CHAPTER 10: THE CREEPERS AND STORMERS STOP THEIR WAR

Danny nodded. "I see... Is that the book?" He pointed at a book on the nearby desk.
Drobot picked it up. "Could be."
Wrecking Ball smiled. "Let's head back to Skylands!"

Whirlwind walked upto them. "Is that the book?"
Zap nodded. "We think so."
Danny opened the book. "Let's see... Chapter 1: How to awaken the deities.... It says each deity needs to pass a trial before they awaken."
Hunter facepalmed. "But how can we get them to the trials to awaken them, if we don't know who they are?"
Danny read some more. "These trials are part of their destiny."
"Oh." Hunter replied.

CRASH!

Equator sighed. "It's that time again."
Danny was confused. "Time?"

Voodood ran into the ruins. He was followed by the Sky Creepers.
Wham-Shell ran in. He was followed by the Sky Stormers.
They prepared to battle.

Danny ran upto them. "Why are you guys even fighting?"
Both teams stopped and thought.
Voodood scratched his head. "You know... I don't remember."
Wham-Shell thought. "Probably something to do with a battle... I think."
Danny walked over to the two leaders. "Why don't your two teams just become friends again? Then you both can go back to protecting Skylands."
Wham-Shell thought. "Or we could work together to take over Skylands!"
Voodood smiled. "I like your thinking."
The two shook hands.
"We'll each go back to our respective bases." Voodood said. "Tommorrow, we'll begin attack."
Wham-Shell nodded.
Both teams walked back to their bases.

GillShock slapped Danny on the back of his head. "Great job Einstein."
Danny sighed. "Sorry. But at least they aren't fighting each other anymore..."
"Shouldn't we go find the deities?" Hugo asked.
Wrecking Ball nodded. "Right. But some of us should stay here to protect Skylands."
Zap thought. "So, who will stay, and who will go?"

ONE HOUR LATER

Danny nodded. "Right. So me, Zap, Drobot, Wrecking Ball, Hunter, Ember, and Equator will head out to find the deities, while everyon else protects Skylands."

The seven of them left.

The girl Flameslinger met earlier stepped forward. "I'm Vastunerada!"
Flameslinger stared at her. "Huh?"
She transformed into a shadow dragon. "My masters has sent me to kills you!"
"Why?"
"So you don't interfer with her plans! She knows who you really are!"
"Who am I?" Flameslinger asked.
"You'res one of the..." Vastunerada started. "Wait! Why shoulds I tell you if yous don't knows yet?"
Flameslinger yawned. "Why are you including s's in every sentence?"
Vastunerada looked down. "I bites my tounges earlier..."
Flameslinger looked at him. He then stabbed him.
"Argh!" Vastunerada said. "I'm gonna get back up! Wait here!"
He disappeared.

Flameslinger looked at the fairy. "How do I change this back into my bow and arrows?"
The fairy thought. "Give me five minutes and I'll include a switch."

Flameslinger walked out of the temple.
"What was that about?"

A strange figure was looking at him from a distance. "He thinks he can steal the show huh? Well I'll show him!"

Flameslinger looked around. "Who's there?"
A figure ran upto him.
It smiled. "Me. So you think you can replace me? Well I'll show you!"
Flameslinger was confused. "Who are you? What are you talking about?"
"Me? I'm the Hero of Time. And I know your planning on rescuing the princess and take the ultimate power for yourself!"
Flameslinger stared at him. "What are you talking about?"
"I'm Link! And you should know better than to try to steal the show from me! I will be the hero of Hyrule!"
Flameslinger sighed. "You do realise this place is called Lorule, right?"
Link stared at him. "Wait, so you're telling me that I've spent three months in the wrong land?!?"

MEANWHILE, IN GANON'S CASTLE IN HYRULE

Ganon sighed. He looked at Princess Zelda. "Don't you think he should have been here by now?"
The Princess sighed. "Maybe he got held up in one of the temples. Awakening the Sages is tough work."
Ganon nodded. "Right. Wait. Do you here that?"
The Princess listened. "You mean the footsteps?"
Gannon nodded. "Yes! It could be Link! Quick, act like your in danger!"
Princess Zelda sighed. "Ahh... So scary." she sarcastically said.
A skeleton entered the room. "Still no sign of him."
Ganon sighed. "I don't think he's coming..."

