"Any different features physically?" He asks

Twilight shakes her head.
"His eyes usually change color."

"That's it?" He asked "anything he said that got you worried?" He continued

"Yes. He talked about what his demon form might have said. Then he laughed." Twilight said.

"He is being controlled...or that is what it sounds like" he explained as Nightmare pulled a share of ruby out of his pocket and gave it to Twilight.

"Try to put this on him. It might help, " Nightmare said as he got up

Twilight shakes her head.
"I couldn't get close to him."

"Try to find him." He commanded as he was ready to walk off.

Twilight sighed and laid on her back.

Nightmare waved to Twilight and spread his wings, flying off, heading to his hideout to practice his magic.

Twilight waved.

Ooc : time for drama!

Nightmare then landed on his feet gracefully as he hears footsteps behind him. He turns back to see nothing but a shadow as his wing gets cut. He groaned in pain to find a figure this time. It was Marik, his rod in hand and a demonic smirk on his face as he chap filed. Nightmare felt himself get pinned down as he growled, trying to escape.

"What are you doing?" Nightmare asked. There was no answer to the question, just silence as he got pinned down even harder.

Twilight stood up and looked around.

Marik then chuckled and stabbed Nightmare, causing him to scream in pain.

Twilight ran in her cat form towards the sound.

Nightmare fell unconscious, on the brink of death as Marik was about to step away. When he heard Twilight, he started to walk away.

Twilight ran to Nightmare with a yelp.

Nightmare was leaned near a tree, a trail of blood leading down to his body as his eyes fluttered.

Twilight morphed to human form and wrapped and cleaned Nightmare's wounds.

Nightmare's eyes flutter open

"I told... you....to find him..." he said slowly and weakly.

Twilight shakes her head.
"He found you first. Then he ran off. You're more important right now."

He shook his head

"He is. I saw it coming anyways"

Twilight smiled.
"You idiot." She laughed.

He looked down and sighed.

"He broke my wing too..." he said as he growled.

Twilight gently lifted Nightmare's wing. She runs her fingers softly over the broken bones

Nightmare groans in pain and clenches his fists

Twilight lays a hand gently on Nightmare's shoulder.
"Are you okay?"

He nodded as he relaxed his muscles and looked up.

Twilight nods with a small smile and goes back to Nightmare's wing.

He breathed heavily and let Twilight examine it

Twilight cleaned the wounds and wrapped the wing. She kissed Nightmare softly on the cheek and smiles.
"Don't move it too much, alright?"

He blushed as he laughed slightly.

"Alright...." he mumbled in a lighter tone than usual. He reached in his pocket and smiled.

"What month were you born in, miss Twilight?" He asked, still a slight smile on his face.

"December." Twilight says.

Nightmare pulls a blue turquoise stone out of his pocket and gives it to her.

Twilight gasps softly at it.
"Thanks so much!"

He nodded as he smiled. He then got up and stretched.

"We have to find psychopath, " he said jokingly, but his point was serious.

Twilight nods.
"Right."

Nightmare starts following a trail, telling Twilght to follow him.

Twilight follows.

"Tell me if you see any blood or anything that might help us find him " Nightmare commanded as he kept walking.

Twilight nods, scanning around.

He kept strolling forward as he examined a piece of emerald as he walked.

Twilight cocks her head as she sees the emerald.

He whistles as he looks into it and puts it back. He keeps whistling as he walks, waiting for Twilight to spot something.

Twilight sighed and looked for any hints.

Nightmare's wing starts to heal as he smirks.

"May I scout the sky?" He asks Twilight

Twilight examines Nightmare's wing and nods.
"Alright."

He jumped up and hovered a bit as he flew above Twilight.

Twilight blinks moonlight from her eyes as she looks at Nightmare.

He pauses at the sight of a golden glow.
"I think I found something!" He said, looking at Twilight.

Twilight nods.
"Let's go!" She calls.
