Anyway, Eveline was and still is strange. VERY strange. I've got no clue how in the world she's actually related to me. I shouldn't really try to tell you either. You'll just end up as confused as I am. The jist is, after a lot of explaining and confusion, and a lot of cat hair from Eveline, I eventually figured it out...or not. But I was tired of being told confusing stuff by the Doc, so I told her I got it. What happened next it even odder.

Suddenly, a Hunter came into the room with a hound and a boy. The boy was about my age, 17, and as he walked in, shirtless and freaking hot, I might add, I stared. And practically drooled. I'm not ashamed to admit it. He had longish black hair, black eyes, and the same ivory skin tone as me. He noticed me stareing and gave me a totally melting half smile. I'm still surprised I didn't melt into a puddle then and there. Lina ran to him.
"Shaun!" She cried, hugging the very, very hot guy.
"Eveline! I hope you aren't trying to claw anyone?" He asked, scooping her up in his...wonderful..muscular arms.. I shook my head to clear it and managed to stop staring.
"Lina! My name is Lina now!" Lina cried happily, hugging so called Shaun around the neck. He laughed.
"So you finally have something easier to pronounce than Eveline! Thank you!" he said jokingly, smiling a still very hot, very melting broad smile. I had to sit down and Doc left the room and sent the Proffesor in instead. Prof smiled.
"Ah! I see you've met Shanjo!" He said, sending the Hunter out of the room. The hound eyed me like I was his supper and then followed his Hunter.
"Shaun!" Shaun snapped. "I don't like my name! so call me Shaun!"
"Fine, fine. Shaun." The Prof. said, hands raised reluctantly in defeat. "All the same, put a shirt on before Terra faints." He said. Shaun looked at me.
"Fine. Terra? Where have I heard that name before?" he asked, opening a drawer and pulling out a tight black shirt and setting Lina down before pulling it on.
"Um, I'm Lina's sister." I said, able to look at him and speak. Thankfully. Note to self: Do not stare at the hot boy and try to talk. I thought. Shaun nodded.
"Right. The one with the wings. Nice to meet you. I'm Shaun, obviously." he said, holding out a hand. I shook it, not sure what else I could do. "Nice to meet you Terra." he said, almost making me pass out then and there with one of his killer half smiles. My mouth went dry as I swallowed.
"Ho-Hi." i said. I had almost said hot! Gah! Reinforced Note to self: do NOT say Hot to the hot guy named shaun in a greeting! I gave myself a mental slap too. Lina hopped back into my lap.
"Shaun is a brother, but not a brother. He's got the same power as you, but he's not related to you in any way, shape, or form besides them." the Proffesor told me. I just nodded dumbly.
"Here. Let me show you. Lina, don't turn into a cat again." Shaun said, and then spread glossy black wings in the same way I did, right out of his back where there hadn't been any before. Needless to say, Lina couldn't help it and dashed back under the table, turning into a cat on the way. All three of us sighed and Shaun folded his wings away. Lina edged out from under the table. The Prof. called Doc Floraday back in and she took Lina and her dress out of the room for a second time, scolding her. Proffesor Roenoak said he had something else to get done and left too, leaving me and Shaun, along with a room full of seemingly brainwashed lab guys in the room. Actually, you could have dropped a bomb and half of them wouldn't have even twitched. That left me and Shaun, pretty much alone. It was an extremely awkward moment, as you might imagine. Nothing much was said. As in, nothing at all, actually. Shaun leaned against the table and I sat there, blushing occasionally and turning away awkwardly.

As you can see, oddest moments of my freaking life, and you'll hear some pretty odd things. But you have to admit, Shaun=hot.

No clue. Stressing over the definite that the world will be either destroyed or not and no one survives anyway. Not gonna be posting anything for a while till this is either cleared up, or I figure out way to stop.

I've got it! Okay! Next part! Part.....Eight! That took a while to figure out!

As you can see, I was shocked by the fact that I was gonna have a hot guy help me save the world. Not so thrilled with the fact that Hunters were gonna try and...*shudder* Help, us, but, that would be fixed when we escaped. Again. In any case...............

