ro'zan, terron and deanna all sat on a golden purch. ''do you miss sapphiren?'' asked deanna. ''yeah,'' replied ro'zan. terron sniffed the air. ''sapphire?'' he whispered. ''WHAT??'' said ro'zan and deanna. terron shook his head. ''i can see them from a distance.'' said deanna, squinting her eyes. ''HEY! GUYS!'' called ro'zan. sapphire paused. ''i hear ro'zan!'' sapphire pointed out. ''well lets go see!'' said aliyah. sapphire bolted towards them. he's exactly like his father thought aliyah, as a slow grin appeared on her face. sapphire slid across the ground. his nose touched terron's chest. he smled at him. ''SAPPHIRE! YOUR BACK!'' said terron, knocking him over with his wing. ro'zan and deanna looked at eachother then looked at sapphire. ''what are you doing here?'' asked ro'zan. ''we are searching for my father!'' he said in a cheerful voice. ro'zan's ice-blue eyes focused on sapphire's. ''the last time i've seen you, you were with blueshadow!'' laughed rozan. ''is he still alive?'' asked terron. ''yes, but we're not quite sure where he is.'' sighed aliyah. she looked at the ground. nervously she looked up into the sky. ''whats wrong aunt aliyah?'' asked sapphire. ''nothing. just...nothing...'' she lied. i don't want him to figure out my past...at least...not yet... she thought. aliyah seems to be hiding her past from sapphire. thought koratooth as he glanced over his shoulder. ''i thought i saw something.'' snorted flame. the burgondy dragon fucused on sapphire. cyclone yawned. ''what are they doing here?'' mumbled cyclone. ronno narrowed his eyes at him. ''because...because...JUST SHUT UP!'' spat ronno. cyclone covered himself with his wings. ''ronno, darkuss said that--'' said cyclone as his words were being cut off by ronno's. ''I KNOW WHAT HE SAID! NOW IF YOU DON'T MIND IM TRYING TO LISTEN!'' he hissed back.

ronno lowered his head, listening in on the conversation. he snarled. cyclone sat next to him cowardly. ''WHAT THE HE** ARE YOU DOING?!'' he growled nder his breath. ''i wanted to hear too you know!'' hissed cyclone. ''ARE YOU TALKING BACK TO ME B***ARD?!'' he snarled furiously. ''no. no ronno. HEY! STOP TREATING ME LIKE A HATCHLING! WE ARE BOTH 20!'' yowled cyclone. ronno snarled at him then grabbed him by the nose with his paw. ''LISTEN HERE CYCLONE! DARKUSS DIDN'T HIRE US TO FIGHT! NOW STOP B****ING AROUND!'' he snarled, pushing cyclone backwards. he shook his head nervously at ronno. sapphire smiled. ''we are coming with you.'' said deanna. he shook his head. ''so where are we heading?'' asked garnet. ''you'll see!'' winked sapphire. garnet giggled, then gave him a kiss. sapphire gulped then grinned at her. ''i never fully had told you the reason as to why i have these scars.'' said terron, showing the two dragons them. ''but i thought you already did?'' said sapphire with a blank look. ''yes, yes. but i never told you why i got them.'' corrected terron. aliyah turned her head. ''i sense someeone's near. be right back guys!'' hissed aliyah as she followed the scent trail. she sniffed the air. aliyah snarled. ''they smell like they are from darkuss's lair. both well fed.'' she told herself. she lift her head up. she snarled. ''HIDE YOU IDIOT!'' snarled ronno as he snapped his jaws onto cyclone's tail, pulling him away. aliyah glared. ''what? the scent disappeared!'' she whispered then quickly raced back to the others.

