Chapter 12 Flood

Zappy saw the Flood coming this way.
"The Flood!"cried Zappy pointing at the flood.
Goldking flew in and grabbed Zappy, placing her on top of cliff.
Gold flew up and sat down with Zappy and Goldking
The hatchlings and dragons were up there too.
The flood destroyed the trees ans soil as it rushed down the hill.
Goldking turned around and saw that Zappy was gone! He had grabbed Goldiex.
Gold spotted Zappy down on the camp ground, she couldn't fly because of her wings.
"Zappy!"cried Goldking as he swooped down, but someone blocked him.
Chaos roared as he fot Goldking.
Zappy gasped, "Mommy!"
Gold flew down to Zappy, but was also blocked by Chaos. Before any other dragon could help, the flood swept Zappy away.

Nooo Zappy! *Gets lifeboat ready*

Chapter 13 Rescued

Zappy was tossed around in the stormy flood, "Mommy! Daddy!"
"Zappy!" they both cried.
The flood took Zappy all across the continent and finally ended at the home of a Hermit.
The Hermit grabbed Zappy's paw and pulled her out of the water.
The Hermit took Zappy into his home above a high cliff.
Zappy lost concionce.

*Gasps and dies*

Chapter 14 The Hermit
Zappy woke up in a small den, fire roasting.
A Hermit sat infront of her, reading a scroll.
"Where am I?" asked Zappy.
"You are in my house." replied the Hermit.
"Who are you?" asked Zappy.
"I am the Hermit of the Valley of Avalar, which is now called the Valley of Death thanks to Chaos." replied the Hermit.
"That is horrible!" exclaimed Zappy.
"I know, my brother was killed when he attacked." commented the Hermit.
The Hermit handed Zappy some hot cocoa.
"Do you know where my mom and dad are?" asked Zappy.
"Who are they?" asked the Hermit.
"Goldking and- wait! I'm looking for Spyro and Cynder." replied Zappy.
"They are near here indeed." responded the Hermit.
"So, do you remember what Chaos was like before he sabitodged this place?"asked Zappy.
"He was a good Hatchling. I was there when he hatched, but he was killed. But what you don't know is that when a dragon dies, it's spirit is corrupted. He was corrupted and savitodged the land.He destroyed the Dragon city, and he defeated Malefor." explained the Hermit.
"Is Chaos his actual name?" asked Zappy.
"No, his real name is not to be said, for I made a promise with him not to say it." replied the Hermit.

Chapter 15 Moving on
Zappy had grown tired of being stuck in this old place. She was now 12.
"Hermit, can I move on now?" asked Zappy.
"No! Not until you have learned the power of the Twilight Princess." replied the Hermit.
That night,
Zappy said one last goodbye to the one who saved her and jumped out the door, flying.
The hermit saw her and said, "Come back!"
"No, Hermit. It's time for me to move on!" shouted Zappy.
"But you haven't learned to master your powers yet!" cried the Hermit.
But before the Hermit could get her, Zappy was gone.