After about five minutes of awkwardness, I grabbed a pen and a paper and began to sketch out what I remembered from my last escape. Which was everything. I have perfect memory. "Which is why I am not going to be fooled by that cheeter, Floraday. Curse her name when she gets angry or irked." I thought, not realizing till it was way too late that I'd said that out loud. I turned bright red. Shaun looked at me.
"What the heck are you doing?" He asked me, pretending to be clueless. I could tell her was freaking out though. His eyes were darting back and forth like mad, taking in everything, and he was fidgety. Like, bird on a wire fidgety.
"Plan. Escapo." I mouthed, and wrote it down in Spanish. Or.... something that resembeled it...
"Oooo...." He mouthed, laughing at my strangeness and inability to remeber if escapo was the right of the wrong way to spell escape in Spanish, as I erased it ten times before he stopped my hand. Then he pointed to the hole in the paper where the words had been. I turned red.
"Uhh... oops...." I muttered.
"Eh. It's okay. you didn't pay atention, that's all." Shaun said with a shrug and the killer half smile that made me almost melt at the knees and collapse to the floor. As it was, I turned redder, if that was possible.
"Left, right, left, stairs, right, door, right, right, left, right, down stairs, door, left, straight, straight, left, right, straight, left, straight, left left left." He whispered, leaning forwards till his mouth was brushing my ear. I blushed again.
"got it." I whispered back, and he stepped back. Apparently he knew where Lina would be, and where to go from there. I was jsut to get out. At least, that was what I got from his look of 'move it when I say run.' The door opened and the Prof. came back in.
"Run!" Shaun shouted, and I ran. Like, lightspeed ran. I ran so fast I blurred and almost tripped over my own molecules or something trying to catch up to me. Shaun yanked a cord out of the wall and the computers spazed, sending strobe lighting across a suddnly dark room and outside the hall way. I turned left, right, left, up the stairs, right, in the door, right, right again, left, right, down the stairs, through the door, left again, going straight, straight again, left, right, straight one more time, left, straight, then three lefts in a row. I came to three rotating doors and thought hard.
"Left... Left... Left... Three lefts in a row, no pauses...." I took th one all the way on the left, the third one. I came out in a big reception area that was too big for the space that chould have been there. Shaun barreled out with Lina in his arms and wings out.
"Move! Move! Move!" he shouted, and I jumped to go, then shot out the front door right behind him in a shower of glass, wings beating fuiriously, lifting me into the air. Shaun followed, and we both escaped the Academy, me for the second time.

This is how we got out. I know it seems stragne, and it is, but if you think you've seen strange, you know nothing yet.

Well, we made it. Sorta. And here is why I say sorta.

We came rocketing out of the building- into the middle of a very, very busy street! People shouted and leaped out of the way so we didn't ram into them, but then as we climbed into the sky, they pointed and began to snap pictures. I grabbed Shaun's hand.
"Terra? What are you-WHAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGHH!!!!" His question ended in a scream as I beat my wings harder and climbed quickly to light speed, and vanished from human sight. "Gah! NO! LINA!" He shouted, and I whirled to see the little kitty girl falling, flaining wildly. We were above the sky scrapers by at least fifteen stories. There was absolutely 0 chance she'd be anything more than kitty splat if she hit the pavement. I didn't think. I have a habbit of that when I get in trouble. I dropped out of the sky like a rock divebombing something. I grabbed Lina out of the air and my wings shot open again. It hurt.
"YOWCH!" I shouted, and Lina's claws dug into my stomach, chest, and arms at the same time it felt like my wings would be ripped out. I landed on the ground with a WHUMP! I hadn't slowed enough, and I felt something jolt throgh my foot. I rolled, protecting Lina. Shaun landed gently next to me. We were in a yard.
"What the he** were you thinking!?!?" He shouted at me, but I shot my hand up and slapped it over hs mouth.
"What was I thinking? What were YOU thinking? You're the one who dropped her. I don't think that's exactly MY fault." I hissed, low but menacing. He shut up and jerked back like he'd been physically slapped. I set Lina down and she jumped back into my lap. "Ow." I muttered, as her claws dug into my leg. I picked her back up again.
"........................ Here. Her dress." Shaun said, and handed me Lina's dress.
"Not now. We're in the middle of a city Shaun." I said, shrinking my wings to my back. I couldn't get them to vanish entirely like I could before. Shaun's slid easily into HIS back, of course. I glared.
"What did I do now?" He grumbled, and yanked me to my feet. We walked to the nearest park. Thankfully, no one had seen me fall out of the sky and my ankle seemed to be fine for the moment. It was sore, yes, but I could walk without a limp. Shaun would've asked if I needed help. Help was the LAST thing I wanted from him right now. Lina still clung to me, and I could do nothing to get her to unhook her claws from my skin, so I held her up anyway.

And there you have it. We were seen, hadn't gotten out of the city, and my wings wouldn't go in. Not to mention I had a cat clinging to me as I walked down the street. Not exactly unoticable, ya know?

on to the rest of my story! Or, part of it! ......*rereads last bit of last part to make sure it matches* Just in case!

So, we walked for a bit, then needed sleep, food, and for Lina to get her dress back on. We worked on that, not necessarily in that order.

