I though high volt was going to be 100%melee character, but seeing how fast he moves while levitating while releasing charges, he's not that tank after all.

Unfortunately I reached the limit of a post in the list. If the first comments are edited with part of the list, we can make a complete upgrade tree for all characters.

Do not change your post now. Luminous35 (the 2nd post) need to have Thrillipede's moveset.

Yes, but I do this to organize the list of powers for each character (and vehicle). For make it easy for you, I will copy and paste the list with the coding for you. You just need to copy and paste. The max you need to do after this is to edit (or a administrator) when we have a concrete moveset. Here it is:
High Volt

Static Spear: Press 1 to rapidly perform melee attack with your Static Spear.
Shock It Shield: Hold 2 to block attacks. Gain charges when hit and release Attack 2 to release the charges in a big blast that damages enemies.
Double Dare Trigger Happy

Cannon: Trigger Happy uses a cannon to throw himself at enemies.
Vault: Trigger Happy makes a vault come from somewhere, exiting from it after.
Thrilllipede Core

Bug Bomb: Attack 1 throws cocoon grenades at your enemies slowing them down in a cloud of bugs.
Bug Brawl: Attack 2 uses arms to punch nearby enemies.
Base

Cocooned: Hold Attack 3 to wrap yourself in a cocoon, protecting yourself from damage. When you release you explode out and damage nearby enemies.
Bug N' Cover: Press Attack 1 to throw a grenade into a swarm of dragonflies which slows enemy movement.
Cocooties: Hold Attack 3 to wrap yourself in a cocoon protecting yourself from damage, release to explode out which damages and slow nearby enemies.
Mighty Morphsis Path

Better Fly: Hold attack 3 to wrap yourself in a cocoon to protect yourself from damage, release to explode out and grow wings. While flying hold Attack 1 to bombard enemies with Bug Bombs.
Bugging Out: Increases damage of all thrown grenade projectiles.
Tick It To 'Em: Press Attack 2 while jumping will toss sticky grenades below you.
Insistent Insect Path

Gnawing Gnats: Bug bombs can now cause a swarm of tiny insects to appear and do damage over time. hitting targets again with Bug Bomb will remove the swarm and cause extra damage.
Nesting Gnat: The damage over time by the swarming insects can stack up to 5 times, doubling it's damage.
Insect Epidemic: Targets affected by the damage over time from the swarm explode spreading the swarm to nearby enemies.
Soul Gem
Unknown Soul Gem: When sticky Grenades blow up, they will release butterflies that heal you when caught. Millipede, it's in the name. The powers just take inspirations elsewhere, probably because millipedes aren't as unusually cool as catterpillars and whatnot.

Weird way of handling it. He doesn't look any more like a millipede than he does a caterpillar (or any other bug, really), so if they thought millipedes lacked potential for cool powers then why make him a millipede in the first place? Was it just because they couldn't think of good caterpillar-related name pun?

Possibly? Gills is based in an Anglerfish but none of the species is mentioned to fare better in deep waters; Wash Buckler is a Mermasquid but acts more like an octopus. Etc,etc.

Honestly Muffin Man I find him to look more like an ant rather than a millipede, which is kinda disappointing since I really wanted a genuine centipede or millipede character. I know a lot about bug anatomy and he doesn't have the qualities of an actual millipede yet comes closer to looking like an ant.

Ok.
Just in case someone wants to avoid big changes, both Dive-Clops' paths change his look. I took the lower one and got a funny surprise after purchasing the second upgrade... Spoiler because someone may want to be surprised: the upper one changes his weapon and the lower one makes his armor look like a mine. I love when I'm forced to change the look of a Skylander I really like... Thanks devs (V.V. isn't alone on this one)... UPDATE: his Soul Gem changes his look as well. Unavoidable easthetic changes. Great...