The Sorceress facepalmed. "Attack them fools!"
Camelot and Dr. Duck stood there.
"Why should we?" Dr. Duck asked.
Camelot nodded. "Yeah! Why should we help you after you kept us prisoners all these years?"
The Sorceress thought. "Because I can send you to those idiots Ripto, Malefor and Kaos!"
Dr. Duck thought. "Still beats working for you."
Dr. Duck ad Camelot walked off.

P-Lague appeared. "Master! I'm having trouble taking him down!"
The Sorceress sighed. "Nevermind. Just leave it to Vastunerada."
"Ummm... Well.." P-Lague started. "He's also having trouble. And he almost revealed to him about the secret."
The Sorceress sighed. "We'll have to retreat for now." She looked at Zelda and cast a spell on her.
Spyro saw this and charged at The Sorceress.

A cloud of smoke appeared.

CRACK!

The smoke disappeared. The Sorceress and P-Lague were gone.
Boomer sighed. "Well that's a bummer, right Stump Smash?"
Silence
"Hey Stump Smash!" Prism Break shouted. "Boomer's talking to you!"
Sonic Boom gasped. "You guys might wanna see this."
Everyone crowded round.
On the floor was Stump Smash, lying down with a cracked skull.
Terrafin fainted.

Zelda woke up. "I feel... strange..."
Spyro sighed. "Nevermind about that. We have to give Stump Smash a funeral."

ONE HOUR LATER

Terrafin sighed. "We'll miss you Stump Smash..."
Everyone was standing at Stump Smash's tombstone.

Vastunerada was looking down at them. "All going according to plan." He flew off.

Gill Grunt and Trigger Happy were standing outside the Empire of Ice.
"I can't believe they think we're working with them!" Gill Grunt said.
Trigger Happy laughed. "They're a bunch of idiots. So, when will the plan begin?"
Gill Grunt thought. "Not sure. We'll have to wait untill we recieve the orders."

RING

Trigger Happy looked at Gill Grunt. "Your phone's ringing."
Gill Grunt answered the phone. "Hello?"
"You two, the plan is ready to begin." A voice said.
"Alright." Gill Grunt said. "When shall we arrive?"
"Noon." The voice replied. "I trust you got those dummies?"
"Yes." Trigger Happy said. "And we know what to do."
"See you then." the voice said.
Gill Grunt put down the phone. "We should get back. The others are probably wondering where we are."
They walked back into the Empire of Ice.

Wham-Shell, Stealth Elf, Eruptor, Gill Grunt, Trigger Happy, and Bash were eating dinner.
Slam Bam walked upto them. He was mad.
"Yo! What's wrong?" Eruptor asked.
Slam Bam stared at them. "Who was it?"
"Who was what?" Stealth Elf asked.
"The one who peed in the snow cone machine." Slam Bam angerlly replied.
Wham-Shell snapped his fingers. "Oh. No one did. We've just been using it as a plac eto dump the pee bucket."

PUNCH

Wham-Shell had a giant fist mark on his face.
"GET OUT!" Slam Bam shouted.
Stealth Elf and Eruptor ran off. Wham-Shell crawled off. Bash looked at Trigger Happy and Gill Grunt.
"The Ruins. Noon." Gill Grunt said to him.
Bash nodded. He walked off. Gill Grunt and Trigger Happy followed.

Hex was standing in the Ruins. "I thought they were meant to be here."
Cynder was flying above the Ruins. She saw Hex and flew upto her. "Hex, what are you doing here by yourself?"
Gill Grunt, Bash and Trigger Happy walked upto Hex.
Hex looked at them. "Took you long enough. Shall I get rid of the problem?"
Gill Grunt nodded.
Hex looked at Cynder. "I'm sorry I have to do this. Oh wait, no I'm not!"
Hex shot out a magical orb at Cynder. Cynder fell to the floor.
A helicopter flew above them. A ladder fell down. All four climbed up - leaving Cynder unconsious on the floor.
The helicopter flew off.

