Well, at the moment I'm just hoping that when a mod Gnorc's somebody, they'll have to supply a good reason to dark52 why they have done so and maybe give some examples and also proove that they have indeed warned the user before, rather than straight away ban.

I highly recommend a mod PMing dark BEFORE actions are taken. That's what I'd most likely do.
