Chapter 10: Please Don't Die

"I got you Cynder, I got you!!" Hakushi whispered. Cynder was knocked out. He was flying over the village when he spotted the cheetahs they called Medow and Prowlus.
"Medow, Chif Prowlus!! Help! Where is Hunter!?" he called to them. They looked up and gasped in horror at Cynder's body. Chif Prowlus went to find Hunter while Medow guided Hakushi to a good landing area. There were little cheetahs in the spot where he landed but he had to hold Cynder by her scruff.
"Ere e unt-r?" he asked though his teeth. Medow raised his paw for silence. About ten minuets later Hunter came running to them with chif Prowlus by his side.
"What in the name of Avalar did this?" he asked to himself when he saw Cynder's condition. Hakushi was stunned.
"When I got there all I saw was Cynder. I guess I was too late." he fibbed. Hunter squinted at him then went back to Cynder.
"Hakushi, will you go get Spyro and some Heather for me?" Hunter asked.
"Uh, okay." Hakushi gulped. He hated to leave Cynder.
"Please don't die!" he thought. He flapped his wings and took flight.

Chapter 11: hmm (I know, not the best chapter name )

Hakushi was flying to his new home to get Spyro. He was so worried that he got the heather, brought it back to Hunter, and was now going to get Spyro. He flew through the waterfall to see Spyro asleep.
"SPYYYYYYYRRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" Haushi shouted.
"WWWWWWWWWWHHHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!?" He screamed in anger and surprise. Hakushi hesitated before going on.
"Uh, I do not know how to put this but, Cynder was attacked by something, large. She is dieing!" he said with concern in his voice. Spyro leaped to his feet at the word 'Cynder'. He dived out of the water fall and to the cheetah village. Spyro was thinking on the way there.
"Only something extremely large could have done this." then he remember what Hakushi was like when he was a cat. How when the day he met they had a bloody battle.
"Maybe, nah!" Spyro thought.
"Hmm, I cannot believe I attacked Cynder like that, when, I love her." Hakushi thought as he flew next to Spyro.
"CYNDER!!" Spyro yelled as he saw hunter dabbing her side with a wet cloth. Cynder stirred and groaned. She was still knocked out.
"Will she be okay!?" Hakushi said with panic in his tone. Hunter stopped to grind the heather with some wild grass and moss clippings. There was some water in a bowl next to Medow. Hunter reached for the bowl and put a little water in the mixture. This made the mix a paste witch he put on Cynder's wounds.
"hmm, this is serious, she may not live." Medow said.
"SHE HAS TO LIVE, SHE HAS TO!" Spyro yelled with tears starting to fill his eyes. That night Spyro and Hakushi convinced the cheetahs to let them sleep by Hunter's house.

Chapter 12: Challenge

Spyro I have to tell you something." Hakushi yawned on the second night.
"What?" Spyro grunted. Hakushi cleared his thought.
"I, I think, I THINK I LOVE CYNDER!!!" he blurted out. Spyro silently laughed.
"What?" he giggled.
"Uh, I love Cynder." Hakushi sighed dreamily.
"Uh, wrong. cynder Is my girlfriend and do not get this messed up Hakushi." Spyro growled. Hakushi stood up, stretched, and growled.
"No, I think she loves me." he growled.
"Well you are wrong she told me she love ME so get yourself another girl." Spyro said with anger in his tone.
"Do you want to fight about it!?" Hakushi challenged.
"WHY NOT!?" Spyro yelled. The two walked out of the village and into the valley. Spyro made a ring by shooting ice shards into the ground in a circle.
Hakushi went to one end while Spyro the other.
"Lets get ready to rumble!" Hakushi and Spyro both thought.

Chapter 13: Battle

the two dragons circled one another. Hakushi roared and lunged at Spyro. Spyro was shocked but spat electricity onto Hakushi. Hakushi then flapped his wings to evade the attack. Spyro growled and flew high in the air. Hakushi growled and spat acid onto the ground so the arena floor was acid. Now the battle had to be in the air. Hakushi horn dived Spyro and then twisted his body to see what he had done. He saw Spyro plummeting down But then flap his wings. Spyro shook his head and tried to shoot earth bombs at Hakushi. Hakushi twisted and bended and looped to evade the attack. Then one hit him. Hakushi was hurt and hes fore head was bleeding. Still he Spun and spat venom as he horn dived Spyro once more. Spyro was falling and right before hit the acid Hakushi grabbed him.

