Deigo flapped his wings like mad, trying to tag Chihhiro. But Deigo knew he would never keep up to her, Sky dragons were the fastest flyers on earth. Chihhiro laughed playfully, and swooped underneath Deigo.
He growled, and charged after her. "I'm coming to get you!" Deigo called, about to grab Chihhiro's tail. I've got her! But Deigo thought to soon.
"Not so fast, Sabor-dragon!" Chihhiro teased, as she flapped her enormous wings faster, and soon she was out of Deigo's grasp. Deigo growled to himself, but flapped his wings harder. But then he thought of an idea. Deigo flew up into the clouds, completely hidden. Chihhiro stopped, confused. "Deigo! Where are you? I thought we were playing tag!" Chihhiro yelled, hovering in mid-air. Deigo flew inside the clouds, hidden from veiw. Chihhiro doesn't know who's she's playing at, Deigo then dive-boomed towards Chihhiro. She yelped in fright, but Deigo was already on-top of her. "Ha! Now I've got you!" Deigo yowled, as the two dragons started to fall down towards the earth. "All right, you win. Now get off me." Chihhiro snarled, as they were falling. Deigo leapt off the Sky dragon, and glided towards the earth. Chihhiro followed him.

Deigo whipped his head around to face the Sky dragon. "Why are you following me?" He snarled. Chihhiro looked taken aback. "I'm lonely," She whispered, looking down at her paws. Deigo sighed. "Look, you do not want to be friends with a SaborClan dragon, trust me." Deigo replied.
But Chihhiro wouldn't believe him. "Tough, I'm staying with you."
Deigo bared his teeth, and automatically, his fangs grew three times their size, along with his claws. "I said, go away!" Deigo roared, his eyes had turned a blazing red. Chihhiro was suddenly very afriad.
It's her fault, she wouldn't leave. Deigo thought with a growl. But Chihhiro looked very hurt and scared. "Please, I just want a friend." Chihhiro said, barely a whisper.
Deigo sighed and felt his fangs and claws turn back to normal. "I'm sorry, but every miniute brings me closer too. . ." Deigo couldn't bring the words to his mouth. ". . .to suck my blood, I know." Chihhiro replied. Deigo's eyes widened. She does know! Then why is she still here?
"Then why are you still here? Aren't you afraid?" Deigo asked. Chihhiro stared at him. "I'm never afraid of a Sabor-toothed dragon," She replied stubbornly. But Deigo could scent her fear-scent, and see the fear in her eyes. She is scared of me. . .then why doesn't Chihhiro leave? Maybe she. . .likes me?

Deigo shook his head, and stalked away from the SkyClan dragon. The snow and ice crunched underneath his paws. Snow? Deigo glanced down at the ground. It was all covered in frost and snow. He stared up at the trees, they were all covered in frost too. The Day of The Ice has setted, Deigo thought. A cold wind whipped past his wings, making him shiver.
Chihhiro trotted up to him. "I know, The Day of The Ice has begun. It actually started as soon as FireClan left." Chihhiro said. Deigo sighed. Now he was sure that this dragon liked him. After all, she had caught a piece of fresh-kill for him, and even played tag with him, which is more of a cub game.
Deigo clawed at the snowy ground. "Why won't you just leave me alone? Your tempting me to eat you." Deigo growled. Chihhiro stared at him in shock, and stepped back a little. It was true, the scent of warm fresh dragon blood soon filled Deigo's nostrils, as he thought of stabbing his fangs into Chihhiro's neck. But he didn't.
"Why do you want to kill me?" Chihhiro asked, although the answer was pretty ovious. "Your blood, duh!" Deigo spat. Chihhiro looked taken aback.
"You don't have to kill me," Chihhiro whispered. Deigo stared at her, but he didn't say anything. "I. . .I just have a feeling. . .no, it's to stupid. You wouldn't believe me." Chihhiro replied, turning her head away. But Deigo was intrested. Chihhiro trotted away. Deigo followed her.
"Hey! Wait! I didn't mean what I said, OK? Us SaborClan dragons find it hard to miss a free meal." Deigo said, hoping if he said the right thing.
Chihhiro stopped, and faced him. "It's just that. . .I have a feeling that we were destined to be together." Chihhiro breathed. What!? Is she mad? We're from different Clans! And by the fact that I want to suck her blood! But Deigo had some feeling that she was right.

