Well, with Paypal always usually siding with customers who get messed over, it would be foolish of him to take a hit in all the money he accumulates and mass negative feedback.

Someone on the official Skylander site supposedly bought Camo and Warnado at Walmart and even posted pics as proof.

I believe this seller has them. He's just so lucky. These two are my favorite Skylanders.

I sent him a message asking when he would ship them but no answer yet. If it takes him forever to send em il be getting suspicious

Deductive reasoning tells me the following:

There are lots of them, all being sold from this one area, meaning that shipments of these two characters are A) HUGE and B ) do not contain Wham Shell at all.

Given this, I suspect that they come from Toys 'R' Us. That has been the only store thus far to have mass orders of any character, and it's happened twice--Trigger Happy and Sunburn.

However, they are not available on the webgame yet, so someone at Activision was clearly caught with their pants down on this one. The figures definitely shouldn't be out yet.

It all points to another "event" this Sunday. Yippee...

Well the person who posted about them on the FB page is from Colorado, and the guy on ebay with them in Texas. Meaning they're probably coming from the West Coast, and or Mexico. Illegally.

We could probably ask the guy who has them where he bought them from. The person on FB said they got it at a Walmart.

OMG CAMO AND WAVE 5 is coming. HOPEFULLY, it's not Easter cuz that would suck so bad. RAWR this is so amazing so excited!!!

I actually asked him where he came by them earlier, and he responded cordially. He said he found them at Walmart, and wished me "happy hunting". Seems like a nice dude.

Clearly an employee of TRU. Look through the history of the items he has sold. All hot-at-the-moment toys that are hard to find.

I'd imagine if they put these out at a store (and or/took from a box before they were put out) they would have grabbed Wham Shell as well. Unless Whammy is just so unpopular that not even scalpers will take him.

It'd kind of suck if he's not out, but I guess they could drag the sales out as much as possible.

@dragon_fang21: It's not the same Warnado, ...well, it's the same picture, but that's the 9th Warnado he's had up for BIN. So, 9 Warnados and 8 Camos so far.

@dragon_fang21: So far, the only ones we've seen online are from Armarillo, TX...where there's only 1 Toys R Us and about half a dozen Walmart stores. We've had 2 separate claims they were found at Walmart, but @Xerokills said earlier that it's been at TRU for the past week, so I'm gonna go out on a limb and say the seller said Walmart in case whoever was asking was working for TRU. So, I'm guessing TRU... event this Sunday.

I'm not planning on buying from Ebay, but it is cool to see what the figures actually look like.

It's also ridiculous that the bidding is going higher than the buy-it-now.

Might I just add that I'm incredibly disappointed that they're still holding Wham Shell back. He's easily my most anticipated of the three.

they are probably gonna do some blasted event like... i dunno, maybe in order to get wham shell ya have to give activision some of your blood or somthing....brain tissue maybe? who knows

If Activision pulls some kind of stunt, where Wham Shell is hard to get, due to being exclusive or at some event, they can kiss my ***. I will not buy Giants or any game created by Activision, ever again. I never support companies with a shady agenda.

This is already a pretty shady agenda. Ninja releases like what has apparently happened with Camo and Warnado are never appreciated, especially when GameStop is working to institute pre-orders for Skylanders and haaving no success.

1) Camo is gorgeous and 2)I really am getting tired of these 'we will release them when we want' days. I passed a Walmart today. I wonder if these guys were on the shelves :[

They haven't yet, it's just in the works for Giants according to... I would say five separate GameStops we frequent. Too well-organized a rumor to be taken with a grain of salt, but Activision is making it difficult for them.

Exactly! I may have come late into the game but the first thing I noticed was how they were still having "problems" with stock and would never give a clear date as to when figures go on sale.

I can't believe Camo and Warnado are already out! Wave 4 has barely been out!

I'm so glad this Wave is the last one for Adventure. I feel like Activision is constantly yanking me around.

Anyways, now that I've got that off my chest, I think Camo looks amazing. I can't wait 'til the Wave hits the South Eastern states so I can find him.

Dude. I can't stress enough how I am dreading the figure release with Giants. The reposed figures means they'll probably drag it out 2x more than this one.

Seems to me that Activision is going to hopefully make it rain on us for kids on Easter weekend. My thought...get em out now so parents can give them as gifts on Easter. That'd be pretty smart, actually.

If this is the case, it looks like TRU might be the best case to try to find something. After all, we know that they are buddy-buddy with Activision.

A lady was nice enough to help me at cost for 3 Camo and 4 Warnados.

Just need 2 and 1 more of each to call wave 5 done, unless the Camo/Ignitor/Warnado triple pack is in there, in which case I will be looking for it.

I just can't believe we have to say there is a wave 6. I surely thought my next collection photo update, would be my last. BUT, NOOOOOOOOOO! I have to do a wave 6 update.

It'll probably be even dumber when his own wave turns out to be an exclusive somewhere, in extremely limited quantities. ... I'm only half-kidding.

Quite frankly, considering how close they are being released to each other, I don't consider Camo or Warnado to be Wave 5 (and the official facebook FAQ has Wham-Shell listed along with those two). Wave 4 is just one big wave like Wave 1.
