"I can transform into any animal," John said. He transformed into an eagle and back.

"That gives me an idea," John said.. He turned into a mouse and went under the door of his room and startled Trivas, he changed back. "Did ya miss me?" He asked. "Ugh, now I wish our mother was never a shifter..." Trivas muttered.

"I'm going to go get lunch..." Trivas said. "You can come with me, just try not to cause much trouble..." He opened the door and let John out, then he locked it and they walked down to the cafeteria.

John and Travis walked to the lunchroom which was a buffet. "Sweet!" John said, getting a plate with all protein. "You need to eat more healthy," Travis said. All he had was some broccoli, an apple, and a sandwich. "What? I can't hear you." John said with a big piece of chicken in his mouth.
