Whats wrong with kids being exposed to homosexual ideas as long as it's nothing pervrse? If they discuss it with aduls willing to explain things to them in a calm and honestly informative manner, they won't get hurt reading this topic.

And no, I don't think so. Sexuallity just doesn't matter in story based games that aren't corrupt. Parents are more likely to be mad than happy about a game like this. if it were to where Spyro kissed or confessed his love to another male character( or the other way around) wouldnt make it to were i would just completely stop playing spyro at all. That would probably phase me a little but not enough to hate Spyro just because he is homosexual, anyways im stopping right now i could probably go on with how nearly everyone is overreacting with the whole homosexuality thing.

Yes, I'm almost certain it wont happen. Unless humans evolve to a point where there are no definitive females or males. I heard (years ago) that in many centuries to come humans might evolve to such a point. (Personally, I doubt it) In which case it wont matter if Spyro kisses Ember, Cynder, Flame or Sparx. (lol, Sparx!)

I don't agree with something like that. Spyro is mainly for children and them seeing a Spyro game that would come out mature for something like yaoi... Isn't the greatest thing ever.

Well, Now that I know what Yaoi is, I meant that the game I'm talking about would be shonen-ai (sp?). I was thinking just an average Spyro game but with gay love.

Just to clear things up:

Just because one person on dA who makes a stamp would like to think otherwise, doesn't make it true.

As for gay relationships in Spyro, I think I've already said my thoughts on it here, but here they are again:

I'm not averse to gay relationships in popular media, but I don't think romance of any sort should even be a part of kids' games except, maybe, on the sidelines or in fandoms.

And what about the girls, eh? All the yaoi fans just think about the boys kissing. There are girls who like girls out there, you know.

Regardless, I think it would be highly inappropriate for anything worse than Elora's peck on the cheek and Cynder's uncertain "I love you" to enter into the series (and I'm not really so keen on Cynder's statement; it was a bit much for a game marketed at kids).