Chapter 14: In witch Hakushi has trouble with a friend and helps another

"No, I can't" Hakushi breathed. He was holding Spyro up by the wing and gliding to the ground outside the ring. Spyro was shivering while being carried and He was still knocked out. Hakushi struggled to get him to a cliff in the middle of the valley. He knew there Spyro would be safe while he went to get water. Hakushi gently set spyro down on his side and looked at him. He was bruised and had many cuts. He may have to go to the cheetahs again."NO! I do not have to go to them!" he thought.
"Stay here. I will be back soon." he told Spyro. Spyro once more stirred.
"Help!" Hakushi heard someone call. He heard the call again and again. Finally he decided that he would go see what was happening. He saw the cheetahs running around and out of the village.
"Medow what is going on!?" Hakushi shouted to him.
"It is Cynder there is something very wrong we cannot figure it out! She is like a monster! Maybe you can help us!?" Medow screamed. hakushi was confused until he saw a black mass heading strait for him. It was a monster. It was a blob of black goo with a giant mouth and huge, razor like teeth. It had four long thin legs. It was running around trying to eat the cheetahs. Hakushi flew at it with great fear. He flew strait into it's mouth. He went trough it, and he strangely could breath. he saw the thing's heart and what was in it was astonishing. He saw Cynder! He had learned about what this was when he was thirteen. it was a rare sickness that only dragons who are an inch from death can catch. No one knows a cure. It was the way a dragons power's try to save the dragons' life. There was only one thing Hakushi thought to do. He grabbed Cynder's paw and Flapped his wings hard. They were out of the mass. It slowly started to dissolve into small puddles of oil.

Chapter 15: Spark

"Oh, goodness!! SPYRO!!" Hakushi whispered. He tried to fly harder, faster, but while holding Cynder's weight, he couldn't! He flew as fast as he possibly could. He saw a small purple dot on the cliff and sighed.
"Thank the ancestors." he breathed. Then he saw that the, now larger, dot was moving back side to side. He knew that Spyro was pacing. He could hear Spyro shouting at him himself.
"YOU FOOL!! WHAT WERE YOU THINKING! A BATTLE!? YOU ALMOST GOT KILLED!! STUPID, STUPID ,STUPID!!" Now he heard Hakushi wings in the middle of the last 'stupid'. He gasped and turned.
"By the ancestors CYNDER!?" Spyro shouted shaking her.
"Stay here, I will go get water, for you BOTH." Hakishi said sternly. Spyro looked up at him; his voice was wet when he spoke. Like he was holding back tears of joy and sadness.
"Okay." Hakushi took flight and went down to the stream. He dipped his mouth into the cool water and started to lap the water. Suddenly a salty taste entered his mouth.
"AA! Salt water!?" Hakushi said with anger. Then he heard a giggle be hind him. Then on his left a bush rustled.
"Hello? Please come out. I do not want to hurt you." He said in a soft tone.
"NO WAY! I am NOT going out there sis!!" Hakushi heard a young dragons' voice say.
"Go ON! He is cute and will not hurt a fly!!" he heard a familiar voice say.
"Still, no!" he heard the other say once more.
"OKAY YOU BOTH COME OUT OR I WILL MELT THAT BUSH!" Hakushi shouted, for by now he was fed up with hearing voices bicker.
"Will not hurt a fly A'?" Said the first voice. Then a dark-orange dragon stepped out from the bush. After him was Sunshine. Then the sun began to rise and Hakushi felt the pins of pain over his body once more.
"WHAT THE HECK!?!" The dragon gasped as Hakushi grew fur, fangs, and long claws. His wings retracted and his spines were replaced with fur.
"Oh, he always does that." Sunshine said in an as a matter-o-fact tone.
"And who is your friend?" Hakushi asked her.
"Oh, right, this is Spark, he is my best friend!"