CHAPTER 14: THE EVIL EIGHT

Cynder woke up. Camo was with her. There were also corpses of Gill Grunt, Bash, Trigger Happy, and Hex lying near her.
"Cynder! I'm glad your awake! What happened?" Camo said.
"Hex attacked me for no reason." she replied.
Hugo looked at the corpses. "Fake."
"Huh?" Cynder said.
Hugo nodded. "If you look carefully, you can see the stitches, so they're obviously dummies."
Camo scrathed his head. "Then... where are the real ones?"

The helicopter landed outside the Sorceresses half-destroyed Lair. Hex, Gill Grunt, Trigger Happy, and Bash walked out.
Hex looked around. "This is probably what she was talking about when she mentioned the trouble."

The Sorceress walked out of the cave. "Ah! You're here."
P-Lague followed her. "Where are the others?"
"They'll be here shortly." Gill Grunt replied. "Is he here?"
Stump Smash walked out of the cave. "Yep. Believe it or not, those idiots actually believed that the dummy was the real me!"
Trigger Happy smiled. "So, what's the plan?"
The Sorceress smiled. "I'll tell you when the others get here."

The Sky Creepers arrived at the Ruins. Wham-Shell, Stealth Elf, and Eruptor followed.
"What happened?" Zook asked. "Why are they dead on the floor?"
Hugo shook his head. "They're dummies."
Eruptor frowned. "They're probably smarter than you!"
"No, they're not real." Hugo said.
"Oh." Eruptor replied. "So what's going on?"
Wham-Shell and Voodood fell to the floor.
Camo, Cynder, Hugo, Stealth Elf, Eruptor, Zook, and Ghost-Roaster walked up to them.
They both woke up.
"What happened?" Wham-Shell asked. "Did we win the battle against Kaos, Umbra, Malefor aand Ripto?"
Camo sighed. "We all know that happend six months ago. Stop acting dumb."
Voodood was in shock. "Six months ago?!?"
Wham-Shell stared at them in shock. "What have we been doing since then?"
"Raging war against each other." Hugo replied.
Voodood sighed. "I don't remember a thing. The last thing I remember is Double Trouble and Hex wanting to speak to us, then nothing!"

Double Trouble, Warnado, and Ignitor tried to run off.
Flynn's balloon landed in front of them. "What's wrong?"
The eight Skylanders, Flynn, and Hugo surrounded them.
"What's going on?" Ghost Roaster asked.
Double Trouble smiled. "I guess cover's been blown guys. Let's head back to the Sorceress's Lair!"
Double Trouble, Warnado, and Ignitor teleported away.

Ripto and Malefor were playing Chess. Kaos was counting his socks. Umbra was staring at them.
"Umbra." Kaos said. "What's going on? You've been sitting there for hours."
Umbra sighed. "I can't keep this up any longer."
He got out a tranquiliser gun and shot all three of them. He then ran off.

Umbra, Ignitor, Warnado, and Double Trouble arrived at the Sorceress's Lair.
"Took you guys long enough!" The Sorceress shouted.
"Sorry." replied Ignitor. "Could you tell us the plan?"

CHAPTER 15: THE TIME SWEEPER'S TRUE TEAM

Dino-Rang, Lightning Rod and The Time Sweeper entered a cave.
"Why are we here?" The Time Sweeper asked.
"It's the quickest way to Skylands." Dino-Rang replied.
"For someone who can't fly..." Lighting Rod added.
Dino-Rang sat on the froze Gnasty Gnorc. He took out a bottle of water. "Anyone want some?"
"No, I'm good." The Time Sweeper replied.
"Can we just go now?" Lighting Rod shouted.
"Fine." Dino-Rang said. He placed the bottle of water in the hand of the frozen Gnasty Gnorc, and the three of them walked off.

"Finally, we're here!" Lightning Rod said in relief.
"Yeah." The Time Sweeper said. "Could you now direct me to the Core of Light?"
Dino-Rang thought. "I guess so."
They walked towards the Core of Light.