Chapter 16 Journey

Zappy journied on through a enchanted forest, riding the magic carpet the Hermit gave her.
Zappy flew through the trees like a Jet fling through the skies.
She reached a huge town of moles.
"Hello? Anyone?" asked Zappy.
Moles turned to her, she looked at the destroyed city.
"Where am I?" asked Zappy.
One Mole spoke up, "You are in Warfang, the Dragon city. But now it's just destroyed. Destroyed by Chaos."
I guess Chaos isn't a nice guy. thought Zappy.
"Look, do any of you know where my parents, Spyro and Cynder are?" asked Zappy.
"Spyro and...... Cynder? We haven't seen them in ages, but I have a hunch their near the temple." replied the lead Mole.
"Okay, thanks!" said Zappy as she flew down the alley way, dragons of all kinds were wandering around.
"Beat it, Kid!" hissed a bucher dragon.
A kid my age ran out of the Bucher's shop, meat in paws.
"Give it back, thief!" cried the bucher.
"Hey, I'll pay for that food." said Zappy, stopping the Bucher.
The dragon with the meat stopped running and looked at Zappy.
Zappy handed the Bucher 50 dragon coins, the amount for the food. ( 50 dragon coins = 150 dragon coins, Dragon coins are multiplied by 3.)
"Thankyou." said the dragon.
I looked at the Dragon, a hansem red Male dragon, "No problem."
"My name is Comet, what's yours?" asked Comet.
"Zappy, I'm trying to find my parents, do you know where the temple is?" asked Zappy.
"The temple is near the swamp." replied Comet.
"Where's the swamp?" asked Zappy.
Comet headpalmed himself, "I'll just lead you there."
"Okay, Comet." replied Zappy.
Zappy got onto her magic carpet, "Let's go."
Comet hopped on, "Where did you get this?"
"From the Hermit in the Valley of Avalar." replied Zappy.

Chapter 17 Catacombs' curse

Zappy walked down the path and out of the Dragon City.
Comet rushed through the forest as we ventured on.
Suddenly, Comet tumbled into a dark hole.
"Comet! Hold on!" screached Zappy as she jumped down the hole.
She landed ontop of Comet.
"Can you get off me?" asked Comet.
"Oh, sorry." replied Zappy as she got off of Comet.
"Where are we?" asked Comet.
"I don't know." responded Zappy, she suddenly saw a destroyed metal throne and a huge hole infront of it.
"I've seen this place before. It frightens me." replied Comet.
"What is it?" asked Zappy.
"The Well of Souls." responded Comet.
"But, isn't the Well of Souls haunted?" asked Zappy.
"It still is," replied Comet as he walked over to the throne, examining it, " this was Gaul the Ape King's throne."
Zappy gasped, she had heard how her father fought Gaul long ago.
"We better get outta here before the Souls wake up." warned Comet, too late.
A huge soul floughted around Zappy.
"Zappy, run!" cried Comet.
The Soul shot a huge beam of dark magic into Zappy.
Zappy fell back.
Comet jumped to the rescue and rammed it.
Zappy got back up and ran.
Comet flew away from the soul.
The Soul was catching up on Zappy, so Comet swooped down and grabbed her, flying as fast as he could.
Comet flew out of the Catacombs and out into the Mountain Ruins.
Then he flew through the Mountain Ruins and ran into a cave for protection.
The Soul couldn't get in, because it was tide to the Mountain of Malefor, it couldn't go any more forward.
"What did it do to me?" asked Zappy.
"It cursed you for your wings would never grow back." responded Comet.
Zappy gasped.

Chapter 18 The Chronicler's home

Zappy walked deeper into the cave and reached a dead end, a tunnel above.
Comet grabbed Zappy and flew her up the tunnel and into a room.
An hour glass was sitting to the side.
"Hello?' asked Zappy.
"Ah, I have visitors." said a voice.
Zappy turned around and saw a gray old dragon.
"Who are you?" asked Comet.
"I am the Chronicler, but you can call me Ignitus." replied the dragon as he opened a book.
"What's is it?" asked Zappy.
"Your future, Zappy, is both a surprise and a shock. It is very near." replied Ignitus.
"What about me?" asked Comet.
"You shall save someone's life, meet your parents again, and become a true Hero." replied Ignitus.
"This is great. But were trying to find the temple, can you help us?' asked Zappy.
"Yes, Twilight Princess, I can." responded Ignitus.
"Where is it?" asked Comet.
"Past the purple Sea of the Pirates, beyond the Ancient Grove." replied Ignitus.
"Thanks!" replied Comet as he ran out of the room.
"Thankyou." replied Zappy as she ran out of the room.

Ignitus moaned, "What did he teach her?"

