I like El's desghn for the gairdeans. But when in the game,I think Cyril and Terrador, were fine. But Volteer looked old(Not like his El consept art) an Ignitus was smileing to much.

Ignitus:
  • EL Ignitus looks too old.
  • EL Ignitus has joined together frill, all his frills have taken on a fin-like appearance.
  • Oversized feet, overszed claws that are the wrong colour...
  • His Krome smile looks quite friendly, his EL one looks kinda creepy...
  • EL gave him an extra bit of wing sail thingy.
  • Krome bothered to put a second wing in the picture.

Yeah, only Spyro and Cynder had sharp teeth like they were suppose to, except the Guardians. I guess EL didn't have time to completely finish designing the Guardians.

Not only were the character designs awful, but the entire world and environments had changed. It made it feel like they had done another reboot, not another title in the trilogy. All the animals, places, etc. Had changed with out an explaination to why or how everything is different aside from using "the three years changes everything" crap.

Well, the guardians look older and so do Spyro and Cynder because it is three years in the future. As for the landscapes, it's because it's all new. The enemies changed because Malefir was unhappy with the apes and turned them into shadow apes.

The areas were brighter cheerier places, before all the places were dark(except for tall plains). I personally like the brighter places, too much darkness gets old after awhile(unless you're playing horror games smilie )

In my experience English class tends to be a mix of English and Social Studies. For those of you who don't know, Social Studies is like a current events class. The sad fact is that the current state of the world, what with all the war, hate, poverty and all that, tends to be a gloomy place; at least that's what the news shows us. It is because of the gloomy state of the world that I preffer light hearted games, as games are one of my escapes from reality. And let's face it, reality tends to suck.

They always make you write essays about world events/controversial issues in english classes, I prefer just writing stories...
On topic: I think the reason EL Ignitus looks slightly chinese style is because he's thinner and slightly longer as opposed to his denser western style. Terradors still a tank though smilie

Hm...When someone is cryogenically frozen, they are not dead, just asleep. Once we find a way to unfreez them they will be alive and presumably healthy and the same as they were when they were frozen. This explains how Spyro and Cynder were still alive; they were sleeping and while in the crystal thier bodies just stopped, so they didn't need air or suffocate. But if thier bodies had really stopped, they wouldn't look like teens. I heard something about a guy who was frozen in ice, and when they thawed him, his body accelerated. I don't know if that's true, but it doesn't apply to Spyro and Cynder, because we saw them as teens inside the crystal. Ugh, so many plotholes! This is why I think they should make a second end to LOS, in which Spyro says he was having a dream, and describes some of the things we saw in DotD. Then they could try again, and this time they could make the end live up to the potential of LOS, and also just not suck. I know it's cheesy, but then again, what about LOS isn't?

EDIT: Oh wait I already said that before...

Stargate Atlantis' episode 'Aurora' could help with that. In that episode, they discovered Ancients that were frozen in stasis, but they AGED while frozen. Stasis does not keep you from aging. It just makes you age more slowly.

Yes, they've grown a bit, but (unless dragons mature at a differant age) they haven't changed much in size in three years. Then they've got three or five to grow to almost adult size... unless dragons mature at an older age.

Something I didn't like about Cynder's new design is her crest on the back of her head/neck. The spikes are sticking just straight out. But in this pic from TEN they aren't like that.
//www.darkspyro.net/night/gallery/#console-6
That annoyed me alittle :/
And they brought her neck thing, bracers, and tail thing back. There should be another tail thing on her tail, if they HAD to put them there at all.
And as for Spyro, how his crest is. I liked it when the first one on his head was big and moved when he stopped, but they took out all the "cartoony" stuff. And his back legs annoy the heck outta me >/
How his knees are resting on his feet when he's standing still and stuff.
Also I would've expected Cynder to have bigger wings than Spyro since when she was older in ANB they were the biggest of the biggest thing on her body. But they're tiny and look funny :/

She must be one of those lizards or birds, that can raise their crests when they feel threatened. Or to attract a mate.

Hey, I love Stargate Atlantis! And Yeah, Its a possibility Spyro didnt know what he was doin and in turn put himself, cynder and sparx is stasis without cancelling the effects of aging. Because in SGA They aged like 75=10, 000 years while spyro aged while he was in the crystal. HE DIDNT STOP TIME. That is a myth

lol. there are the main ones:

1)time crystal ftw it broke from a swing but not a mountain?
2)*facepalm* while rebuilding, the grublins would have SEEN it. jeez.
3)malefor was weak. he only knows 3 elements instead of 4 (ice, fire, fury)
4)would have taken longer.
5)hunter wouldnt have taken that long, if he saw the grublins hed probably kill them instead.
6)spyro and cynder were not meant to grow.
7)since when was spyro so serious?

now im not saying its bad, apart from storyline, its good.
