I called Activision today..when they fixed it so you can add Healing Elixir they accidentally broke it so you cant add Cynder. It will be fixed shortly.

Just found Cynder today and cant add her to my webgame

My Cynder code didn't work, so I just tore it up out of irritation after so many tries. I tried to use the one on my Wii, but it's only 9 characters, and not 10..

Now mine is registered! I got it registered along with my new drill sergeant!

That 9 character code is the code to update your Skylander, it only works if you have already registered that Skylander (annoying, I know), I had that problem with one of my MIB Skylanders as I couldn't access the original code card inside the sealed packaging. In the end I just hooked my portal up to my PC... it works ok most of the time (once I'd installed the driver software for the second time... first time it didn't work at all).

my cynder code isn't working either, tried typing the code and using the portal.

Seriously, Activision is having problems.

I did register Cynder the day I posted this.

My Cynder keeps saying that the code is "note valid", even when I put her on my portal...

Why won't my Cynder work? Weather I use the portal or type in the web code, a message says "invalid code. Please try again." It worked for Spyro, Trigger Happy, Gill Grunt, Hex, Zap, Dino Rang and Eruptor but not for Cynder. Why? Why won't my favorite Skylander work?

I wish new people would read the whole thread before posting.

I know, same happened to me. Apperently, Cynder will be fixed soon.

Same problem with my Cynder. I actually thought it was the Cynder at fault, so I spent a whole half hour waiting at the shops to exchange my "broken" Cynder for a new one. They got their shipment, I got a new Cynder, and I got home, tried it out, and...

"Code is invalid. Try again."

At that point, I nearly threw my PC out the window. So then guess what? I start to think it's my portal at fault. So I ring up Activision Support Centre.

"Your call could not be connected. Please check the number, and try again."

Then I thought that technology actually hated me. As my last hope, I come onto this site JUST in case people are having the same problem and wazzah. They are.

Yeah just to repeat to the people who skipped the message:

When Activision fixed the healing elixir bug in-game they accidentally messed up Cynder. According to them TONS of people can't add Cynder to their online collection right now. They said "We know this is more important than items like Healing Elixir so we will try to fix it as fast as possible!" I had just used the phone number on the Skylander website.

Hopefully they fix her soon!

Alright so my friend brings his cynder over, puts it it on and wazzah. it works for him. i go on my account and mine doesn't work! wtf!

Had he already added Cynder before the Healing Elixir fix? Its only keeps from adding Cynder if she wasnt already unlocked. If shes already unlocked you can use her normally.

It's a bit off-topic but I loled

I am also having trouble with Cynder, I even swapped a Cynder (Though, mainly because her arm was missing) and I ended up giving up.
Damnit Activision.