WM! Isn't it a little early? For a relationship? I mean, it just happened right there. After all, as they say, "Love grows."

But, who am I to judge. It's your story.

Deigo pelted away from the Sky dragon. He just wanted to get away from her, he never wanted to see her again. Chihhiro stared at Deigo with love in her eyes, and sadness. But Deigo didn't turn back. He just kept on running, until he brust into the SaborClan dragon camp.
Deigo stopped. The scent of Sabor-toothed dragons were strong here, but faint. He could even pick up his own scent, faintly. Deigo sighed. This was once his home, but it would never be his home again.
Then Deigo's mind changed back to Chihhiro. She was a very pretty dragon, but not enough for Deigo to love her. I don't need her, even if she played with me, or bought me some fresh-kill. I should of eaten her when I had the chance, Deigo thought, licking his lips.
Just then a fat rain drop landed on Deigo's snout. Followed by many more rain drops. Hail soon followed, drumming hardly on Deigo's horns and head. He grunted, and trotted over to the warriors den where Deigo had once slept in. He knew he shouldn't be here, but he had nowhere else to go. It won't hurt to sleep here for one night, SaborClan will still be making The Great Flight anyway. Deigo thought as he closed his eyes.

Deigo opened his eyes to find that he wasn't in SaborClan camp, but inside a den. A den that was very unfamiliar to him. Then Deigo saw something that made his eyes pop. There was a fully grown form of himself, bending down to a limp dragon's body. Deigo thought he reconized the limp dragon, then his brain clicked. The dragon was Chihhiro. And his adult-self was bending down towards Chihhiro's adlut form. Chihhiro looked liked she was dead. She was dead. Deigo almost passed out, but then he saw the eggs. An orange and black-striped one like himself, and a black and blue one. "No!" Deigo hissed. "It can't be! Why do I have to be with Chihhiro? Why?"

Wow, I like that dream. Very good.

When Deigo awoke his eyes were wide and he was panting heavily. What's wrong with me? Is it like I really care about Chihhiro? But Deigo couldn't stop thinking about her. Chihhiro's warm smile, her welcoming eyes, her beautiful face. . .Deigo slapped himself with his tail.
"Stop it!" Deigo snarled aloud. "Get hold of yourself!" He sighed. Deigo's stomach growled with hunger. Deigo heaved himself up, and trotted out of SaborClan camp.
Deigo came across a small stream, the water glistening frozen with frost and ice. Deigo's mouth was dry, he needed water soon or he would get dhydrated. But he would also find it hard finding prey, too, all the animals would be hibernating by now. Deigo sighed. He could just imagine Varzal mocking him; "You failed The Great Flight! You useless runt! Now you can never come back to SaborClan, ever again! Ha!"
Deigo sighed. He couldn't think about his brother now, he would have to focus on getting some food and a good drink. I know! I'll crack the ice open. Deigo thought. But he would have to get a very large rock.
Deigo scrambled across the pebbles, searching for the one that was large and strong enough.
Then something caught Deigo's eye. "Aha! I found it." Deigo grinned, as he reached for the stone. Deigo clasped the stone with his claws, and started to beat his wings. When he was high enough, Deigo dropped the rock. The stone smashed through the ice, making a loud crash sound.
Deigo grinned to himself. He had made a perfect hole. Deigo glided down, and started to lap up the ice-cold water.
When Deigo had quenched his thrist, he went to go search for some fresh-kill. He couldn't wait to sink his fangs into the prey's flesh. Nothing. Deigo scented the air countless times, but he couldn't scent anything. I may have to go hungry, Deigo thought miserably as his stomach snarled.
But then Deigo could scent something. Something big, and dangerous.
Marrkora! Deigo thought as a rush of panic zipped through his body.