''we're fine.'' said pravious, reassuring him. sapphire took a deep breath of relief. ''i want to do some flying!'' giggled garnet. ''but first we have to make it back to the badlands.'' he said. ''argh. you mean we have to fly all the way back there again?'' she muttered. ''yeah, i guess so.'' said sapphire as he began to blush. ronno peaked out of the shadows. cyclone next to him. ''GAH! we lost them!'' he snarled. ''NO THANKS TO YOU! YOU IDIOT!'' he spat. ''sorry ronno. i was just...'' mumbled cyclone, nervously. ''THERE'S NO TIME TO BE SORRY! WE COULD OF BEEN EXSPOSED!'' he growled, angrily. ''oops.'' whispered cyclone. ''SHUT UP!'' said ronno, snapping at him again. ''now we best be get going now. they are heading to the badlands.'' hissed ronno, stalking slowly away from cyclone. he raced up him. ''d**n you are slow, even a rabbit is faster then you!'' said ronno. cyclone dipped his head. ''STOP ACTING SO IMATURE AND START KILLING! WE ARE PRO-SLAUGHTERS FOR D**N SAKES!'' he spat. ''sorry.'' said cyclone. ''JUST SHUT UP AND FOLLOW ME!''

sapphire panted. clouds of dust flew through the hot air. the rocky earth made his paws stung. dead trees rotting in the heat. the badlands was no place for a dragon. ''we've been here before.'' said garnet. ''yes but not exactly.''said aliyah. ''true.'' agreed garnet. the heat began to beat down on koratooth's black scales, making him pant. garnet could hear sapphire. ''is there a lake...here...?'' asked deanna, loosing her breath. ro'zan caught her. ''here, i'll carry you.'' he offered as he took her by the neck then tossed her onto his back. ''thank you...ro'zan...'' she panted. ''your welcome.'' he smiled back. ''so this is where the fear dragons live?'' said sapphire to himself. garnet nodded. pravious looked up. the sun blinded him, forcing him to look down. flame trotted next to him. sapphire knew this was the place. ''how long had they been banished?'' asked garnet. ''for many years or so...im really not quite sure..'' she admitted. her pale blue scales glimmered in the sunlight. ''swiftshadow must be here.'' said flame. ''agreed.'' pravious nodded back. sapphire tried to ignore the sun's rays but it made him walk slower, and slower with every step he'd take. sapphire didn't want to rest. he was determined like his father. his heart led them the way just as sapphiren would of done. sapphire didn't stop.

WAIT FOR US!'' called koratooth. he nodded then sat down, waiting for the others to get caught up. fianally they catched their breath then told him to keep going. sapphire squinted his eyes. a group of dragons tearing at a dead rabbit. swiftshadow was on top of a rock, looking down on them with a smile. ''first catch of the day!'' boasted one of them. ''yeah! thats why it's mine!'' he snarled, snatching the rabbit away from him. ''THATS ENOUGH ZERCON!'' hissed swiftshadow. he nodded his head then backed away from him. he turned his head. ''SAPPHIREN?!'' said swiftshadow as he raced up to them. ''no swiftshadow....he's his son...'' panted flame. the black dragon looked down on him. ''i didn't know he had a son!'' he whispered to sapphire. ''yes...im his son...we are searching for him and....'' panted sapphire as he callasped onto the ground, exausted from the long walk. ''take him and the others inside the den!'' ordered swiftshadow. the two fear dragons pulled sapphire by the wings then dragged him inside. ''here...follow me..you can stay here as long as you want.'' offered swiftshadow. i can't believe this! sapphiren has a son! he thought.

