You can't compare Lady Gaga to Lil Wayne. She writes all her music herself which has strong meaning past and including the Born This Way era. Her music is very meaningful.

All music is real. Even Lil Wayne's. No one can judge what is "real music". Only what they personally find to be good themselves. It's all music in the end.

Stupid Hoe (not "You a Stupid Hoe") is a song aimed at the rude woman who is Lil Kim the rapper who kept accusing Nicki of copying her when she didn't.
"Black Friday" by Lil Kim is a stab at Nicki. "Stupid Hoe" is a stab at Lil Kim.

If it has a beat, rhythm, tune, or just an instrument it's still music. Music doesn't have to be something that has meaning.

When you say real I think of real lyrics, real meaning, and real provoking thought behind it. Not real as in "pfft this music is **** you should listen to REAL music" that your friendly neighborhood hipster would say.

Lil Wayne may be music. But if we speak of the word "real" in the form of genuine thought or feeling behind it, then no it is not real music, for I'm sure that he doesn't feel this way all the time.

Just say meaningful music then.

The definition of noise is flawed. Some sounds will be pleasing to others where as some not.
