You see the little spirit on the stone? It's Malefors spirit, I think.
And Ignitus said in the end: '' Spyro, when dragon dies, he doesn't go away this world.. '' OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT.
I think ..
Malefor doesn't die, he only go to dragon-heaven in a more little spirit than other dragons. smilie

He said that when they die they bind themselfs with nature to offer hope for the future... My idea is that Malefor's gonna try and destroy everything.. Like killing him gave him more power than when he was alive by being able to control nature and stuff.

I hope he's not a Ripto rip off. Like he keeps coming back over and over again. Ripto was fun the FIRST time. That's it. All other games with him were crap. Like the GBA games and ETD. Malefor may return as a side boss used by the main boss. I like bionicle2809's idea!

DOTD should of had more about him and more of him i agree they were trying to keep him secret but still its nice knowing more things than JUST his past

What they should have done was show Malefor more throughout the game instead of the Golem seeing how Malefor was free for the last three years since TEN. It would have been nice if there was a flashback showing how Malefor came back and taking control of the temple as part of his goal for the world's destruction. I wonder if the Guardians tried to stop him from doing so but we'll never know. Oh well, in any case I still like Malefor. He was a cool bad guy in my opinion.

i know tht would be cool some flash backs and the reunion could have been more drematic as well as voltire and cyril having more lines