''sapphire. sapphire!'' echoed a voice. ''wake up!'' said the voice as it grew ouder. his eyes shot open. he scanned the den. he turned his head, noticing a pile of dead hares. ''are you alright young dragon?'' asked swiftshadow. sapphire shook his head. ''yeah...'' replied sapphire, as he sunk his teeth into the rabbits neck. garnet curled next to him. ''so i heard that you were going on a search for your father...is that true?'' he said in a cheerful voice. ''yes. but we're not quite sure where he is.'' he said slowly. ''i remember the time when he and i met. we both became allies and-'' paused swiftshadow. ''how long has your kind been banished?'' asked sapphire. ''years. many years.'' he sighed. ''well then, son of sapphiren. show me what you can do.'' laughed swiftshadow. ''okay.'' said sapphire as he rose up. ''follow me outside.'' added swiftshadow. sapphire pelted up to him. aliyah found a rat to sink her teeth in. flame and koratooth slept in the colder part of the cave. ro'zan, terron and deanna all found a lake outside for them to drink. ''hit that boulder over there.'' said swiftshadow. sapphire lunged into the air then started spinning. he watched from a short distance. sapphire's eyes focusing on the large rock. he stabbed his horns into it then fell backwards, crashing onto the hard, rough ground. the rock burst into small peices. sapphire opened his eyes, descovering that the rock had vanquished. the black dragon stalked up to him. ''well, i guess you truely are his son.'' winked swiftshadow. sapphire giggled then forced himself up. ''I CAN'T WAIT TO TELL AUNT ALIYAH ABOUT THIS!'' he shouted.

''can we stop for a while? im starving!'' he whined. ronno bit his neck. ''why'd you do that for?'' asked cyclone, getting back on his paws. ''because you are a pain in the a** and yet your a pro-slaughter!'' muttered ronno. he giggled. ronno lift his paw. he covered him self. he bashed him in the head. ''STOP WHINING YOU BIG HATCHLING!'' he snarled. ''sorry.'' he moaned. ''im just sooooo hungry!'' ronno rolled his eyes. that pathetic idiot of a friend is slowing me down. he may be good at slaughtering but i find him pretty useless compared to me. he thought. cyclone's tail hung low. ''YOU IDIOT! WE WON'T BE ABLE TO CATCH THEM AT THIS RATE IF YOU KEEP SLUMPING AROUND!'' he growled back. ronno tossed him to the ground agai. ''DO YOU WANT ME TO BE LIKE DARKUSS AND KILLING YOU?!'' asked ronno, furiously. he shook his head. ''then keep moving! we'll go find a turtle or something for us to crunch on!'' he said, in a calm but still threatening voice. ''oh thank ancestors!'' said cyclone as he chased after ronno. ronno ignored him.

it was the afternoon. sapphire and garnet were chomping on their hares. ''this is unbelieveble aliyah! sapphiren ad a son! and i still can't believe it!'' said swiftshadow. ''yeah, he is. but he's my nephew too.'' she told him. ''yes, yes i know that. but he looks just like him!'' he added. aliyah nodded. swiftshadow swished his tail around. ''are there any lakes here?'' asked aliyyah. ''just a few. we haven't seen any fish for days now.'' he sighed. ''but what about sapphire? shouldn't we take him too? and garnet?'' she asked. he grinned at her. ''thats an excellent idea! we shall do it right now as a matter of fact.'' he said. ''agreed!'' sapphire tore off the hare's long leg. garnet bit on the hare's tail. ''i hate the tail! tastes horroble!'' she mumbled. ''me too.'' he agreed, with his mouth full of meat. blood dripped from their mouths. ''the eyeballs are horrible too!'' he added. she nodded. ''but the rest of it is good.'' said sapphire, licking some of the blood off his lips. garnet ore another peice off. ''the meat is tender but not nearly as juicy as red meat.'' she said. ''well, they live off of these. plus we're not even used to its flavor.'' he said. ''true.'' said garnet. ''SAPPHIRE! GARNET!'' called swiftshadow. the two dragons turned their heads, then looked up. ''LETS GO!'' said sapphire. the two dragons trailed out of the den, to the entrance. ''yeah?'' he asked. ''we are going fishing!'' laughed aliyah. ''fish! ooohhh! i love fish!'' said garnet licking her lips. ''i've never fished before. it sounds fun!'' giggled sapphire, elbowing her with his wing. ''this way!'' said swiftshadow.