Chapter 19 Celestial Caves of the White Isle

Zappy ran through the caves and then reached a dead end, "Comet?"
Comet wasn't behind her.
Suddenly, she heard a voice...... "Prove your worth by fighting iside your worst fears that collide."
Suddenly, a portal appeared and she was sucked into another dimension.
Chaos stood before her, raising his paw as if to strike at her.
Zappy rolled away from the sharp claw and shot Twilight Beam at him.
Chaos roared and slammed the ground, making a powerful wavee of energy go everywhere.
Zappy shot more Twilight Beam at him.
Chaos roared and backed away into a dark portal.
Zappy apeared back at the dead end.
"Zappy?" asked Comet.
Comet stood before her.
"I'm fine." replied Zappy as she flew down the corridors on her magic carpet with Comet.
She appeared out on the shores of the White Isle.

Chapter 20 Capture at Sea

Zappy flew on her magic carpet along with Comet.
A Storm was going on.
Zappy quickly made a sharp turn, but was quickly sucked into the Hurricane that was storming the Ocean, "Oh no!"
Comet shouted, " Fly to the eye of the storm!"
"But-" Zappy tried to say.
"Just do it!" cried Comet.
Zappy flew straight for the eye of the Hurricane.
The Hurricane tossed around boats, ships, and palm trees as they flew for the eye of the storm.
Suddenly, the storm stopped and Zappy and Comet were quickly muzzled.

Chapter 21 Pirates of the Blacksmith

Zappy woak up, tied to a pole with Comet.
"Huh?" she wondered.
A huge pirate walked over to her on his peg leg.
Another Pirate came up to him, "Scab, your prisoners are awake, are you ready to throw them into the Arena?"
"Yes." replied Scab.
5 Pirates untied Zappy and Comet and took them into a room, they both had muzzles over their mouths.
The Pirates took them into an arena.
"Behold, the great dragons, Zappy and Comet! You two will be fighting......... Croncroture, the great warrior of the Dante tribe!" shouted a parite from Scab's shoulder.
Suddenly, a huge Golden Knight with a huge ax walked in.
Zappy backed away.
Comet shot a blazing weird breath known as Fronze.
The Knight fell to the ground dead.
"That was fast, now it is time you faced the dreaded Gronzizicure." said the parite as a huge Stone creature as big a the whole arena came in from the ceiling.
Zappy couldn't find her carpet so she thought the pirates probley took it.
Comet grabbed Zappy and flew up at the Stone enemie's face and used more Fronze.
Zappy meleed it's head a lot of times and then used Twilight Beam to cut it's head off.The huge Stone creature fell over and died, turning into a bunch of gems.
"You have come far, now for the final match, you must face the horrid Zartramist." said the parite.
A Huge Green glob came slithering in.
Comet grabbed Zappy and flew towards it's stomach.
She wacked it and so did Comet until it splattered the whole place.
"Surprisingly, you have won the competition for tonight. Congratualations!" cried the parite.
5 Pirates took us away and then put the muzzles back on us.
"That's it for the Pirates of the Blacksmith for tonight, folks!" cried another parite.

*Gives medals out* Congratulations! We'll now lock you up again.

Chapter 22 Escape from the Blacksmith

The Pirates threw Zappy and Comet into a cell and left.
Zappy and Comet layed down together.
"What'll we do now?" asked Zappy.
"Escape." replied Comet.
"But how?" asked Zappy.
"I have a way." said a voice.
Zappy and Comet turned around to see a old Troll from the Dante Tribe hiding in the shadows.
He moved away a box to reveal a hole in the wall.
"I've spented many years trying to dig this hole with this broken piece of the gate in here. We can all escape." said the Troll.
"Thanks!" thanked Zappy as she crawled through the small hole.
Comet followed.
The Troll followed behind.
The 3 appeared in another cell, no one was in it so the gate was open.
The 3 walked out.

LOL. I'm not sure if the other readers fill the same, I haven't heard a single reply from them since I started typing this. They seemed interested in Icy, but not Zappy. And Zappy is supposed to have a cool ending.

