Its true. But it only works on enemies that can be frozen.

I see. I suppose that gives him some usefulness, though with how slow the primary attack is to use even without having to hold it down, you easily get swarmed by multiple enemies. Gotta give it a try regardless.

My guess is that it has something to do with difficulty because he is pretty useless in Nightmare mode.

Don't think so.

Evolved villains only change appearance and get a longer timer.
Nothing else.

I tried, it didn't work.

Well, it worked for me, on smaller villains, but not on larger ones like Cuckoo Clockers and Painyattas. But on smaller trolls and things it works.

His theme is awesome, but playing as him sucks.

What I do is use Chill Bill to freeze enemies, then change to my Skylander and do we I need to do there.

I think that's exactly what he's meant for.

A strategic tag-team, not... Total annihilation, like with Chef Pepper Jack.
