Hmm, he's got an over bite, not an under bite and his head/forehead needs to be smaller, and have smaller, round eyes with one eye open one partically closed, with a, you know what I mean, with a cocky look to him. Mustache should be at his at his nose and his suit needs to be more.....er...draipy?, like with flaps at the bottom?

Also his arms should be thicker

I like it tho it's cute!