Okay, a Marrkora is a enourmous bird, with bat-wings and enourmous legs and talons. It is usually black or purple, with red eyes. They are way more bigger than dragons, and their favourite food is dragons as well. They only like to pick on cubs, because adult dragons are to big for them.

Deigo had one inscint against these dangerous birds. Run. Deigo sprinted away from the incoming Marrkora scent, with his paws thundering across the forest floor. It was no use in flying, a Marrkora could fly way more faster than any SkyClan dragon. Deigo could almost feel the hot, panting breath of the Marrkora, snapping it's giant beak. Deigo whipped his head around to see a enormous, snarling, snapping Marrkora's beak barely missing his tail. I might as well be crow-food now! Deigo thought as he barely missing the Marrkora's snapping beak from ripping his head off.
Deigo had no idea how he was going to escape this beast. I might as well have this Marrkora eat me, I'm no use to my Clan anymore. I didn't even make The Great Flight, Deigo thought miserably. But something made himself keep on running.
Deigo heard the Marrkora give an bone rattling roar, Deigo thought that he could almost make out words in the Marrkora's roar; "Come towards my beak, little dragon. And let me taste your flesh and blood!"
"No!" Deigo screeched. "I will never let you!" Without thinking, Deigo leapt towards the snapping bird, and felt his claws and fangs grow.
Deigo raked his now longer and sharper claws down the Marrkora's exspoed back. The Marrkora screeched in pain, and tried to shake Deigo off, as purple blood splattered everywhere. Blood! Blood! Kill! Kill! The words rang in Deigo's head, over and over. He then sank his enormous, venomous fangs into the Marrkora's neck. The Marrkora gave an enormous roar, then collasped onto the ground, it's wings flapping over its body. Deigo let the poison sink in, and let himself naturaly start to drain the blood. Deigo or any other dragon had never killed a Marrkora before, or even eaten one. Now he had proved that dragons were stronger than Marrkora's. See Varzal! Deigo thought proudly. I'm not a useless runt now, am I?

Deigo soon finished the Marrkora, but then he felt his blood run cold. His confidence soon faded away. What have I done? Now the rest of the Marrkora are coming to get me, now that I've killed one of their family! Deigo thought as a rush of panic zapped through him. Deigo could even scent more Marrkora coming his way. Their bone-rattling cries echoed through the forest. Run! Deigo pelted away from the in-coming birds, and spreaded out his wings and flapped them widly. He knew that the Marrkora's were far more faster than any other dragon, but he had to try.
Soon, Deigo was high up in the sky, flying for his life. A Marrkora gave an blood churning cry, and lunged towards Deigo, it's beak snapping hungryily. Deigo gave an yelp of fright, and spat venom in the Marrkora's eyes. The Marrkora screeched in pain, then its wings stopped flapping, and then fell towards the earth. I'm so stupid! I might as well end my life now- no! I can't give up, I deserve to live. Even though I broke the Dragon Code- Deigo's thoughts were interrupted by a yowl from a Marrkora, as it snapped it's beak around Deigo's tail. Deigo yelped with fear and shock, as the Marrkora swung him around in circles. I think I'm going to be sick, Deigo thought as the world around him went blurry.
But then he faintly saw an tornedo coming straight for him and the Marrkora's. He heard the Marrkora give one last yelp of fright, then he felt himself pumitting down towards the earth. . .