Chapter 16: I Still Don't Understand

"I see, well, do either of you know where I can find FRESH water?" Hkushi said as he wiped him mouth. The dragons looked down and then back up at him.
"Uh, about FRESH water, you see there is none here, the cheetahs do something called boiling it but we do not know how!" Spark said in a sad tone. Hakushi was angry, almost ready to explode.
"Ugh! Okay the TWO of you go to Spyro and wait there! I will be back soon." Hakushi demanded. The dragons shrunk away from his gaze to find Spyro, or Cynder. Hakushi, meanwhile was bounding away from the spat where he had stood, to see the cheetahs for a basket he could use.
"CHIEF PROWLUS!? He called as he padded through the village. The cheetahs looked at him with confusion, but he ignored them. Finally he spotted Chief Prowlus talking to a yellow cheetah, a blue cheetah, and three gray ones. He did not take notice of Hakushi yet.
"Okay, we know there is plenty of water for everyone, but the buck, birds, rats, and rabbits are running low! You know what needs to be done. For the first time our troop will leave Avalar." he said with a scared voice.
"I am leaving! And I will bring back food, all i need is a cart and a water proof basket!" Hakushi bellowed. This much startled Chief Prowlus.
"WHAT?!? You are just a mere CAT!" he said.
"NO!! It is ME, Hakushi! I need to find fresh water and I will go to ANY length to get it!" Hakishi said stubbornly.
"I do not understand, but I will give you a small cart and a non-leaking basket. But please hurry, Hakushi!" Chief Prowlus said with concern. He then told three red cheetahs to go get the cart and basket. After a few moments they were back. A harness was attached to Hakushi's back and shoulders. The basket was hung on the canvass cover from a hook. Once the cheetahs bid him 'farewell' he bounded across the valley and into a new world.

Chapter 17: A New Problem

Cynder was lying next to Spyro on the large cliff in Avalar. She moaned and stirred softly. Spyro, in the mean time, was looking around for the wight speck that was Hakushi. He heard Cynder moan and looked at her.
"C-Cynder?" he whispered. She lay still, grunting.
"CYNDER!! CYNDER WAKE UP!!" Spyro yelled. Cynder' s eyes shot open and she quickly stood to her feet. She shook her head and blinked her eyes.
"Yeah? What is it?" she asked. Spyro looked at her with a confused face.
"You DON'T REMEMBER A THING!?!?!" Spyro cried. Cynder cocked her head to one side, the same confusion on her face.
"What are you talking about!?" she said in a mad tone.
"I mean when you were attacked, almost died, turned into a monster, AND knocked out!?" Spyro said with anger in his tone.
"NO! I DO NOT! Where is Hakushi!? I like HIM better than YOU, SPYRO!" Cynder blurted, then stomped away with rage.

I know It HAS been a while but I finally got an idea.

Chapter 18: Tutok

Hakushi had now come across a pasture full of horses. He had unbuckled himself from the harness. He was prowling in the thicket around the pasture.
He spotted a large, fat, Morgan horse. He crouched low into the bushes, ready to spring. Just when he was going to spring, something sprang before him. The horses bounded away. Hakushi ran after them. He then spotted a weak, old stallion. he had fallen into the mud in the midst of the chaos. Hakushi took the chance he had and leaped onto him. His flailing limbs smacked Hakushi on the nose several times. Hakushi got to the neck of the beast, and bit as hard as he could. He slowly stopped moving and Hakushi got the chance to look at what leaped before him. He saw a green and yellow dragoness, ripping at the flesh of the Morgan. His ears pricked up, for he thought she was beautiful. He first dragged the stallion to the cart. It only just fit into the cart. He then went up to the girl.
"Ahem, Hello, I am Hakushi, and who are you?" he said in a soft tone. The girl looked up at him with pearl-like eyes.
"oh, hello, CAT!! AAAA!!" she screamed in terror. Then, as of the ancestors were there to help him, the moonlight shown oh Hakushi and once again, he transformed.
"Wh- what just happened!?" she girl said in awe.
"This happens every night. So what is you name, miss?" Hakushi panted.
"Oh, right. My name is Tutok. Nice to meet you." she said.
"Same. Also, do you know a place where I can stay, with my cart?" he asked. The girl looked shocked, in a happy way.
"OF COURSE!! You can stay with ME! Oh, I haven't had a visitor in ages!" she shrieked. She happily led him to her cave on the other side of the pasture. When there, she went to get some more moss.
