It's the idea that the world has no properties until intelligent life says it does.

A great scenery isn't beautiful. Or great. The truth is simply that we think the scenery is beautiful.

That means that all the things we think we experience out there, does in fact live inside our heads, in some kind of filter that paints the world with adjectives like 'pretty' and 'ugly' and 'boring'.

And that's why we can't say the game is emotional or not emotional. Some people's filter will paint it to be emotional. Others' filters won't. It has nothing to do with the game itself, only the people playing it.