Sleep was a priority. Sleep and a ton of food. almost literaly a ton. We ate half the pretzals at a pretzal stand before the guy noticed and shouted. We took off running, three more pretzals stuffed in each of our pockets for Lina later. We ended up in the park, and we still weren't really speaking. Shaun knew the city amazingly well, and only said anything when he was telling me where to go.
"Come on. Up." he said, pointing up a tree. I blinked at him. I had a cat girl clinging to my shirt. i couldn't climb anywhere.
"Why up? Why not that way?" I asked, pointing out of the park and towards the subway.
"Claustrophobia." he muttered, then started to climb. The park still had a few people left in it, so we couldn't fly up without being noticed. Lina jumped straight onto the tree and clawed her way up faster than Shaun did! Imagine the surprise he got when she shoved her furry face into his and mewed as we reached teh top! It was hilarious! He almost fell out of the tree in surprise.
"Lina! Come here! We gotta get you back in your clothes!" I said, and she padded over to me. Shaun stared.
"Where am I supposed to go!?" He cried.
"Other side of the tree." I answered, pointing.
". . . What!?" He nearly shrieked. I slapped him.
"Be quiet! Someone will hear you!" I snapped. He shut up, and, red faced, climbed carefully to the other side of the tree. Lina shifted back and I helped her get her dress back on. She hugged me then. "Shaun! Get back over here!" I called quietly. He came. And glared at me.
"I've known her longer than you have." He muttered.
"And she's my sister." I retorted. Lina sat quietly, then looked up at me, tugging on my shirt.
"Terra, I'm hungry." she whined. I pulled out a pretzel and we both watched as it disappeared practically whole. "More?" She asked expectantly.
"Here ya go." Shaun said, handing her another one. It vanished too. We gave her all the pretzels except the last one, which me and Shaun split.
"Hey, Terra, tired?" He asked me, sitting back against the trunk of the tree. i shrugged and settled into a spilt in the branch.
"Yeah. A bit. Let's get some sleep." I muttered. Lina clawed her way up to the branch above us and curled up next to the trunk. She was snoring within ten seconds.
"Is that even natural?" Shaun muttered. I shrugged and closed my eyes.

Ther ya have it! I'm not sure I can tell you what's next. It might become too freaky to tel you. i should though. But another time, another time.

And I'm back. It's another time for me, though it may not be for you. I shall skip the randomness and just start writing. Or will I... seems like I might as well babble a bit about myself. I like chocolate chip cookies. I don't like smudging ink when I write. Or smudging pencil. Or smudges at all. Makes stuff illegible......I'm babbling. On with the story!

We actually got to sleep through the night, shockingly. Shaun poked me awake. "Terra.....Terra!" He jabbed me in the forehead and I jolted up so suddenly we knocked heads.
"Owowowow! Don't do that!" I snapped. He pointed at the rising sun. "Oh..." I muttered. Duh. Sunrise. Time to go before we got seen or co- a siren blasted through my thoughts. "And there we have it." I mumbled, looking down to see a police squad car parked in the nearest street and three policemen-er, women- standing under our tree, blaring a horn up at us. Lina fell off her branch and into my arms.
"Ooof! Oh! Hiya people!" She shouted down, waving. They all exchanged sceptical looks, then short woman in front put the mega phone to her mouth.
"It is forbidden to climb trees in the park. Please get down." She megaphoned up to us, and Lina whimpered, clapping her hands over her ears.
"We can hear ya know! We HAVE ears!" I shouted down, and Shaun glared.
"Terra, shut it before you get us shot at." he snapped.
"They could be the first ever female Hunters ya know." I pointed out. But none of them had dogs.... And that's when I heard the hiss. I looked up again to see bigger than average cats sitting in the tree above us. "Down little birdies." A black and white one growled. I gulped.
"And this would be why," Shaun muttered. "We don't sleep in a city. In a park. At night. At ALL. Ev-"
"Oh shut it and fly!" I snapped at him, grabbing Lina and taking off from a dead standstill. I shot my wings open and flapped them furiously. I sank before I finally began to rise away from the tree. Shaun followed closely, but a brown cat leaped, landing on his left wing.
"ARGH!" He shouted, beating at it as it flailed, screaching loudly. He slammed his wing into the tree and the cat dropped to the ground, flipping to land on its feet. The police on the ground suddenly hurled nets up at us.
"What the heck!?" Lina shouted as one whizzed by my face. I blinked. Had a seven year old just said 'What the heck!?'? Seriously? Wow. Kids these days.
"Fly! Fly! Fly!" I shouted, and we shot off into the sky. We flew for a while, then landed on the nearest sky scraper.
"Dam*..." Shaun muttered, landing badly. I glided in and pulled my wings in as he struggled with his left wing. Lina hopped down and sat, crouched like a cat herself, staring at Shaun's wing.
"stop flailing." I snapped, rushing over and promptly hurling him to the ground, pinning him there with one arm bent at a careful odd angle. he stopped moving. Broken arms for us were like broken arms for a toothpick person. shattered and rarely fixable.
"How bad is it?" He asked, indicating his wing. I grimaced at the blood beeding on his feathers. "Pretty bad?" He was looking at me out of the corner of his eye.
"Er....yeah." I told him. No point lying... Lina padded over to me, and tugged my shirt.
"Terra...I can see his hurt." she told me, eyes staring at Shaun's wing. They were glazed over slightly.
"What sweety?" I asked, confused.
"I can see it. His hurt. It runs right along here." She pointed at where his wing shaft was bent out of place ever so slightly. How he'd flown with that I didn't know.
"Terra. Lina isn't a cat." Shaun said. I blinked at him. "She's not a cat." He said again, and it clicked. Lina hadn't turned into a frightened little kitten this time when we flew.
"His hurt is bad......" Lina muttered, gently running her hand along the wing shaft, eyes staring into Shaun's wing. I looked at her and promptly sat down on the roof, head in hands. What was I doing here?