Chapter 23 The fight with Scab

The Troll ran off.
5 Pirates came marching down the hallway, they checked on the other cell and so nothing. Then they saw Zappy and Comet.
Comet shot Fronze and killed them.
The two ran for it down the halls until they found the captain's courters.
"What are you doing?" asked Comet as Zappy began to open the door knob.
"Getting a map to my parents." said Zappy, opening the door to Scab's room, hoping Scab wasn't there.
He wasn't, but they had to hurry before he came back.
Zappy began searching through maps........ Map to the White Isle............ Map to the Torched Lands.......... Map to the Temple.
Zappy snatched it and told Comet she found it.
"Good. Now let's get going before -" began Comet.
"You'll get going in no time. Back into your cell, dragons!" shouted a voice.
The two turned around to see Scab with his parites.
"Yeah, dragons." said Scratch.
"Off you go." said Sniff.
Comet bared his fangs.
"So, you want to fight." replied Scratch.
Comet shot Fronze and knocked the birds out of the air.
Zappy shot Twilight Beam and knocked Scab backward.
Scab shot his cannon and then threw his hook at them.
The two evaded and meleed him as his hook got stuck in the floor.
Then Scab began firing his arm cannon, shooting missiles around.
When Scab tried to reload, the two used Fronze and Twilight Beam to knock Scab out the window and into the Ocean.
Zappy and Comet ran.
Scratch and Sniff chased them.
"Come back here, dragons!" shouted Sniff.
The two crashed through the window and flew away from the ship as the ship began to shoot cannonballs at them.

Chapter 24 The Chase

The two flew on the magic carpet as Pirates got into their flying boats.
"Faster!" shouted Comet.
The Pirates chased them, shooting cannons at them.
They whirled in a circle and dodged them.
Then the 2 darted to the right right before they hit a boulder on an Island.
The Pirates crashed into it.
The 2 Dragons flew faster, but suddenly, the Pirate ship chased them, shooting the cannons, and Pirates growling.
The 2 dodged and flew underwater.
The ship went underwater.
Quickly, the 2 smacked the ship as it was stuck in sand.
A hole appeared and the ship began to sink.
The two flew up above water and flew away as the ship sunk.

Chapter 25 The Ancient Grove

The 2 landed on an Island of purple water.
Creatures loomed in the shadows.
"Where are we?" asked Zappy.
"The Ancient Grove. We're almost there." replied Comet.
Comet walked over to a huge Tree and saw that it had a face on it.
"Woah!" cried Comet stepping back as the Tree rose before him.
"What is it?" asked Zappy.
"Arborick!" shouted Comet as the Tree showed that it was a wooden monster.
Comet shot Fronze at it.
Zappy jumped back as Arborick swiped his hand at them, but Comet didn't.
Comet was hit and knocked out.
"Uh oh." said Zappy running for dear life.
"This is better than the time I was chased by the Conductor." said Chaos from his lair.
Zappy backed into a huge rock, no where to run.
Arborick roared and breathed poison at her.
Zappy dodged the poison and shot Arborick in the eye with Twilight Beam.
Arborick roared and clutched his eye.
Zappy took this chance and ran around the other way, shooting Twilight Beam at Arborick's back.
Arborick roared and turned around.
Zappy kept shooting Twilight beam.
Arborick climbed onto the edge Zappy was on and shot more poison.
Zappy dodged it and shot Twilight Beam at his legs.
Arborick lost balance and fell off the edge, crumbling to pieces.
Zappy ran over to Comet, who appeared to be waking up.
Seeing the monster dead he said, "Great job. Now you have proved yourself worthy to go find your parents alone just as you fought that Monster alone."
"What? No!" cried Zappy

