All slurs. Homophobia and transphobia would be the primary things here.
Any LGBT hatred will not be tolerated. I'd jail anyone who doesn't support us.
Any form of hate speech no matter how hateful is still free speech and is protected under the first amendment.
You wouldn't be able to do that as it's unconstitutional, on top of that, you'd have to tell several religions that they HAVE to allow trans people and allow gay marriage. Which again, is unconstitutional.
Your logic is basically
"If they don't agree w/ me then they should be punished." Which isn't how you should run your country.
If you really want to make the LBGT crowd more accepted then you have do take steps to do that, acting like a total dictator isn't the way to go. What you really should do is propose a law that allows LBGT youth (all youth really) to get out of abusive households easier. I know how ****ty foster care can be, so in turn you should also pass a law that fixes that as well.
I don't understand politics all that much, but I'm trying to wrap around them. I do know that going the totaltarian route isn't the way to go.