''here it is....'' sighed swiftshadow. ''hmm...i wonder what kinds of fish are in there.'' he whispered to himself. ''maybe there's bass! or even trout! or maybe even a grouper!'' teased garnet, as she burst into laughter. sapphire rolled his eyes then started laughing. ''why the he** would a grouper would be living in this size of a lake?'' he giggled. ''don't know.'' she giggled back. ''sapphire. let me show you how to fish.'' said swiftshadow. the two dragons nodded then followed him closer to the lake. ''you can fish four ways. one, with your tail, two, with your mouth, three, with your paws, or four, with your wings.'' he told them. ''i'll try my tail!'' said garnet, dipping her tail into the water. she sat down, waiting for a nibble or a bite. finally a fish bit her tail. her knife like tail carefully removed the fish out of the water. ''I CAUGHT A TROUT!'' she jolted. she placed the fish onto the hard ground then tore at the fish. ''now its your turn.'' said aliyah, with a smile. sapphire winked at garnet and smiled. ''i'll try jumping!'' said sapphire. ''jumping?? but that usual--'' his words were cut off by aliyah's. ''sapphiren did the same attempt. and he ended up having a large pile of fish.'' she said in a soft voice. sapphire crouched down. his dark blue eyes gazing at the water. a bass lept out into the air for a breath. sapphiren lunged into the air then caught the fish. sapphire swam out then shook his shining sapphire scales, making them dry. he went up to swiftshadow. ''how's this?'' he asked with a mouth full. ''beautiful job.'' praised aliyah. ''yes,'' he nodded. sapphire smiled then sat down with his fish. he placed his blue paw onto it. then began to lick its scales. the fish tried to escaped but failed when sapphire tore at its throat.

ronno sniffed the air. ''any turtles?'' he asked. he swiveled his head around, noticing cyclone crunching on a small turtle. he growled then trotted up to him. ''YOU F**!'' he spat. cyclone flinched, the tutle flung from his grasp. ronno snatched the trutle then began to crunch on it. ''HEY! THAT WAS MINE!'' hissed cyclone. ''not anymore!'' snarled ronno, tearing the turtle's head off. before cyclone could steal it from him, ronno tossed his head into the air with a cold grin. he groweled at cyclone. he took two steps back. ''the next time you eat something behind my back, i'll rip it to pieces and eat it myself!'' he warned. he shook his head. ''now come on! that sapphire dragon could be anywhere. ''but i want my turtle back.'' said cyclone. he narrowed his red eyes at him. ''should of thought about that before you even began to chew on it! hunting behind my back will cost you your life!'' he hissed, cruching on the turtle's emerald- green shell. he nodded. ''okay, okay. geez!'' whined cyclone. the light gray dragon scanned around for any sight of the sapphire dragon. he noticed a small pond near by.''hey! there must be lots of turtles in there!'' he said pointing his tail at the lake. ronno nodded back. ''YES! BUT FIRST LET ME FINSH YOUR MEAL!'' he snarled swallowing the turtle whole. he sighed then followed ronno towards the cool lake. ronno gazed into the water.

''actually....yeah! why not do that?'' said sapphire. ''you're all so full of ideas.'' he winked. sapphire scooped up the fish with his mouth. ''or what about wings?'' said sapphire. ''i mean if we accidently swallow them.'' he added. aliyah nodded. ''of course.'' she said placing the fish on her membrane. the fish sagged from the four dragon's wings. garnet dropped a trout. ''D***IT!'' she hissed trying to pick up the fish without dropping any. sapphire walked up to her. they both dipped their heads to get it. sapphire held it by the head and garnet held it by the tail. ''wanna eat it?'' he offered. ''sure!'' she smiled. the two dragons tore it in half, then began to chomp onits pink flesh. once they were done they carefully trailed back to aliyah and swiftshadow. ''remember. these fish are for everyone.'' she giggled, as she licked his face. ''aunt aliyah!'' he giggled back. i said the same thing... she thought. ''come.'' said swiftshadow, stopping in his tracks. aliyah smiled then turned around. ''hurry up you too!'' she said gently. ronno watched from a distance. he dipped his head back down then snatched a large leafy-green turtle. cyclone yawned. ''ronno. im starving! can i at least have one?'' he asked. he tossed him a small, young hatchling. ''eat that!'' he hissed.

