Hearing the plea of ideals similar to his own carried by the winds, Xavros decided to at least get closer towards the battlefield, to seek out the source of the voice. His claws continued to bend at the light as he moved, taking care to tread quietly with his paws as he approached, as even the slightest sound could give him away.

Nefarian thought about interceding, but decided against it once Fauna appeared. He stepped back and turned to Kihei, "I have a feeling thats going to be hard to achieve, but we can still hope,"

((-deep breath- We are going to need some more characters that either want to fight, or is too afraid of their leader to not fight. Just will make things work out better.))

"He's your warrior," Winterra growled to Stormy. "You deal with him."

"Neither of you are dealing with anyone," Furna asserted. "We're not fighting for the remainder of the day. Winterra, you've got a wicked scratch on your hind leg, and Stormy, you've got a bad case of frostbite." Furna walked off, mumbling something about battles these days.

"She's your healer," Stormy grumbled. "You deal with her."

"You do have some frostbite, though. I would hate for your leg to come off. Then you would probably make a metal replacement and kill all of the werewolves." Winterra showed a rare moment of compassion, although it was in her best interests. "Let's call it a day."

"Winterra, what's this fighting about?" Kihei asked

"I refuse to talk to a creature as lowly as a dragon." Winterra turned her head away in disgust. "Troops, we are leaving."

"Don't worry, Kihei. She's like that to all of us," Stormy comforted. "Could you let the dragons over there know that we're heading back?"

As the troops disbanded, Xavros decided that following the dragons would work best in his favor. As soon as he was sure the werewolf army's gaze was turned away from the battlefield, he let loose the grasp he had on the light, his appearance returning to his normal, hybrid form.

He trailed behind the dragons from a fair distance, using his staff as a walking stick, making no attempt to sneak around.

"Fine... I still don't understand this war though" Kihei said before looking at Nefarian "Lets go home" He said

Nefarian nodded, "Neithwr do I, neither do I"

Meanwhile, Melissa subtly rejoines.the werewolf ranks and marches with them.

Kihei started to cry "I just don't want anymore of my friends to be kill Nefarian, you understand that right?" He asked

"I know how you feeel, I mean right now, my daughter Sethria is missing and nobody knows where she is, apparently she was kidnapped by a werewolf and as far as i know, she could be drawn and quartered by now but theres nothing I can do but hope," after hed finished.Nefarian began shivering and the collapsed on the floor.

"I wouldn't say that nothing can be done." a voice called out from behind them, full of calm confidence. The figure that stood behind them was cloaked in white, but his posture and furred, clawed hands made it quite clear what he was, a werewolf. He carried no weapons on him, save for a staff that he'd appeared to be using as little more than a walking stick. "Both of our kind alike have suffered far too many losses over this conflict... lives lost, families torn asunder... and I seek an end to all of that."

"Ezplain Yourself, what do you mean? How do you plan to end this?" said Ysera with a wing around Nefarian.

"What I have... it is not a plan, no...not yet. For now, it is more of an ideal, one that I hope will grow in strength, as like-minded people band together, and fight to reclaim the peaceful paradise we've lost, that the war itself has so selfishly claimed." the stranger replied, his eyes alight with passion, and his voice full of conviction.

Kihei looked at the werewolf "You have a similar ideal as me, but you have confidence" He said

"In times like these, those without confidence oft find themselves crushed by despair. I am curious, though... what are your names, the three of you?" he asked, his expression softening up.

"I am Nefarian, and this is Ysera," said Nefarian to the werewolf.

"My name is Kihei..." Kihei said with a sigh

"What is your name, Wonderer?" asked Ysera as Nefarian recollected himself with a burst of fire .

"I have been known by many names, Whelp, Hunter, Pacifist, Deserter, Renegade... but the one I wish to be known by is the first I'd been given... Xavros, the Lightclawed." the werewolf said, dramatically over-answering the question.

"Wonderful and you can add Wanderer to he list, since I just called.you that

The werewolf chuckled, what was visible of his muzzle under the hood curling into a smile. "I... had not considered that. You've a clever wit, and are confident enough to make light even in the presence of a stranger. I know this may not happen for a long while, but I suppose I'd welcome adding 'friend' to the list."

"Well, thank you, and if you keep on flattering people like that, it'll happen sooner than yoi think," laughed Ysera,thrn Nefarian cut in, "It's all good that we share ideologies and.its good.to.see.you getting along with my sister, but.how.are we.going to do what you intend to do?" asked Nefarian cynically.

Kihei was looking at the ground "I'm not even sure we can do it..." He said

"I... er... I actually seek the ideas of others... as, well... my end goal is to topple a tyrant, but the steps between... I need the cooperation and ideas of both of our kinds... werewolf and dragon alike." Xavros explained, shifting uneasily on his digitigrade feet.

"Well, I guess we could help, but my first priority is finding my daughter, rumour has it she was kidnapped.by a.werewolf, do you know anything of this?" asked Nefarian.

"I would be forthright with such details if I knew... my apologies." Xavros replied, a grim look on his face. "My birthhome is rather far from here, and my travels have only recently brought me to this place..."

"Do you know of any other of your kind that could help?" asked Nefarian

"Hey guys, move your feet. I wouldn't put it past Winterra to attack us with our backs turned," Stormy warned.

Kihei looked at Stormy "Would you try to make peace?" He asked, tears still in his eyes

Meanwhile, Melissa was perched atop the blue mountain and using her poison to create anelemental telescope, with which ahe was.observing the dragons, "Is that you, Xavros?" she whispered, unbelievingly to herself, having believed the werewolf dead long ago. And as such, she made her descent.

Xavros removed his hood, feeling it best to show his face in Stormy's presence, before turning towards Nefarian. "I know... I know of a few that are opposed to the war, as you and I, but... people who speak of peace do not last long among my people in these harsh days... they prefer to stick to the shadows, as I have, lighting the way like the moonlight in darkness... I know of one, a Powerclaw, but... I haven't been in contact with her in quite some time..."

Melissa made her way to the bottom of the mountain but slipped in a pool of dragon fire left there by the battle, meaning only a drafon could heal the wound, she cursed to herself as she tried and failed to stand and sent a jet of poison into the sky which burst open a cloud, making an eerie green formation of gas above her.

Tyra departed the battlefield with her fellow werewolf troops, fur fading away as she returned to human form. She spat a glob of blood from her mouth and rubbed a hand down her other arm, leaving a red streak behind. Fighting was like a game to her. Dodging, twisting, biting, bleeding. She loved coming up with strategies to best any opponent. Dragons were quite fun to fight, especially with their brainpower. Most werewolves fought by throwing themselves into the fight and leaving their enemies a tattered mess. However, dragons fought by keeping their distance with elemental breath. Tyra strained herself to speed past and catch them where they least expected. She picked pieces of dragonscale out of her rough, earthen claws.

Shadmé anxiously paced the dragon camp, waiting for the dragon troops to return home. She had been placed on guard duty during this battle. The dragons spared a handful of dragons to guard the elders and younglings should Winterra spring an attack. Sometimes, this scared Shadmé more than being in combat. What if nobody returned?

"Hey, Tyrra," Sandburr greeted. "You might want to go see Furna. You're looking a little bit beat up." She surpressed a giggle. "And no, I'm not trying to commit suicide by saying you look like that."
