But will this "Triangle Method" that you are describing filter out all Double Posts that are for Glitch Guides and Boss Guides???? Because it would be a real pain not to be able to update frequently on my guide, and I may never even get a chance to post my sections for these guides at all, just because no one has posted a comment underneath my previous section on the guide. And it would kind of be really embarrassing asking someone on this site to constantly post a message in order for these to continue. This would be a real hassle for people (for example but not limiting to: me and you) when they would do this. I mean I'm all for prevention of Double Posting and all, but it's just because of this minor flaw that keeps me on edge if this happens.

I already mentioned that...

If your post is, for example, 200 or less characters under the post limit, you will be able to post again.

I.e. I don't know what the character limit is, but if it was 5000 for example then what I mean is if you make a post of atleast 4800 characters then you'll be able to make another post.

Why? Gems here are useless except to show how long a member's been here, and takin' them off wouldn't be fair in anyway. How would it look if a member who's been here a year only has 100 gems when they've been on EVERY SINGLE WEEK since they got an account?

Yes... but it is a right pain to have. It's better to use flood control which prevents you from posting for "X" amount of seconds/minutes/hours. Although flood control is bad for people making WAVE O' TEXTS. <.<

We have fllod control. Its for 10 sec

or maybe just wait thirty minutes to an hour to post again that is unless somebody posts after you?

Yeah. Sometimes it's hard to read. But sometimes, when I don't want to type alot, I use shorter versions of words such as sry (sorry), omg(oh my gosh) etc.

I don't chat speak or double post both drive me crazy. I have even seen someone who has double posted 15 times.

My opinion on double-posting:

- Get used to it. People do it all the time, despite any prohibitive rules stating otherwise. They don't care, frankly.
- It's ok IMO to double post if your follow up has some important/worthy information, especially if it's to notify people on a thread that no one else would bump.
- I don't support double-posting for spam reasons.
- That double post graph above is hilarious. There will NEVER be a day where double posters will be eliminated.
- The more strict rules (such as double-posting) are enforced, the more of a possibility that the forum community will feel more tense and uneasy. In a sense, this is an unfortunate backfire.

I sometimes doble post but that is because I con't edit my first post.
