I have to agree, but Spyro doesn't know, and maybe the dark master is just too evil, or perhaps in DotD the DM tries to make Spyro evil, but Spyro refuses, then a big fight goes on

I highly doubt that the DM is Spyros father.

I think it would be OK if he was spyros father, cause theyre the only two purple dragons ever, and since the war theyve been waiting years for the birth of the purple dragon.
Only it would be a rip off from star wars. 'Spyro the dragon, i AM YOUR FATHER!' NOOOOOOOO!

umm... Malefor and Spyro can't be the only purple dragons ever because how would they know one was born every ten generations if theres only ever been two? Plus In ANB when Ignitus is explaining stuff we see pictures of Purple dragons that aren't the DM so obviously theres more than just Spyro and Malefor its just that they've died.


Plus Malefors like 1000 years old so even if he was related to Spyro he'd ble like his Great, great,Great, great,Great, great,Great, great,Great, great,Great, great,Great, great,Great, great,Great, great,Great, great,Great, great, Grampa or somthing.
