Did you watch the video? At level 14 he had nearly 2000 health, I am pretty sure no fully levelled skylander would come anywhere near that.

Am I correct in saying that Activision have at least hinted at the fact that past toys won't necessarily be supported moving forward? That some of your SA and/or SG characters etc will be phased out in coming games? Makes sense that they would be as it's got to add to the glitch/programming woes trying to code for 300+ characters.

But if that's the case I wonder if Eon's Elite will continue to be supported moving forward? It would suck if they didn't. If they do decide not to support past toys I would at least expect them to support 'Elite' characters.

If you end up paying $20 plus for the same characters that you already have, they better be supported. I would hope they continue to support everything, otherwise what's the point.

Choose your pick between three boring attacks or variety of wow pows that add extra skills/abilities to some characters, some wow pows even enhance or make better builds then others.

they dont promise anything, so if you take the risk and blow your money on this. you may have to face up to the consequences that these very expensive figures will not be supported in the near future.

Thanks for posting that video. I usually avoid B&G, but I've been on the fence about the cost of these figures (even though I have the first two pre-ordered and paid off 100%). That video convinced me to go for it. :D

unfortunately for my wallet, that video, as well as the vids by Crystalblazier and Malicedoll79 have also turned me from definitely not getting them, to definitely wanting them.

pre ordered the eons elite spyro, but getting it the first, is the case in which they come reusable? or is it more like one you would throw out?

The case is reusable, you can take out the Eon's Elite toy out of the case, and even the holographic image. But you can put them back in, in case you want to keep them in the cases for a while.

The display cases / collector angle is the ONLY reason to buy these. I see no reason to play them for the stats given the other overpowered characters in Trap Team-as presented in the posted video.

I'm on the fence...not terribly motivated.

The cases don't stack. The bottom of the case is flat.

Picked up Elite Chop Chop! My only gripe with the figures is that the bubble on the inside of the display case is really flimsy, so it's hard to get the figure out while trying not to damage the bubble.

EDIT: I just realized that under the bubble is a sticker; under the sticker is a sticky material that holds the figure down. I'll use it, but I'm stil keeping the bubble just in case!

I just got both, and pre-ordered the Elite Trigger happy!

I got both and I can wait until EE Trigger Happy comes out.

I went to pick up my pre-orders today, and decided not to get then as I wasn't impressed.. I'm a die-hard fan and adult anything skylanders collector, but for the price over quality, I couldn't do it!

Had there been an EE Prism Break, I might've actually gotten him, because I don't have a series 1. Never even got to see him in-store as I only started on Skylanders last Christmas.

I got spryo and pre ordered Trigger Happy. Do the stats carry in all games? I don't have Trap Team yet.

The Triple Stats (note: not all stats are tripled) are only available in Trap Team.

I am not seeing the preorder for trigger happy at Amazon, or at Gamestop online.

Also, picked up Spyro yesterday and the box came loosely wrapped in clear plastic. Didn't see that on the S-B&G vid. Is that the same for others? Just thinking, from a collectors perspective, that I might not even take the plastic off to authenticate that the box has never been opened. When I picked up mine though, it was pretty clear that the employees had yet to even open the shipping box. They had to hunt in the back for 10 minutes to find it and brought it right out to me. I imagine if the shipping box had been opened before a customer was there, they would have taken the plastic wrap off. If they were putting it on a shelf, they certainly would have take off the wrap.

No, there was no plastic around the EE box unless someone already opened it.

Same thing happened with me. They went in the back, and came out with 2 boxes. Except the person working there wouldn't let us take it with the plastic still on, and wouldn't listen when I told him that I wanted that plastic wrap on.

Got mine today. Gamestop puts stickers on everything, even collectible packaging. So I had them look in the back and get 2 out of the case. No stickers, and there were even in the plastic bag. So, that was nice.

It's a great pose. It's actually worth 'doctoring up' for an EE. Terrafin's only good looking pose was his S2.

it looks like it, there is nothing on the website yet though, trigger happy is able to be ordered online, but whirlwind isn't there yet.

there is also the chance whirlwind might get pushed pack too.