The Time Sweeper smiled. "Fools. Kaos will be pleased to know I've suceeded."
Cynder, Camo, Wham-Shell, Voodood, Stealth Elf, Eruptor, Ghost Roaster, and Zook ran over to him.
"Who are you?" Voodood asked.
"Wait, so you tricked us?" Dino-Rang asked.
"I'm gonna kill you!" Lightning Rod shouted.
The Time Sweeper froze them all (including Hugo and Flynn).
GillShock, Cyclone, Blatof, and Whirlwind saw this happen and ran over to help - but were also frozen.
The Time Sweeper smiled. "I am really working with Kaos. And I have been instructed to get rid of most of you. So I will send you all to Earth!"
"Already been done." Zook said.
The Time Sweeper laughed. "Yes, but this time, that fool Danny isn't there to help!"
He pressed some buttons and sent the 16 of them to Earth.
He laughed. "Now to report back to him."

Steve and his friends Hannah and Lucy were hanging around near the park.
"Have any of you heard from Danny?" Steve asked. "I haven't seen him in days."
"No," replied Hannah, "But knowing him, he's probably playing some more Spyro games."
Steve shook his head. "I went to his house earlier, and he wasn't in."
"Well he's probably here somewhere." Lucy said. "I'll try calling him."
She took out her mobile. No one answered.

CRASH!

"What was that?" Steve asked.
"Dunno, but it came from near Danny's house." Lucy replied. "Let's go check it out!"
"Alright!" Hannah cheered.
Lucy and Hannah ran off.
Steve sighed. "This is probably something dangerous."
He ran after them.

Camo woke up. "Where am I?"
Hugo looked around. "I think this is Earth."
"Yeah, look. Umbra's lab is over there!" Camo said, pointing at the abandoned house.
"Wait." Hugo said. "Someone's coming."
Lucy and Hannah ran over to them.
"Uh, greetings people of Earth!" Hugo said. "I am Hugo, and this is Camo."
Lucy stared at the two. "You look familiar..."
Hannah sighed. "They look like characters from Skylanders. How could you forget?"
"Huh?" Hugo was confused.
"Right." Camo said. "Humans only think Skylanders is a game."

Steve caught up with them. "What's going on?"
Camo walked upto him. "Some of us have been banished to Earth - again."
Hugo nodded. "And we need to find them."
Steve looked at them. "You're from Skylanders! Camo and... Hofu right?"
Hugo sighed. "It's Hugo."
Hannah walked upto them. "What do you mean again?"
"Six months ago, all of us Skylanders were banished to Earth beacuse of Malefor and Ripto, who wanted to punish us for sending Kaos here." Camo said. "But luckily someone helped find us all."
Hugo nodded. "Yes, but now there should be... 10 more Skylanders, three Sky Troops, and Flyyn to find."
Lucy walked upto them. "Who helped you before? Maybe we can help you find them."
Camo shook his head. "Thanks, but Danny just left Skylands to find the deities."

Steve, Hannah and Lucy stared at them.
"D-did you just say Danny?" Steve asked.
"Yes." Camo said.
"So THAT's where he's been." Hannah said.
"Are you friends of his?" Hugo asked.
The three nodded.
Camo smiled. "Wow! So will you guys help us find the others?"
"Uh... sure!" Steve said.
Camo smiled again. "Ok... maybe we'll find something to use in Umbra's lab."
Lucy stared at him. "Isn't that the mad scientist?"
Camo nodded. "Yes, but he's somewhere in Skylands now. He's working with Malefor, Ripto, Kaos, and The Time Sweeper."
Steve was shaking. "Going into the lab still doesn't seem like a good idea though..."
Hannah and Lucy nodded. "Let's go!"
They both ran towards the lab. Hugo and Camo followed.
Steve sighed. "Why can't we just play it safe?" He ran after them to catch up.

CHAPTER 17: THE ALL-NEW ACCENT CHANGER - NO, IT DOESN'T WORK!

Danny, Zap, Wrecking Ball, Drobot, Hunter, Ember, and Equator walked into a cave.
"Who are we looking for?" Zap asked.
Drobot thought. "Well, Spyro or Flameslinger could have found out something about this on their travels. If not, we could try asking Dino-Rang or Lightning Rod."
Danny sat on the frozen Gnasty Gnorc. "I need a drink." He saw the bottle of water in his hand. "Thanks." He drank some of it.
Danny spat out the water. "It tastes like dinosaur!"
"Dino-Rang." Wrecking Ball said. "But I think he's gone back to Skylands."
"Why do you think that?" Hunter asked.
"The dinosaur footprints leading the way we came."
"Oh."
They left the cave.