''EAT IT!'' he snarled at him, crunching on the large turtles shell. cyclone pulled the small turtle htachling back towards him. he slowly touched it with his tongue. he sighed. its so small. darkuss likes him better then me because he's a better killer. i always being treated like c**p because im not henious's brother. he thought as he took a small bite at the turtle's rippilble tail. ''eeww! the flesh is too squishy!'' he moaned. ''I SAID EAT IT OR I'LL---'' his words were cut off. ''QUICK! lets hurry up and eat. the sapphire dragon's scent is near here!'' he sniggered, placing the large-torn apart turtle into his mouth. cyclone shook his head nervously then followed him. ronno sensed fear in cyclone. ''come on cyclone! be more like darkuss!'' he said, elbowing him with the clws on his wings. ''i know! i want to kill him so that way darkuss wont kill us!'' said cyclone. ''THEN ACT LIKE IT!'' he snarled back, swatting his tail at him. he ducked but then tossed his head back up. ''sorry....ronno...i didn't...'' he said nervously. ''JUST SHUT UP AND COME ON!'' he growled, sniffing the scent of sapphire. he licked his lips then looked at cyclone with another cold grin. ''you smell that?'' he sniggered. ''yes?'' he whispered. ''that is the smell of the dragon we've been looking for! come on!'' he hissed as he took off into the air. cyclone sloppely opened his wings then followed ronno. sapphire laced his pile inside of the cave. koratooth smiled. ''FINALLY!'' he said.

Aww I'm starting to feel sorry for Cyclone now. But Ronno still rocks!

''here. take it.'' he offered. she rolled her eyes then ate the fish. sapphire handed a fish over by pushing it with his paws. garnet smiled then tore off the flesh. the dragons enjoyed their fresh kill. later... soon they decided to take a rest. ronno was near the cave. cyclone pelted over to him. ''it looks like they ate all their fish!'' whispered ronno. ''I FOUND ONE!'' called cyclone. ronno raced up to him. ''SHUT UP!'' he growled. ''the sapphire dragon has t near his paw. lets kill him!'' he snarled at cyclone then sunk his teeth into sapphire's neck. ronno carryed him out of the cave. cyclone trailed behind him. swiftshadow opened his eyes. ''ALIYAH! WAKE UP!'' said swiftshadow. ''what is it?'' she yawned. ''somebody took sapphire! wake garnet and the others up.'' he ordered. ''will do.'' she said. ronno tossed sapphire to the ground. his dark bue eyes shot open. he snarled at them. ''YOUR TIME HAS COME!'' cried ronno as he lunged into the air. sapphire moved out of the way. ronno's paws roughly hit the ground. cyclone aimed for sapphire's neck but ended up missing and bit ronno. ''GET OFF OF ME!'' he snarled. swiftshadow let out a loud roar. ''GET OUT OF MY TERRITORY!'' he snarled. ronno and cyclone stepped back. ''come on cyclone! its not worth risking our lives on ths dragon.'' he hissed as he snapped at cyclone's tail. ''who were those two?'' asked garnet. ''it seems like they worked for darkuss. i could smell his scent on them!'' she snarled.

I was like "Oh noes!" When they took Sapphire but it was all good since he was saved. Also, Cyclone is an idiot.

