But they don't have to ship overseas. Find the biggest and easiest to contact Skylander retailer there, check if they could send to the winner better than they could. Not sure about giveaways laws, but they could at least do those in Europe where they've been done in the past.

Has anyone seen the bags for this contest? I can't remember how early the last promotion's chip bags showed up... I think it was a few weeks prior. I was hoping to find this bag just to get a coupon for the release.