When Deigo awoke, the first thing he saw was Chihhiro leaning over him. "Bah!" Deigo gasped, as he scrambled to his paws, slipping on the snow and ice. Chihhiro giggled to herself a little, then turned her head towards Deigo. He stared at her. What's Chihhiro doing here? I thought I left her. Deigo thought. "You. . .you did the tornedo?" Deigo asked unexspectedly. Chihhiro stared at him, her ice-blue eyes looking right through him, and her white and gray scales shimmered. "Yes, I did do that tornedo." Chihhiro said quietly. "But why? Why save me? What use am I to you?" Deigo snorted. Chihhiro smiled at him. "Deigo, I know what I said before how we were destined to be together, well I had a dream, that proves that we are." Chihhiro replied. Deigo stared at her, wide eyed.
She. . .she had the same dream too? But. . .how is that possible!?
"I had a dream that I was sitting next to you, and we were both staring out to the horizon. It was like. . .we were mates. And then the pain," Chihhiro winced, probably remembering the pain in her dream. "I saw blood, to much of it. And then I saw your horrified face, and two eggs. An orange black one, and a blue and black one." Chihhiro finished.
Deigo couldn't believe what the Sky dragon had just said. She had the same dream that he had, but different. "No. . ." Deigo breathed.
"No! I don't have to be with you! A dream proves nothing!" Deigo snarled, then ran away. As far as his paws could carry him.

Deigo didn't even turn around to see if Chihhiro was following or not. I didn't have to be like that to her, she did save my life. He reminded himself. He stopped, his paws skidding on the soft snow and frost. Deigo turned his head around to see if she was following him, but no sign of Chihhiro. Deigo sighed, and sat down on the freezing cold ground. Deigo looked up at the sky, and wondered if SaborClan had finished The Great Flight yet. He wondered what his father would be thinking, Manko would probably be happy now that his son had left. All Manko seemed to care about was Varzal, anyway. Limu would be worried, though, and very upset. She had always cared for Deigo. Taka would be upset, too, he cared for Deigo to.
Deigo had always been a God to Taka. Taka always wanted to be like his big brother. Taka will also be getting his warrior name soon, Deigo thought, remembering his warrior ceremony. He had been called Dei, when he was a cub. Varzal used to tease him of his name, and often said;
"Dei's name should be die! And if it was, I would make it come true." Then Varzal would give an evil smile to young Deigo, and claw at the ground as if he was ripping his scales off. Deigo shivered at the thought. At least he would never see his brother again.
He wondered if he should go back to Chihhiro, she was probably very upset. It was obvious she liked him. Chihhiro is very pretty, Deigo thought, smiling. But then he remembered the dream. What if she was right? Maybe I am meant to be with Chihhiro?

Deigo then suddenly remembered that Chihhiro was dead in his dream. He swallowed hard, as his stomach tided up in a knot. Chihhiro must die baring our eggs, Deigo thought. Then he slapped himself. What am I thinking? I don't even want to be with her! But Deigo couldn't put the beautiful SkyClan dragon out of his mind.
Well, it's obvious we have cubs in the future. . .but a dreams just a dream, right? Deigo turned around, facing the way he had left Chihhiro.
"Should I go back?" Deigo whispered half to himself.
"Of course you should, you and her were destined to be together." Rasped a voice. Deigo's heart quickened. He whipped around, snarling. "Who's there?" He hissed. There was a loud laugh, and an old male dragon emerged from the bushes. Deigo stepped back, staring at the old dragon. It was obvious he was a Sky dragon. The male dragon was a light grayish colour, with white spoltches. He had dark, black eyes that looked like tar pits. He looked down at Deigo. "Who are you?" Deigo asked bravely. "And how do you know about me and Chihhiro?"
The old dragon smiled, and sat down, his tail tucked under his paws, and his wings neatly folded behind his back. "My name is Stone," The old dragon wheezed. "I've known Chihhiro since she was a little hatchling." Stone grinned. Deigo stared at him. "But how do you know that we were destined to be together? Or whatever." Deigo replied hotly. Who does this dragon think he is? How does he know!? Deigo thought with a growl. Stone stared at him, his black cold eyes sparkling.
"I am Chihhiro's grandfather, and I have always known this. I had a dream once, soon after Chihhiro's egg was hatched. It was a dream that you and her were sitting together, in a small cave, as mates, looking out to the horizon." Stone said. Deigo couldn't believe what this dragon had just said. But. . .that's impossible! Deigo thought as he clawed the snow. "Anyway, why aren't you hibernating like the rest of the Sky dragons?" Deigo spat. Stone glared at him, as a growl rumbled deep from the old dragons throat. "I have never hibernated, and I never will! Since that I was banished from my Clan, like my granddaughter." Stone growled. Just like Chihhiro. . .now I see where she got it from. Deigo thought. "Okay, maybe Chihhiro and I are meant to be together, but the future can change," Deigo said, as he ran away before Stone could reply.

