice laughed, "I told you, the military base known as Sky One." the door began to close as the open area lit up with screens and buttons. "My given name is Zexu, but I am called by my suits model, TAD, standing for Tactical Assault Drone. I was put in here because my programming was for fighting purposes." the door shut. "The female voice you will often hear is Sky One's security and operations AI." TAD rose slowly off the ground.

The ground drones rolled over to a break in the wall that lead north, "Now, your turn." TAD picked up the sword, then headed for the hole.

"I am on a mission to another base in the artic region, so turning back will waste what time I do have. Sorry, we will have to survive off what is left. I am sure there is a lot more supplies further out of the city." Zexu said as the suit looked around to step out of the building.

"These buttons are for a specially trains driver." the female voice began explaining, "Seeing as we are short on drivers, a basic operations tutorial will begin. The peddals under you are the leg controls, moving forward requires you to lift and push on the firm pads that detect pressure and determine speed of movement." a medium size blue button lit up brighter than the others, "This is to be pressed when you wish to issue a command for a drone, but remember to pronounce the name and number correctly to signify which drone will do what." it dimmed, "This button," a medium green button lit up, "stablizes speed of movement, press when you wish to lock acceleration." it dimmed.

"Alright, there is another thirty minutes of the basics. If anything happens, I'll let you know what to do." a little hand popped up on the monitor with its thumb up. "Now do you require any service, food, drink, a latrine?"

"It is great to meet you. I believe I have an MRE in a compartment. Should be behind the back pads." Zexu replied, "Other than that we will scavange for the rest until we reach the artic base." TAD walked across the opening to enter the next building that still stood. The scaners picked up on large amounts of steal and iron beams keeping the building in shape. The drones led the way through the city.

"The monsters that have been named deamonds are close by... I'm going to avoid as much fights as I can." TAD placed the sword on the ground, Stop. Shut down drones, cut of all energy activity. "Sorry Amber, it's going to get a little cold, but not as bad as when I found you." every light in the suit went black. The movements of neeling down could be felt, "Just keeps still and quiet."

The drones halted and shut down. TAD was on a knee, leaning forward as if there was no life in the metalic body.
