The votes where written and given to Arceustheprime, whom would later announce the votes for execution of the one thought to be a werewolf. He slowly took out the small, folded pieces of paper in front of the town, counting up the votes. The votes where close, but there was one that broke the ties, that one last piece of paper added to the rest, and deciding who's life would end for the possible better of the town.

Arceustheprime frowned, he stood up, and called out to one of the villagers.

"Templarhunter97, please step up here." He said, and tried to look for her in the crowd, only to see a masked figure trying to sneak away.

Assassinelf knew that behind that mask, it was Templarhunter, she's done that trick before. "Its her! She's trying to get away! Kill her!" he shouted.

"You are mistaken! I do not have wolfblood, but if you must kill someone from the royal family of Ylisse, then so be it..." she said, taking off her mask, and soon accepting her death.

Usually, when a werewolf is killed and then burnt, the flames burn brighter, but in this case, it didnt.

They had not gotten a werewolf, but a girl of royal blood. She was buried that day, with her sword Falchion kept in the town in memory. She had always been the one who was loyal and kind hearted, but the village turned against her.

Screams and growls where heard from the small house of Seiki, People rushed to his house, only to see the wolves escape before they could save him. White, blood stained feathers everywhere, and Seiki lying on the floor, dead. His bow and arrow was still in his hand, and it looks like he tried to defend himself, but died trying.

Seiki was Pit

Defender of skyworld, and the leader of Paultena's army! You are Pit! You have the ability to use the Power of Flight and evade a night of voting! This ability has 1 use, as its kind of a immunity for one night! But dont worry, you can still vote that night! Expires at final 5!

Once again, all of the villagers found themselves gathered at the center of town. All of the townsfolk glanced at each other nervously, wary of the fact that any of them could be dead soon. “Okay,” I-Brawler started. “That didn’t exactly work-”

“Didn’t exactly WORK?” MagicFizz demanded. “Templarhunter97 is DEAD! And so is Seiki!”

“Yes,” FluffyHamster sighed. “Although, Seiki’s death wasn’t our fault, but the werewolfs'…”

sustainablspyro was shaking his head. “Theoretically, we could’ve tried to stay together. That way, we would’ve had a better chance at defending ourselves.”

“Thanks for bringing up that idea last meeting,” Angel220200 groaned sarcastically. assassinelf scuffed his foot against the floor. “Guys, let’s not fight.”

“Yeah,” weebbby agreed. “But honestly, we don’t have a choice. Vote again...or everyone dies at once.”

“Everyone, try to gather some info or something first,” hardcoreignitor suggested. “That way, we aren’t killing innocents at random.”

arceustheprime glanced up at the sun’s position in the sky. Late afternoon. “We better hurry before the werewolves arrive,” she warned.

“And this time, stay together,” added willster8.

The users were gathered around in a semi-circle. A handful of users were up and about, gathering kindling and food. In time, almost all of them returned. sustainablspyro stood up. The fire snapped and crackled, lighting up his face. “Okay. Almost everyone is back. See, this isn’t so bad. The werewolves don’t attack when we’re together.”

All the users glanced back and forth, an uneasy silence between them. They knew that one or two of them could still die tonight. The werewolves would find a way.

In fact, a long, piercing howl resounded after sustainablspyro’s mini-speech. I-Brawler, Angel220200 and willster8 stood up first, the others following. hardcoreignitor’s face poked out from the brush. “Come on! This way!” hardcoreignitor interrupted I-Brawler’s incoming question. He dropped some herbs he’d been retrieving on the floor and rushed off, the villagers, after hasty glances at each other, followed.

“How...how do you know the way?” MagicFizz panted as he followed hardcoreignitor through the twisty, sheltered path.

“Heard it. I was gathering herbs here.” hardcoreignitor stopped suddenly, the others colliding with his back. “Over there!”

FluffyHamster was laying in a pool of her own blood. But the werewolves hadn’t left her for dead; only barely alive.

"FluffyHamster..." Angel220200 whimpered, and rushed forward. Weebbby held her back. "No. Wait."

"All this blood...so much blood..." FluffyHamster whispered, an unusual gleam in her eye. "That's how I wanted to die, with all the blood, hehe..."

A shocked look spread over willster8's face. "Are you insane?!"

But it was too late for an answer; the dark mage was dead.

The villagers retreated back to their campfire in defeat. "Hey, wait...what about the votes?" arceustheprime asked. assassinelf groaned, sitting down on a log. "Come on! Like we need more stress tonight..."

The users all wrote down who to eliminate, and weebbby picked them up. Visible relief showed on his face that it wasn't him that was going. "hardcoreignitor, they picked you," he said.

"WHAT?!" hardcoreignitor exclaimed, standing up quickly. "You gotta be kidding! I'm the one who found FluffyHamster!"

"...Which makes you all the more suspicious," sustainablspyro replied.

"So? I swear to all of you, I'm not a werewolf! I didn't do it! I was gathering herbs like you told me to!" The mage was starting to back away from the group. I-Brawler lunged forward and grabbed him. "Fair is fair! And denial makes it worse!"

In time, hardcoreignitor's body burned. The villagers watched the flames dance, wondering if they'd swell up, the sign of a werewolf. But once again, they remained at the same height. And once again, they'd chosen an innocent to kill. assassinelf held hardcoreignitor's spell book, the only relic of the dead villager left.