"What's that?" Ember asked. "It looks like someone is hurt!"
They ran closer. It was a yellow mouse.
"It's breathing." Danny said. "Anyone got a Healing Elixir?"
Hunter thought. "I might have one."
He reached into his pocket and took out a Healing Elixir. He gave it to the mouse.
The mouse opened it's eyes.
Danny walked upto it. "Are you alright?"
The mouse nodded it's head.
"What' your name?" Danny asked.
"Pikachu." it said.
"How did you get here Pikachu?" Equator asked.
"Pi pika pika chuuuuu piki." Pikachu said.
Danny thought. "It seems like it can only say it's name. If only we had a translater..."
Zap smiled. "I got one here!"
He took out a small device.
Drobot looked at it. "Pokemon-to-English translater... Hey! So that's what happened to it!"
"Yeah..." Zap said. "I only borrowed it..."
Drobot shot a lazer at him. "THAT'S BEEN MISSING FOR 2 YEARS!"
Danny sighed. "Nevermind, let's try it out."

He placed the translater onto Pikachu. "Did it work?"
"Blimey, that feels weird mate." Pikachu said in an Australian accent.
"How do we change the accent?" Danny asked.
"Let me." Drobot said. He took the translater and switched the accent.
"That feels weird it does." Pikachu said in a British accent.
"You sure it's working properly?" Danny asked. "British people don't sound like that."
Drobot switched the accent again.
"Man, the color of this is weird." Pikachu said.
Danny sighed. "How about a little less American."
Drobot changed the accent again. "There."
"Hey man! Can you fix this thing already?" Pikachu said in a Jamacan accent.
Danny facepalmed. "Give it here, I'll fix it."
Drobot gave it to Danny. "It's tough, you'll never do it."
Danny switched the accent ang gave the translater to Pikachu.
"Thanks for that," Pikachu said (with no accent). "That was driving me crazy. Who are you people anyway?"

Camo, Hugo, Hannah, and Lucy ran into Umbra's garden.
"How long has that helicopter been there?" Lucy asked.
Camo thought. "Six months, since Umbra hasn't been back here, it shouldn't have been moved."
"Nevermind." Hugo said. "Let me check where we should head first."
He opened up his laptop.
"Must you take that EVERYWHERE?" Camo asked.
Hugo ignored him. "Apparently Cynder and Voodood have been sighted in... Los Vaygaz."
"You mean Las Vagas?" Lucy asked.
"Probably." Hugo replied. "Let's get in the helicopter."
Steve caught up with them.
"Steve, you're controlling it!" Hannah said.
"What? Why me?" Steve complained.
"Because there aren't any helicopters in Skylands, so Camo and Hugo can't," Hannah said, "And since me and Lucy are girls, forcing us to control it would be mean."
Steve sighed. "There's no way I'm gonna win this arguement, is there?"

"This place is deserted..." Steve said. "I wonder why."
Camo looked around. "It might have something to do with that dragoon that Cynder is fighting."

"You dare challenge me, Striker?" the dragoon shouted. "I have been sent here to destroy you!"
Cynder was dodging constant magical orbs. "You're as tough as ever. Are ya still not getting fed?"
"SHUT UP!" Striker shouted. "I'M ACTUALLY THINKING ABOUT QUITTING, FOR YOUR INFORMATION!"
Striker charged at her. Cynder fell to the floor.
Voodood ran upto him. "Leave her alone! Fight me instead!"
Striker looked at him. "Okay." He charged into Voodood, who was instantly knocked out.
"Maybe I've lost my touch..." Voodood weakly said.

Camo ran upto him. "Who are you? Why are you fighting them?"
Striker smiled. "My name is Striker. I have been sent here by master Malefor to destroy the Skylanders. I'VE BEEN HERE FOR THREE MONTHS! AND NOW I'M ANGRY!"
He shot a beam of dark magic at Camo. He was KO'd.
Hugo, Steve, Hannah, and Lucy ran upto Camo.
Steve looked up at Striker. "H-how are we meant to beat this guy?"