(Chaos was actually Icy from the first book of Spyro's kids: Icy, but he was killed by Gaul. When a dragon dies, they're dark form awakens, because of Malefor's curse. So Icy was corrupted into darkness, and brought back to life. When Icy is trying to get the Ripliex before Cynder dies from poison, he is confronted by an evil Oger named Org. When his best friend, Frik, comes to save him and is killed by Org, Icy is upset. Although Org was killed by Frik, Icy still has to take care of Malefor. At the floating Islands, he finds Beauty captured by Gaul. He kills Gaul and heads on to Malefor lair with Beauty. When Icy's dark form completely takes over him, Beauty has to fly away with the Ripliex. Icy kills Malefor with Convexity and then becomes the new dark master. He then names himself Chaos.)

Chapter 26 Left

"How can you say that?" asked Zappy.
"I'm sorry, Zappy. But I have a family out there to find. I hope I see you again." explained Comet.
"But...." Zappy tried to say.
"I'm sorry." said Comet.
"But you can't!" cried Zappy.
"Goodbye, Zappy.........." whispered Comet as he flew away.
"I can't believe he did that...." said Zappy, walking away.

Chapter 27 Confrontation

"I can't believe he said that, that good for nothing dragon!" cried Zappy.
"But sweety, you don't have to listen to him." said a voice.
Zappy turned around and gasped, there stood Chaos.
"Now I have no one to help me out of this place, I'm just lost." said Zappy.
"Ah, now you are getting somewhere, Twilight Princess." hissed Chaos.
"What makes you think I'll trust you?! You tried to kill me. And you are the reason for why I am not with my parents! Forget it!" shouted Zappy.
"Oh, but sweety..... that wasn't ment to happen. You see, I was just joking. You see, I'd love to guide you back to your parents. Will you let me? You have no one else to guide you........" explained Chaos.
"Oh.......... oh right. But don't expect me not to lay any attacks on you." replied Zappy.
Zappy knew she shouldn't trust him, but she kind of trusted him.

I have to admit, I'd be one of the of the crowd yelling, "No, Zappy! Don't trust him!"

On the other hand... maybe she could make him be nice Icy again! Nicey Icy!

Chapter 28 Through the enchanted marsh

Chaos stormed down the path.
Zappy followed behind him.
"Come on! The Chracklor is in here some where." ordered Chaos.
"The who?" asked Zappy.
"The Chracklor, a huge ancient beast made out of floating Islands. He was awakened by Cyfor, Malefor's brother long ago." explained Chaos.
Zappy gulped and looked around while walking with Chaos.
Zappy accidently took a wrong turn while she was looking around.
Chaos went down the other path.
Zappy stopped.
"Chaos? Chaos? Where are you???" asked Zappy.
Zappy heard a huge boom.
Then she saw a huge shadow lurking nearby.
Zappy backed up into something.
"Ahhhhhh!!!!!!" screamed Zappy.
The Chracklor roared and swiped at her.
Zappy ran as she was chased by the Giant Monster.
She stopped in a dead end.
The Chracklor knocked her down.
"Help!" cried Zappy.
The Chracklor was about to crush her when Chaos popped infront of her and shot Convexity at the Chracklor.
The Chracklor fell to the ground and turned to Stone.
Chaos slashed him and broke him into pieces.

Chapter 29 The Swamp

"We are almost there, we are at the Swamp." said Chaos.
"About that fight, thankyou for saving me." thanked Zappy.
"You are welcome, Twilight Princess." replied Chaos.
"I've never been to the Swamp before, or the Temple neither, but I they are both near mom and dad's village." explained Zappy.
Chaos didn't reply, just moved on.
Zappy didn''t mind it, just kept going.
Suddenly, a huge Swamp Monster popped out of the ground, then another, and another!
They all surrounded Zappy.
"Help!" cried Zappy.
Zappy shot Twilight Beam at one, then Chaos took out the other two.
"Thanks again." said Zappy.
"No problem." replied Chaos.
Zappy went down the path with Chaos until they reached a cave.

