I kinda rushed with it, so the shading kinda sucks, but I think the rest of it looks pretty good. Oh, and it was inspired by "Take To The Sky" by Owl City http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e0VC1wt1jVc.

The bear from Wolves Of Beyond (Dayum, I forget her name, haven't read the book in ages) reminds me for the bears from Brother Bear. smilie

Yup, I love Kathryn Lasky's work. the Guardians of Ga'Hoole series was my favorite, but I like the Wolves of the Beyond series, too. And what's ironic is that my name's Kathryn, too, spelled the same way and everything (though I go by Katy).

Yaaay.

Yeah, when the Wolves of the Beyond came out, I felt pretty much like the only person reading it due to the fact that most second series, usually aren't that good. But this one is AMAZING.

As you can see, it's changed a lot. 'Kay, so what's going on here? Well, Charmander accidentally bumped into Squirtle, making him drop his ice cream. Squirtle gets mad at Charmander, and an argument breaks out. So Bulbasaur, being the peacekeeper he is, tries to break up the fight. Ice cream man Dragonite notices the little brawl, and flies over to give Squirtle a popsicle.

Nice job. I like how your pokemon designs turned out and so close to the originals.

Heh, nice little comical scene there too! Looks like it could exactly be in an episode or movie of pokemon.

Though, the blue shading on their faces is kind of....odd.....

Ahh. Well, maybe a different color of shading then. Cause the blue color on Bulbasaur makes it look really good cause those two colors are close. Perhaps just using different shades or something. Idk, I'm no art expert but I like looking at art.

No, no, I'm pretty sure it's always been grey. It could be greyish-green, but I always saw it as grey. smilie
