I don't know i think it was the music from one of the magic crafters levels

Hidden music, huh? I remember hidden music when I was busy looking for treasure in Cliff Town and Misty Bog, then the music that plays during the credits came on, which kinda confused me.

i've been in dry canyon for a ages and for some reason the music changed to the alternative version of the peace keepers music. the same happened in dark passage but with different music.

Once i was playing Spyro Ripto's Rage/Gateway to Glimmer, and my sister got bored and wanted me to change the game. She changed it from Spyro 2 to Spyro 3 while I was still playing. The game didnt freeze, but instead the music changed to Spyro 3 music. It was awesome, except we had to change the cd back everytime we changed levels or else it would freeze. It also works with ANB and TEN. In ANB, if you change it to TEN while at the swamp, it'll change from peaceful music to scary battle music.

This is VERY interesting. It's NEVER happened to me. But I DO love the way how Insomniac makes the music change when you stay long enough in one level...

Yep. I learnt this when I was missing one gem in Stone Hill.

I found out while watching my little brother play. He couldn't find the last gem in Dry Canyon.

I don't think the alternative music is a glitch, per se. It just gives the game some more variety so you won't get all bored. It's pretty cool though; not something people would expect.