Chapter 30 Temple Ruins

"We are now entering the Temple." declared Chaos.
Zappy just saw a cave.
She went in and then saw a huge door.
Chaos looked at the door, "Allow us entrance, do not reject us."
The Door opened, because Chaos said the Guardian's 'secret' password.
Chaos walked up to the next door along with Zappy.
"It won't open, because we need to move the statues into place, but there will be no problem with that." replied Chaos, looking at the closed door.
Suddenly, Chaos charged straight through the door, knocking it down.
Zappy gasped, he was destroying the Temple.
"Chaos, you are leaving the Temple in ruins!" cried Zappy.
"Ruins, shmuins. This place is already in ruins from when Gaul attacked the temple and made me a-...... perhaps I've said to much." explained Chaos, changing the subject.
"Please, tell me more!" asked Zappy.
"NO!! That is not to be mentioned, for it is only for me to know, no one else!" yelled Chaos.
Zappy was scared and backed up into the wall.
Chaos moved on to the final door.
Zappy was so scared, the one she trusted was a monster.
"This won't open because it is ment.... to keep people like me out." explained Chaos.
Zappy gasped.
Chaos broke it down and walked into the Temple training room, all left in ruins, the Statue broken.
Zappy walked in and gasped, this is what Malefor had done, her own
grandfather.....
The two stepped out on to the balcony.

Chapter 31 Spyro's Village

"We should get going, your parents aren't too far away now." Chaos told her.
Zappy took out her magic carpet.
"You don't need that thing." said Chaos.
"But I can't fly you.........." began Zappy, but didn't finish her sentence.
"Look, I'm sorry I ripped your wings apart, what I ment was that you can ride on my back." replied Chaos.
"Okay..." replied Zappy, unsure.
Zappy hopped onto Chaos's back.
"Hold on!" cried Chaos as he took off flying.
Chaos flew high up above the clouds as birds flew by.
Zappy looked across the sky, this was what it was like to fly with wings.
"We're now entering your fathers village..." Chaos told her.
Chaos dove down to the ground and then landed at the entrance of the Village.
Zappy got off, "Thanks. I had a blast!"
"No problem, Twilight Princess." replied Chaos.
All the other dragons saw him, they all gasped.
Chaos came up to one, "Could you show us to-"
"I don't have anything to say, pleaze spare me!" cried the dragon, running away.
The others ran away too.
"Well that wasn't any help" grunted Chaos as he looked at Zappy.
Zappy saw her father and mother's cave and went towards it.
Chaos followed.
Zappy went in, Spyro was talking to Cynder.
Spyro turned his head, suprised, "Is that really you Zappy?"
"Yes, Father." replied Zappy.
"I can't believe you came back, how did you find us?" asked Spyro.
"She learned that from you, Spyro, when you found me in the Pirate ship and at the Mountain of Malefor." explained Cynder.
"I had a little-" Zappy began to say, but then her parents gasped as Chaos walked in.
"You horrid creature! You have captured our daughter, the Twilight Princess! Just leave us alone Chaos! What do you want anyways?" shrieked Spyro as he attacked Chaos.
Chaos screached as he was horn stabbed.
"Father!" cried Zappy.
Cynder started attacking to ," Zappy, stay away from him!"
Chaos grabbed Spyro's horns and threw him away.
He knocked Cynder back and gave a sharp stare to Zappy.
Flying away, Chaos went back to his lair.
Zappy couldn't believe her eyes, Spyro and Cynder had hert her friend.
"It's a good thing we got rid of him," said Spyro, "Now what were you saying, Zappy? Zappy???"
Zappy was at the entrance, about to leave the cave.
"Zappy, what's wrong?" asked Spyro.
"Your a horrible father! Leave me alone!" cried Zappy as she flew away on her magic carpet.
"Zappy! Zappy!!!!!!" shouted Spyro, he couldn't believe it. Never did he think his child would say that to him.
Zappy hid in a bush, far away from her father's Village.
