Of course it is hard to say which Sparx prefers to another because they have so different roles on these stories.

The old one had this life-saving, good-hearted and "wise" dragonfly who enjoyed speedways, butterflies and being a sideshow character.

The new one has this sarcastic, stupidly brave, bravely stupid and very funny lighthouse who likes butterflies too.

In my opinion the best Sparx must be the new one because he has this "makes you laugh" factor which the old one didn't have. I quess that if Spyro gamers had continued making the old story longer the Sparx's character would have become as funny as he is nowadays. But still this new one has "the edge"!

Yeah. He was funny with his buzzing, but I prefer the new one. Way funnier and better. One thing I'd actually like to see happen to Sparx in the next game is get hit by something big, not because I dislike Sparx but because I just want to see his reaction.
