i have seriously never seen an character change his/hers voice as much as him. in italian, he sounds like an old man trying to talk in baby voice and in norwegian, he sounds like a retard :/

Norwegian?! never heard him in Norwegian mself. I agree with you on his Italian voice infact I found all the European voices the same when hearing them in Spyro 2

Personally I like the childish,cool voice of Spyro's first voice actor but I also like Tom Kenny too.
For me it goes:
1.Tom Kenny

2.Carlos Alarazqui

3.Akiko Yajima(Japanese voice actress-likes the childish sounding Spyro)

4.Jess Harnell(Originally disliked when the game came out but then grew on me especially when LOS Spyro came into the picture *shot*)
5.Elijah Wood(urgh )

I like Elijah Wood the most.

Tom Kenny is my favuorite, Jess Harnell would come second and Carlos Alarazqui comes final. Elijah Wood sounds too emotionless.

spyro DOtD is the only game where spyro is on norwegian too. i dont think he fits it, even cynder dont. but we norwegians are TERRIBLE at dubbing. the italians are the pro's.

I agree with this^.But it maybe a fault on the writers department on how TLOS Spyro is?.
TLOS Spyro I find too serious and I don't really like his personality I found it rather dull.
Then again the rest of the cast maybe also like TLOS Hunter for example.
I agree when ever I heard Wood speak even when he was trying to be funny it still bored me either to sleep or to tears.
But I'd say the european languages in Spyro 2 are a LOT worse.

Meh. I didn't like his Spyro 1 voice. I prefer Elijah Wood over all of them, especially since he's perfect with being serious and dramatic at the same time.

Jess harnell sounded like he tried to mimick carlos.

Spyro sounds like this in this game because this is supposed to be younger spyro. In Spyro 2, 3, and 4 it sounds normal because it is him after he matured. IDK why his voice got really annoying in A heros tail.

The characters in Hurricos were known as Electrolls and they sound like SpongeBob because Tom Kenny voices both (he also voiced Spyro, the Professor, and a ton of other characters in Spyro 2 and 3).

Spyro sounds different in this game because his voice actor was different.

I loved Tom Kenny as Spyro. He was my favorite voice actor for Spyro.

I hate Sparx's voice in "A New Beginning." It's probably the main reason I decided I would never buy a LOS game.

I don't like a lot of A New Beginning, or any LoS game, the most I go would be one level from each game. If you wanted my opinion, don't I just LOVE to repeat myself? Muwhahahahaha!

Well, Spyro's track record after Year of the Dragon made me skeptical, reviews were not good, but I decided I would try it anyway. But then when I heard Sparx's [expletive] voice, I realized I was wasting my money.

Zpyro, if you didn't like hearing Sparx just once, it's not worth your money. He never shuts up and he's completely useless. And if you thought Sparx was bad... D: LoS is fun if you like trainwrecks and mediocre-terrible games, but if you're looking for something that's actually fun to play you won't find it in this franchise outside of the earlier games.

^Pretty much this, but it's a matter of an opinion, if you like beat 'em up/action games.

Eh. If you like beat 'em up/action games, play God of War or Tomb Raider. LoS is pretty much just a poor knock-off of GoW (especially DotD) with dumbed-down combat mechanics.

Actually yes, LoS, is nowhere near as good as Tomb Raider, because in that game, you have to think about what you're doing within a level, whereas in LoS, you just have to press a mash of buttons all the time, my mistake.

Wait...you press more than one button? I totally got through LoS by just mashing the circle button continuously. And since the levels are pretty linear, you don't have to worry about getting lost at any time. The most wide open level in the whole trilogy was Valley of Avalar and it's smaller than the smallest homeworld levels from the old Spyro games.

According to an interview with voice actor the orignal intetion was to give spyro a real "go-gettea kind of guy" . Insominac then decided that made him sound too mean, So the voice actor the gave him a second voice which made him sound too much like a wimp (also made him sound like he had astma). Imsomniac then said that was to wimpy. So the voice actor decide to do a mix between the two so he sounded really togth but still likable.
That the origin of the voice, personaly i like the one in a hero tail because is so bad it hillarius to lisen too (sorry for spelling mastakes)

I quite like AHT's voice over, I think it is Jess Harnel voicing Spyro in that game. I think it suits him, the only voice over I don't like is Elijah.

Yep, that was Jess Harnel and I like his drunk Spyro voice, too. And I'm with you about Wood's Spyro voice, Super. He's not a bad voice actor outside of Spyro, but he's way too whiny in LoS (which just makes how doofy and wimpy LoSpyro already is so much worse).

I think AHT's voice over makes him sound stoned as hell.

In my opinion, it doesn't make me think Spyro is doofy and more wimpy, just makes him sound so dull and boring, like I want to fall asleep to his voice. I just can't hear any emotion what so ever. When Spyro sounds angry, he sounds normal, when he is sad, he still sounds the same

I haven't played the original game since I was 4...so I don't know Spyro's old voice...but I have Spyro 2 and 3. Tom Kenny...awesome guy. It's hard to believe that SpongeBob is Spyro. I have a Howrse account I share with my best friend and it's 03SpongeBobSpyro4.