meanwhile in warfang... ''hey guys look! its him! its really him!'' said a dragon. the blue figure noticed them in the corner of his eye. the mighty figure stopped in his tracks. ''its sapphiren!'' said one of the dragons. sapphiren stood between two dragons. on the right was a scared gold and black, and on the left was a white. ''hello.'' he said in a firm voice. ''we've seen your son!'' said the dragon. ''my son!'' said sapphiren as his face slowly changed into a smile. ''where is he?'' he asked. ''he left not to long ago! he was searching for you!'' said the other one. ''sapphiren, you have a son?'' asked the gold one. ''yes irodite.'' replied sapphiren, turning his head towards him. ''where did he go?'' asked the white one. ''listeian! let sapphiren talk!'' hissed irodite. ''where is he?'' he asked in a soft, firm voice. ''we're not quite sure. but i heard them talking about going to the badlands...well at least i think.'' sapphiren smiled. ''thank you. listeian. irodite. we are heading to the dry lands.'' said sapphiren as they turned around. ''he thanked me!'' whispered the dragon. sapphiren took to the skies. irodite and listeian flapped towards him. irodite was known for his powerful fangs, listeian was known for her swiftness, and sapphiren was known for his strengh. the three dragons flew through the indigo sky. ''my son must be here!''

''aren't we going to go see the kais?'' asked sapphire, stretching his legs. ''kolbolt and leapordshadow? we haven't seen them in a long time.''' said koratooth. ''so are we going to the kai territory?'' asked garnet. aliyah nodded. ''it depends on what sapphire wants.'' sapphire shook his head. ''yes.'' he said, as he walked up to the entrance of the cave. ''well, lets go!'' said deanna. the dragons exstended their wings then flew off. sapphiren sniffed the den. ''nobody's there.'' he said. ''lets go back to the mountains. hypna is still probalbly waiting for you.'' said irodite. ''i know. but we must find him. i never had thye chance to actually see him.'' said sapphiren firmly. the two dragons nodded then flew the other direction. ronno and cyclone hid behind a large rock. ''thats all we need to know!'' he sniggered. ''what?'' asked cyclone. he rolled his eyes then smashed his paw onto his head. ''ouch.'' complained cyclone. ''come on you dumb a**! we are heading to kai territory!'' said ronno, opening his wings. ''we are leaving again?'' asked cyclone. ''would you rather stay here and die?!'' he snarled back. ''no.'' ronno glared at him. ''then move your fat a** and follow me!'' he ordered. sapphire flew next to garnet and aliyah. ''their leader bloodfang, is quite strict about having other dragons, 'other then kais' inside his territory.'' she told him.

''i hope he's in a good mood.'' laughed sapphire. ronno and cyclone silently flapped their wings behind them. he bumped himself right into him, making a loud noise. ''korafang.'' he said. ''we all hated her!'' laughed ro'zan. deanna nuzzeled him. he gave her a kiss then continued to fly. bloodfang noticed them. his red eyes glared at them. kolbolt walked out of the den, with leapordshadow by his side. the red kai dragon looked up at the large gray alpha. ''bloodfang?'' he asked. ''what is it kolbolt?'' bloodfang hissed. ''is it okay if we can check who these dragons are?'' bloodfang looked at him for a moment. sapphire swiftly glided down. he folded his wings then smiled. garnet, and the others landed behind him. a gold leapord dragon, and a red kai stood before him. kolbolt snarled. leapordshadow sniffed the young dragon. ''he carrys the scent of...of..WAIT!'' she said as her eyes grew wide. ''YOU'RE SAPPHIREN'S SON!'' kolbolt blurted out. sapphire's dark blue eyes glimmered in the warm light. ''what are you doing here?'' he asked with a sudden smile. ''we came here to bring you guys, to help me search for my father!'' exclaimed sapphire, swishing his tail. ''i can't believe this!'' laughed leapordshadow. fangclaw was chewing on a deer's leg. his green eyes watched them. bloodfang noticed his son watching kolbolt and leapordshadow. ''sapphiren has a son?'' asked fangclaw as he trotted up to them. kolbolt glared at him with his red-brown eyes. ''of course he does!'' he hissed. ''so are you coming with us?'' asked sapphire. the three dragons looked at eachother then nodded. ''we're coming.'' insisted fangclaw. ''i agree.'' said kolbolt. ronno's red eyes burned at the sight. ''when can we kill them?'' complained cyclone. ''when sapphire has reunited with his father! you stupid f**!'' he growled.
