It's wrong to split best friends. It's somehow... evil. In moment, when I hear Spyro forbading Sparx to go with them, I was somerthing like 0o0. Spyro, wanting Sparx to turn back? It is not Spyro. Spyro would allow Sparx to go with him, even into Hell.

Yeah but this isn't the first time he's done that it's just this time he was more adamant about it. He wanted Sparx to turn back at the end of TEN.

But in a way, that's the point - He ignored Spyro then, so he would ignore him again, regardless of how adamant Spyro is.

Sparx belongs with Spyro more than Cynder, as his oldest and most dependable friend.

I meant that Spyro never pressed Sparx to leave, every time he finally gave the permission.
