I don't want to feel like a jerk or anything but I kinda feel that some of these matches were set up so certain characters could win/lose.

Yeah because I've seen in some of your posts that you don't like Enigma, so you put him against one of the few character that can beat him, also Food Fight is extremley Unpopular, and he was against your favorite STT character, Cobra Cadabra.

My thoughts on the subject of who should fight who.

Actually, I was trying for characters that would have somewhat equal votes. I guess I kinda failed on some.

Note that for the entire post, Trap Masters and Cores are always separated. I'll also include side notes for the possible inclusion of the new elements, referred to as "Light" and "Dark" (since we don't know the official names).

I personally would have pitted Skylanders of the same element in round 1, to determine the "champion" of that element - If including Light and Dark in the competition, they would be excluded from round 1 due to only having one of each Skylander type, thus having a predetermined "champion".

Round 2 would have been the "champions" of opposite (Air/Earth, Fire/Water, Life/Undead, Magic/Tech) elements - If including Dark and Light, they would obviously fight each other, even if they skipped round 1 for reasons already explained.

Finally, round 3: Free-for-all! - I would have done this anyway, since there wouldn't be any pattern to follow after having opposites against each other, but if Light and Dark had been included, it would be impossible to have pairs this round (5 remaining), making free-for-all the only fair option.

This would eliminate the guessing of who should be paired up, since it follows a specific pattern.

No disrespect intended, just what seems like a good systematic solution to me.

You completely missed the point. The only mention of "fair" was addressing the round in which there would be an odd number of Skylanders. Apart from that, I just prefer a systematic approach, rather than (seemingly) random.

Only if the Dark and Light Skylanders are added in the next round (or if you don't add them at all, but I'm assuming you will add them in round 4, since you've already said they will be added and that there will not be odd numbers), otherwise, the last round will have 3 against each other. If they had been present from the start (or rather, skipped the initiation round, as i explained in the initial post), round 3 would have 5 against each other (which is what I initially stated, before referencing it in the second post).

(If you miss the point this time as well, I'll just give up explaining. It's getting ridiculous.)
