I brainstromed requirements that should have come into play

1) Been on dS 6 months or more (meaning that you've been here long enough to how the site works)
2) At least somewhat respected by the community (we obviously can't have someone that can't be taken seriously or has been gnorced in the several months for breaking site rules. However, there are exceptions. For example, you asked for the gnorcing or the gnorcing was unjustified.)
3) Being active on the site. (Don't have a cycle of disappearing for a months and then coming back.)

If I must nominate a user that would fit in as a new Hunter here, I have to vote for Samius. He is very rational, reasonable and responsible man who knows the rules of quality conversation. He is active enough, dedicated and intelligent guy who I’d like to have as a Hunter around here.

EDIT: Just for the record, I'm not a fan of giving moderated messages for cleanup. It just feels... dirty. So instead, I just get rid of the deleted post from everyone else's posts and end up making the result awkward. Oh well. <.>

Hmm, things have change from my perspective.
I have found that Project_Unnamed would be perfect for it, but that's assuming that he logs on everyday. I also think that CAV and Samuel would be swell on the job, but part of me worries for their patience. Carm has show responsibility and dedication, but there's still something that worries me from her. I find also that Sonicbrawler would be good, but I get the same feeling that I get with Carm with being a Mod. Hmm...I feel like I'm forgetting someone.

As wonderful as many other users are, I'm afraid that they make thing personal or completely loose it due to choices and whatnot. I just think that they need a bit more knowledge on the people they would be dealing with.

I appreciate those that have shown to have faith in me. It's great knowing(And remembering) that I'm leaving a positive image on you guys.

Thanks everybody. You've made these past few days a lot better and it's nice that people still have faith in me.

Samius is the only one I think would make a really good mod.

I don't really know on this one.

Though if ever I was thought as one, I wouldn't really vote on myself, when the time comes, I can be serious, I also manage to keep a lot of calm and patience, but I don't have a lot of confidence in myself, neither do I feel I have the potiental...I don't exactly feel I'd be worthless at the job, but meh...

I don't know people enough on here to say, my social interactions which are my fault, are limited to only people who talk to me, then I reply back, so I can't say on who I would pick...

I'm sure though if I asked most people would say I am immature or weird or crazy, not exactly posting of smart things, only my feelings...Like right now how I can't help but post these feelings I have on the subject and that. XP

That's the thing about people thinking I'd be a good mod. I can be chill, but there are some things that I take really personally and they make my blood boil. It would cloud my judgement in certain situations. If I learned how to keep my emotions in check and how to look at things in different ways, I might work, but meh...

I also agree with that second part. I'm glad people think about me with stuff like this and believe I'd fit into the role.

At least you are able to look at yourself objectively like that. That's definitely a necessary trait for a moderator.

In my mind, the moderator should moderate and not necessarily participate. It would be a conflict of interest I think. I've seen some questionable decisions as a result of that conflict.

Edit: To add my own suggestion, Earth-Dragon and Bifrost seem like they could make good (albeit not massively active) mods for the Skylanders and Skylanders/Spyro sections respectively, and Aura probably would have been one of the best mods on the site for the Skylanders/Spyro sections but she's gone.
