I agree with Gwenio. it's probably a trick of the angle...or an early draft.
(Also, don't bag Eragon, the book's good and the movie was okay 4 someone who hadn't read the book)
ANB's movie thinggamajigs r AWESOME. so are TEN's, but both could've used some improvement (anybody else notice that they don't actually stand and the ground?) anyways, i've got pretty high hopes 4 the movie.

I like him better in this picture and Eragon was a good book and the movie was...adequate

Hmm... Time for a long rant i suppose. The Eragon movie on a whole was rather ok, the effects were good and I liked the voice used for Saphira (hearts), however storyline wise was rather poor as they removed certain portions of the story which i felt was critical (meeting of Elva).

As for the Spyro poster, I want to believe that its just a close up or perspective perhaps that makes him look so big (and sexy i might add). Hopefully the movie will have equivalent or better effects then Eragon and critical parts of the story are not omitted. Still as a diehard supporter of Spyro i would watch it even if it sucked big time.

On this picture he actually looks really good I like this one it really does look like spyro I think, if he looks like this in the film I would be happy... But this is of course a small picture so it is hard to judge annything from it.

And now we are at it, velvetoctopus has used a 3. style for spyro on Their "Current films"-site http://velvetoctopus.com/
here they used the game model, so it is posible they wil use this or something similar in the film. personaly i will wait for a trailer before i judge the film...

Although the background looks nice, I don't like the way Spyro looks. His chest looks too puffed-out in that pic up there.

To me... yes... Spyro is quite young (even younger in the Legend trilogy), so it quite irks me that he looks like an adolescent. >.>

Hey, quit trying to get us all down. Just because you don't like it, doesn't mean that we can't. I personally like the photo, not nessacarily better than the LoS and the original Spyro. True, you may not like it, and we're fine with that, but if your posts are every other one, it just gets plain annoying. Maybe others have their own opinion. You don't need to push your feelings on someone else.

I really only care about the games though. That's why part of my forum is Spyro.
