Dark52 Perhaps, this page updated to include new things, so this very absent, is busy bringing the best for us and your website. I'm not sure, it's just a suggestion.

^I don't think anyone really understands how difficult it would be to get mods. He wouldn't be able to use ANYONE already on the site, cause they'd be biased towards certain people and things. And there would be massive wars over people becoming mods. And then some would be stricter than others depending on what sections they spend more time in. EG. Someone from the Skylanders forum who has never seen stuff and nonsense would probably end up banning half the people who post in there, and someone who spends most of their time in Stuff and nonsense would be incredibly leniant. The site would be even MORE chaotic than it is already.

Mods should be someone that treats everyone the same as everybody else. Someone that knows the rules and has access to darkspyro a lot. In top of that someone that is responsible and dependable.
There are people like that in here. They're just "hiding".

Someone hiding is not a good mod. This person needs to be known and respected from the other members.

That's not exactly what I mean. I just couldn't figure out on how to say it. English not being my first language and all. I don't know on what term to put it to make it understandable.

I think what wapyro is trying to get at is that additional mods can be certain existing users but may not be vocal about it (ie humble but would accept). Some people who look to. E clamouring for the role would be terrible at it as they have sub-par people skills.

It would be impossible to be a mod "undercover". Mods get the "Hunter" rank, rather than being a Sparx, which everyone can see.

Besides, if you are hiring mods, you should always make them visible. That way, people who have queries can contact a mod while dark52 is away.
