They were (in ANB and TEN), and they were the same age, so... You don't think that any of the Guardians would remake dragons kind with Cynder, do you? It's very whitedragonish way of thinking. Guardians were old, Cynder is young. And those "dragons" from DotD cutscenes... screw them.
