Is LC-Pop Fizzle mah nizzle coming out at launch?

no LC Pop-Fizz is not likely at launch but expect the regular version in singles and triple pack availibility

i heard lc pop fizz is released in wave 4

• Any variants (Ingame only... Not paying premium or hunting specially for the reprints, but yay if I do stumble onto one or zero. Exception is that I might buy the PS3 Slim Pack for Moldy Tree Rex simply because I don't happen to have a PS3, depends on the cost.)
  
• Series Two Flameslinger
  
• Swarm
  
• Series Two Chop Chop (Easy get in Battle Pack. )

These are ones I really want, but won't be so upset to miss(most of them because I have their Series One so it isn't a hugigantic loss).

• Pop Fizz (Yay for Triples! I'm already getting his Punch by standard, else he would be priority.)
  
• Series Two Stump Smash (Another fantastic Triple Pack offer. )
  
• Series Two Prism Break
