Maybe hero orc max is pointing out a Dragon like figure in the right side circle? Can you see a grey Dragon there? I can also see a red Dragon face just below it...

In the first circle it looks like a volcano



The second looks like m=Maleofor



And the third is Cynders scyrone scream hitting the monster and exploding it is not blood because the game has a no blood contract
