They aren't exactly unlockable Characters. It was a cheap excuse of an Unlockable content. It's to make player collect all the eggs.
I don't exactly enjoy playing ads either. Flame is a Red Version of Spyro, Ember is a whiny Brat.

They may have just been reskins, but it was nice of them to have something at all. They could have easily left it seeing as you already play as five characters!

btw heres a pic of the flame style
i made alot of mistakes i was lazy tofix its shadow and i dont know how the red stuff got in its eye and i couldnt fix it oh well and i added holes in his wings for some reason smilie

He's not actually a Spyro clone. His snout is longer than Spyro's. His horns are smaller, his spines are more pointy, and he has a triangle tail spike.

Maybe Ignitus, Volteer, all the Guardians and a better version of Cynder. No, all the Spyro characters!

BTW, I heard that you can make your dragon have any colours and I think horns and details on HTTYD.