Deigo ran, his heart pounding so loudly that he thought that Stone could hear it. Suddenly, there was a flash of gray mist and Stone standed in front of him, smiling. Deigo skidded and stopped. His mouth gaping open.
How did he do that!? Deigo thought, still staring at Stone.
"Quite easily, young dragon. Although, it would of taken years of practice." Stone replied. "You can read minds too?" Deigo gasped. Stone nodded. "Can all Sky dragons do this?" Deigo asked. Stone shook his head. "No, not all of us can do this. Deigo, please, go back to my granddaughter. She needs you," Stone said, suddenly changing the subject. Deigo glared at the old dragon. Stone may read minds, and teleport, but he couldn't force Deigo to do something that he didn't want to do. Stone doesn't control my life, neither does Chihhiro. Even if I had a dream meaning that we were meant to be together. . .but Chihhiro did save my life. What am I meant to do? Deigo asked himself.
Stone smiled at him. His black eyes shinning like a thousand moons. "Follow your heart, and you will know what to do." Stone whispered as he disapeered into gray mist. He knew what he had to do. Deigo would have to go back to Chihhiro.

Deigo padded along the snowy ground. How was he supposed to find Chihhiro now? He had no idea where she was, or how he was going to find her. I'll just have to rely on scent, Deigo thought, tasting the air. He could scent Stone's scent, and his own. But no sign of Chihhiro's.
Deigo sighed, and trugded on. Suddenly, Deigo felt Chihhiro's scent fill his nostrils. She's here! But where? Deigo whipped his head around. No Chihhiro. He sniffed again, and now her scent was stronger than ever. Deigo started to trot, then into a run. He suddenly bumped into a gray-white she-Sky dragon. "Hey, do you-" The she-dragon spat, but then she stopped. "Chihhiro!" Deigo beamed, and hugged her without thinking. She smiled. "I knew you would come," Chihhiro purred. Deigo let go of her. "I'm. . .sorry, I didn't mean to yell and run off like that. I just can't believe it, that's all." Deigo said, looking down at his paws. Chihhiro smiled. "It's alright, I didn't believe it at first either, but when I saw you. . .I knew that the dream was true," Chihhiro replied. He smiled. But why are we destined together? I still don't understand. Deigo thought angrily. Dark soon spreaded across the orange sky. "Here, we can rest under that tree if you like." Chihhiro suggested as she padded over to a large oak tree. Deigo shrugged. "Yeah, it'll do." He yawned, and sat down. Besides, I have nowhere else to go. Deigo thought as he closed his eyes and as Chihhiro sat down beside him.

"Deigo. . ." Deigo opened his eyes, and stumbled to his feet. He wasn't in the forest, but a misty cave. And he certainly wasn't awake, either. "Hello? Who's there?" Deigo called softly into the mist. "Deigo. . ." Suddenly, a gray-white male Sky dragon with tar black eyes emerged from the mist. It was Stone. "Deigo, I know you've been wondering why you and my granddaughter are destined to be together," Stone rasped. Deigo nodded, not wanting to ask how Stone knew. "You and Chihhiro are going to have two dragons that have never been born before. You are going to change the Clans, forever. Not in a bad way, of course. Your children will have powers like no other dragon before them." Stone smiled. "But how do you know? They haven't been born yet." Deigo asked.
Stone didn't reply, he was already fading. "Stone, wait!" Deigo screamed. But Stone was already gone.
